Conformal truss-like lattice structures face significant manufacturability challenges in additive manufac-turing due to overhang angle limitations.To address this problem,we propose a novel angle-constrained optimization method grounded in the global adjustment of nodal coordinates.First,a build direction is selected to minimize the number of violating struts.Then,an angular-constraint matrix is assembled from strut direction vectors,and analytical sensitivities with respect to nodal coordinates are derived to enable efficient constrained optimization under nonlinear angular inequality constraints.Numerical studies on two complex curved-surface lattices demonstrate that all overhang violations are eliminated while only minor changes are induced in global stiffness and strength.In particular,the maximum displacement of an ergonomic insole varies by only 2.87%after optimization.The results confirm the method’s versatility and engineering robustness,providing a practical approach for additive manufacturing-oriented lattice structure design. 展开更多

This study constructs a new composite green digital finance index and describes its development in China over the past decade.Based on province-level panel data covering the period 2011–2020,we examine how education contributes to the development of green digital finance.Through detailed theoretical analysis and rigorous empirical testing,the following results are obtained.First,education directly promotes green digital finance by adjusting people’s consciousness and enhancing their abilities.Second,high-quality educational inputs,a high level of economic development,and a high degree of opening-up are among the important preconditions for education to further promote green digital finance in China.Third,education indirectly promotes green digital finance by driving industrial upgrades,increasing income levels,promoting technological innovation,and cultivating finance-related talent.This study offers policy recommendations to help improve education levels and suggests a valuable direction for further research on green digital finance. 展开更多

Over the past decade,nanopore sequencing has experienced significant advancements and changes,transitioning from an initially emerging technology to a significant instrument in the field of genomic sequencing.However,as advancements in next-generation sequencing technology persist,nanopore sequencing also improves.This paper reviews the developments,applications,and outlook on nanopore sequencing technology.Currently,nanopore sequencing supports both DNA and RNA sequencing,making it widely applicable in areas such as telomere-to-telomere(T2T)genome assembly,direct RNA sequencing(DRS),and metagenomics.The openness and versatility of nanopore sequencing have established it as a preferred option for an increasing number of research teams,signaling a transformative influence on life science research.As the nanopore sequencing technology advances,it provides a faster,more costeffective approach with extended read lengths,demonstrating the significant potential for complex genome assembly,pathogen detection,environmental monitoring,and human disease research,offering a fresh perspective in sequencing technologies. 展开更多

Pretreatment of Herbicides Production Wastewater by Different Electrolyte Fillers

[Objective] The aim was to study the pretreatment effect of herbicides production wastewater by different types of micro-electrolysis filler.[Method] The research performed comparison on the effects of three types of micro-electrolysis filler treatment of pesticide wastewater by changing the role of time and p H.[Result] The results showed that the best treatment effect was spherical packing,followed by tooth filler;poor treatment effect and easy to harden were iron shavings.With pH of the influent of 2 and reaction time of 160 min,the removals of CODcr and chromaticity which was with spherical packing reached 24.79% and 97.5%;the removals of CODcr and chromaticity which Dentate micro-electrolysis filler treated reached21.74% and 93.75%.With pH of the influent at 3 and reaction time of 120 min,the removal of CODcr and chromaticity which was treated with iron ingot reached13.59% and 87.5%.[Conclusion] By comparison analysis,the spherical packing is better suited to handle wastewater. 展开更多

Radiochemotherapy(RCT)is a powerful treatment for cervical cancer,which affects not only malignant cells but also the immune and stromal compartments of the tumor.Understanding the remodeling of the local ecosystem induced by RCT would provide valuable insights into improving treatment strategies for cervical cancer.In this study,we applied single-cell RNA-sequencing to paired pre-and post-RCT tumor biopsies from patients with cervical cancer and adjacent normal cervical tissues.We found that the residual population of epithelial cells post-RCT showed upregulated expression of MHC class II genes.Moreover,RCT led to the accumulation of monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells with increased pro-inflammatory features and CD16+NK cells with a higher cytotoxic gene expression signature.However,subclusters of T cells showed no significant increase in the expression of cytotoxic features post-RCT.These results reveal the complex responses of the tumor ecosystem to RCT,providing evidence of activation of innate immunity and MHC-II upregulation in cervical cancer. 展开更多

This study aimed to investigate the proximate and phytochemicals present in seeds of 24 mung bean(Vigna radiate L.)genotypes from four provinces of China for estimating their nutritional and antioxidant properties.Proximate analysis of mung bean genotypes revealed that starch,protein,fat,ash and water-soluble polysaccharide ranged from 39.54–60.66,17.36–24.89,4.24–12.18,2.78–3.53 and 1.99–2.96 g/100 g respectively.The five principal fatty acids detected in mung beans were stearic acid,palmitic acid,linoleic acid,oleic acid,and linolenic acid.The contents of insoluble-bound phenolic compounds,soluble phenolic compounds,and flavonoids ranged from 0.78 to 1.5 mg GAE g^(-1),1.78 to 4.10 mg GAE g^(-1),and 1.25 to 3.52 mg RE g^(-1),respectively.The black seed coat mung bean genotype M13(Suheilv 1)exhibited highest flavonoid and phenolic contents which showed strong antioxidant activity.Two flavonoids(vitexin and isovitexin)and four phenolic acids(caffeic,syringic acid,p-coumaric,and ferulic acids)were identified by HPLC.Vitexin and isovitexin were the major phenolic compounds in all mung bean genotypes.The content of soluble phenolic compounds had positive correlation with DPPH(r2=0.713)and ABTS(r2=0.665)radical scavenging activities.Principal component analysis indicated that the first two principal components could reflect most details on mung bean with a cumulative contribution rate of 66.1%.Twenty-four mung bean genotypes were classified into four groups based on their phenolic compounds contents and antioxidant activities.The present study highlights the importance of these mung bean genotypes as a source of nature antioxidant ingredient for the development of functional foods or a source of health promoting food. 展开更多
