目的:在中国医药教育协会静脉用药集中调配培训基地建设基础上,分析静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药师岗位培训要点,培养具有岗位胜任力的同质化、规范化、标准化的PIVAS药师。方法:运用态势分析法(threats,opportunities,weaknesses and str...目的:在中国医药教育协会静脉用药集中调配培训基地建设基础上,分析静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药师岗位培训要点,培养具有岗位胜任力的同质化、规范化、标准化的PIVAS药师。方法:运用态势分析法(threats,opportunities,weaknesses and strengths,TOWS)分析苏州大学附属第二医院PIVAS药师培训体系建设的机遇与威胁,评估自身的优势及劣势,并制订相应的培训策略。最后基于柯式四级评估法构建包含学员满意度、培训考核效果、学员在岗反馈等在内的PIVAS药师岗位培训效果评价指标。结果:该研究建立了涵盖PIVAS信息化建设、质量控制、安全调配管理及绩效考核等在内的品牌培训课程,构建了PIVAS药师“三阶梯”培训流程和柯式四级培训效果评估体系。培训效果评价如下:(1)反应层面,学员培训满意率87.88%;(2)学习层面,培训后学员的PIVAS制度、环境卫生、清洁消毒知识与无菌操作技术等考核得分均较培训前显著提升(P<0.05);(3)行为层面,90%的工作单位负责人对学员培训后能力提升持正向反馈;(4)成果层面,建设周期内,第三期PIVAS培训报名人数较第一期增长1倍,PIVAS讲师团队较参与培训工作前绩效提升了982元/人/期。结论:基于态势分析法与柯式四级评估法构建的PIVAS药师培训体系成效显著,为应用型PIVAS药学人才的培养提供了可借鉴的培训管理模式。展开更多
Background Heat stress(HS)poses a significant threat to male goat reproduction.Sertoli cells(SCs)provide both structural and nutritional support necessary for germ cells.HS induces physiological and biochemical change...Background Heat stress(HS)poses a significant threat to male goat reproduction.Sertoli cells(SCs)provide both structural and nutritional support necessary for germ cells.HS induces physiological and biochemical changes in SCs.Nevertheless,the molecular mechanisms involved are still not fully understood.Melatonin is a classic antioxidant that can alleviate HS-induced male reproductive damage.However,the underlying molecular mechanisms by which melatonin mitigates damage to goat testicular SCs remain unclear and require further investigation.Results In this study,an in vivo heat stress model was established in goats.The results showed that HS exposure led to testicular injury,abnormal spermatogenesis and apoptosis of SCs.To elucidate the mechanism of HS-induced SC apoptosis,primary SCs were isolated and cultured from goat testes,then exposed to HS.HS exposure increased the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS),decreased adenosine triphosphate(ATP)synthesis,and reduced mitochondrial membrane potential in SCs.Additionally,HS increased the expression of mitochondrial fission proteins 1(FIS1)and dynamin-related protein 1(DRP1)while decreasing the expression of mitochondrial fusion proteins Mitofusin 1(MFN1),Mitofusin 2(MFN2),and optic atrophy 1(OPA1).This resulted in excessive mitochondrial fission and mitochondria-dependent apoptosis.Mdivi-1(DRP1 inhibitor)reduces mitochondria-dependent apoptosis by inhibiting excessive mitochondrial fission.Mitochondrial fission is closely related to mitophagy.HS activated upstream mitophagy but inhibited autophagic flux,disrupting mitophagy and exacerbating mitochondria-dependent apoptosis.Finally,the classical antioxidant melatonin was shown to reduce mitochondria-dependent apoptosis in SCs exposed to HS by decreasing ROS levels,restoring mitochondrial homeostasis,and normalizing mitophagy.Conclusions In summary,these findings indicated that the mechanism of HS-induced mitochondria-dependent apoptosis in SCs is mediated by hyperactivation of the ROS-DRP1-mitochondrial fission axis and inhibition of mitochondrial autophagy.Melatonin inhibited HS-induced mitochondria-dependent apoptosis in SCs by restoring mitochondrial homeostasis.This study enhances the understanding of the mechanisms through which heat stress triggers apoptosis and provides a vision for the development of drugs against HS by targeting mitochondria in goats.展开更多
