Methods: Samples from 72 cases of severe pneumonia in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into standardized groups, i.e., the control group and the observation group. The differences among the statistics of patients included in different groups were counted, including the measurement of respiratory function parameters, the measurement of inflammatory factor parameters and the statistics of hospitalization index. Results: In each time period, the recorded parameters of sputum excretion were higher in the observation group, and sputum excretion was more advantageous (P 0.05). The observation group had better pointer data (including the required duration of mechanical ventilation, ICU admission and hospitalization) and better symptom recovery when recording the hospitalization indications. The measurement of oxygenation index, WOB and Cydn, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin and white blood cell counts before and after treatment among the groups was conducted, and the results showed that the differences were small before treatment. Although the two groups improved after treatment, the measurement parameter values of the observation group were more advantageous. Conclusion Mechanical vibration expectoration is performed in patients with severe pneumonia during sputum suction, which has significant effect on promoting patients rehabilitation and improving patients respiratory function.展开更多
