The...The diagnosis of pathogenic bacteria in severe pneumonia is difficult and the prognosis is poor. Its outcome is closely related to bacterial pathogenicity and the timeliness and pertinence of antibiotic treatment. Therefore, early diagnosis is of great significance to the prognosis of patients. Sputum examination and culture is the gold standard for the diagnosis of pathogens of severe pneumonia. However, due to the long time of bacterial culture, the early use of antibiotics, the change of bacteria species, mixed infection and other problems, the results of bacterial culture in sputum are often false negative. With the continuous application of new molecular biology techniques in clinical detection, the classification of bacteria and microorganisms has deepened from the identification of phenotypic characteristics to the classification of gene characteristics. Sequencing analysis with 16S rDNA sequencing technology has the characteristics of high sequencing flux, large amount of data obtained, short cycle, and can more comprehensively reflect the species composition of microbial community, real species distribution and abundance information. In this paper, 16S rDNA sequencing technology was used to analyze the bacterial population composition in the sputum of severe pneumonia, and to explore a new method of etiological diagnosis.展开更多

It is of great significance to establish holistic nursing concept, provide high quality nursing service for hospitalized children, and take targeted psychological intervention to alleviate their adverse psychological stress, which can improve treatment compliance and clinical efficacy, and shorten the length of hospital stay. In this paper, scientific and effective psychological nursing stress intervention means are used to improve the psychological anti-stress level of hospitalized children, and nursing intervention means are put forward, contribute to the maintenance of children’s mental health and the development of children’s mental health work and also to provide a theoretical basis for the intervention and treatment of children with psychological stress.展开更多
Long-period structures(e.g.Isolated structures)tend to produce pseudo-resonance with low frequency compo-nents of long-period ground motions,resulting in the increase in damage.Stiffness mutation occurs due to the set...Long-period structures(e.g.Isolated structures)tend to produce pseudo-resonance with low frequency compo-nents of long-period ground motions,resulting in the increase in damage.Stiffness mutation occurs due to the set-back in the upper body of the large chassis structure.In the parts with stiffness mutation,the torsion effect caused by the tower is far greater than that of the chassis itself.In this study,a total of 273 ground motions are collected and then filtered into four types,including the near-field ordinary,near-field pulse,far-field ordinary,and far-field harmonic.An 8-degree(0.2 g)fortified large chassis base-isolated structure is established.Furthermore,ETABS program software is used to conduct nonlinear time history analysis on the isolation and seismic model under bi-directional earthquake ground motions.The comparison results show that the seismic isolation effect of the base-isolated structure under long-period ground motions is worse than that associated with ordinary ground motions when the seismic response reduction rate of the large base floor significantly decreases compared with that of the tower.When the inter-story displacement angle and the displacement of isolation layer of the chassis exceeds the limit of Code for Seismic Design of Buildings(GB 50011-2010),it is recommended to adopt composite seismic isolation technology or add limit devices.Under the condition of long-period ground motions,the base-isolated structure reduces the lateral-torsional coupling effect of the large chassis structure,while the torsion response of large chassis’top layer increases.Under long-period ground motions with the same acceleration peak,the response of the base-isolated structure increases much more than that of the seismic structure and the consideration of this impact is suggested to be added to the Code.展开更多

The rapid development of information technology promotes the transformation and development of future air combat,frommechanization to informatization,intelligence,and multiplatform integration.For the multiplatform av...The rapid development of information technology promotes the transformation and development of future air combat,frommechanization to informatization,intelligence,and multiplatform integration.For the multiplatform avionics system in the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-based network,we aim to address the data routing and sharing issues and propose an integrated communication effectiveness metric.The proposed integrated communication effectiveness is a hierarchical metric consisting of link effectiveness,node effectiveness,and data effectiveness.The link quality,link stability,node honesty,node ability,and data value are concurrently taken into account.We give the normal mathematical expression for the integrated communication effectiveness.We propose a hop-by-hop routing scheme based on a Q-learning algorithm considering the proposed effectiveness metric.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme is able to find the most efficient routing in the UAV network.展开更多

However, the...Amorphous materials are attractive candidates for fabricating the superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors(SNSPDs) due to their superior tolerance and scalability over crystalline niobium nitride. However, the reduced superconducting transition temperature degenerates both operating temperature and saturation efficiency. Herein, the SNSPD(6.5 nm thickness and 50 nm width) based on the amorphous Mo0.8Si0.2 film with a high optical absorption coefficient demonstrates close-to-unity intrinsic detection efficiency for 1550 nm photons from 75 m K to 2.2 K. Further, a high-performance array SNSPD with optimized 90 nm-width wires is also demonstrated. As-fabricated uniform 4-pixel SNSPD exhibits a saturation plateau for the photon counts at 2.2 K,which overcomes the limitation of operation at low temperature(< 1 K) for traditional amorphous SNSPDs.Coupled with superior intrinsic quantum efficiency, highly efficient photon counts, and low dark count ratio, this detector paves a way for achieving high efficiency and superior yield for large array systems.展开更多
