神农架林区低浓度PM2.5暴露对儿童肺功能的影响 被引量:2

目的探索低浓度细颗粒物(PM2.5)对学龄期儿童肺功能的影响。方法在2016年和2017年对神农架林区松柏镇实验小学3~5年级学生开展3次肺功能检测,同时通过调查问卷收集学生个人和家庭环境暴露信息;获取每日气象信息和距学校最近的博物馆路... 目的探索低浓度细颗粒物(PM2.5)对学龄期儿童肺功能的影响。方法在2016年和2017年对神农架林区松柏镇实验小学3~5年级学生开展3次肺功能检测,同时通过调查问卷收集学生个人和家庭环境暴露信息;获取每日气象信息和距学校最近的博物馆路空气监测站的PM2.5暴露数据。采用线性混合模型将小学生肺功能检测结果与每日PM2.5暴露水平进行关联分析。结果2016年和2017年分别检测123名和73名小学生肺功能,其中11名小学生重复测量了2次,共计185名小学生完成了196次肺功能检测。2016年和2017年PM2.5平均浓度为38.82±21.49μg/m^3和24.94±18.68μg/m^3,2017年浓度有显著降低(P<0.05)。在模型校正个人信息等混杂因素后,发现PM2.5暴露与FVC和FEV1有显著性的滞后效应关系(P<0.05)。效应关系在lag0d(当天)最强,PM2.5浓度每上升10μg/m^3,FVC和PEV1分别下降78.7mL(95%CI:-149.9^-7.4)和117.6mL(95%CI:-198^-37.2)。PM2.5暴露与PEF和FEV1P没有显著关联。结论在低浓度暴露时,PM2.5与小学生的肺功能有显著关联,提示PM2.5浓度升高引起肺功能主要指标下降,建议加强对学龄期儿童的空气污染防护。 展开更多