The compact torus injector(CTI)for the central fueling of the EAST tokamak has undergone significant upgrades to enhance its injection capability.During the initial phase of the platform testing phase,EAST-CTI demonst...The compact torus injector(CTI)for the central fueling of the EAST tokamak has undergone significant upgrades to enhance its injection capability.During the initial phase of the platform testing phase,EAST-CTI demonstrated relatively low performance,with a maximum velocity of 150 km s^(−1) and a single compact torus(CT)plasma mass of 90μg[Kong D et al 2023 Plasma Sci.Technol.25065601].These parameters were insufficient for conducting central fueling experiments on the EAST tokamak.Consequently,extensive upgrades were carried out to improve the performance of the EAST-CTI system.The compression region was extended from 280 mm to 700 mm to prevent rapid compression and deceleration of the CT plasma,along with an extension of the acceleration region to further increase the plasma acceleration.The power supply system has also been upgraded.These improvements elevated the operating voltage from 8 kV to 15 kV,increased the discharge current from 120 kA to 300 kA and enabled repetitive operation at a maximum rate of 2 Hz.As a result,significant advances in EAST-CTI performance were achieved,with the maximum velocity increasing to 330 km s^(−1) and the CT plasma density reaching 1.5×10^(22) m^(−3),thereby enhancing the system capability for future fueling experiments on EAST.This study offers valuable insights into CTI modification and the improvement of central fueling systems for prospective fusion reactors.展开更多
BACKGROUND Dry eye is a common eye disease.Artificial tears supplements are widely used for the treatment of dry eyes.However,multiple adverse effects have been observed in patients receiving long-term treatment with ...BACKGROUND Dry eye is a common eye disease.Artificial tears supplements are widely used for the treatment of dry eyes.However,multiple adverse effects have been observed in patients receiving long-term treatment with artificial tears,which may affect the therapeutic effect.AIM To analyze the characteristics of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)levels in patients with dry eye and the therapeutic effect of artificial tears combined with cyclosporine A.METHODS A total of 124 dry eye patients treated at The First People’s Hospital of Xining from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group,while 20 healthy individuals served as the control group during the same period.Levels of inflammatory markers,including IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α,were analyzed.The observation group was further divided into a study group and a control group,each consisting of 62 patients.The control group received artificial tears,whereas the study group received a combination of artificial tears and cyclosporine A.Inflammatory markers,Schirmer’s test(SIT),tear break-up time(TBUT),corneal fluorescein staining(CFS),National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire-25(NEI-VFQ-25)scores,and adverse events(AEs)were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The observation group exhibited significantly elevated serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αin comparison to the healthy group.Following treatment,the study group demonstrated substantial reductions in IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels relative to the control group.Moreover,after treatment,the study group experienced a marked decrease in CFS scores and significant increases in both SIT and BUT levels when compared to the control group.Additionally,significant improvements were observed in the primary symptom of dry eye and secondary symptoms such as photophobia,foreign body sensation,fatigue,red eye,and burning sensation within the study group.Furthermore,post-treatment NEI-VFQ-25 scores across all dimensions exhibited significant enhancements in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).It is noteworthy that significant AEs were reported in both groups throughout the treatment period.CONCLUSION Cyclosporine A combined with artificial tears is effective in treating dry eye,yielding enhanced outcomes by improving SIT and TBUT levels,reducing CFS scores,and ameliorating vision-related quality of life.展开更多
Microwave reflectometry is a powerful diagnostic that can measure the density profile and localized turbulence with high spatial and temporal resolution and will be used in ITER,so understanding the influence of plasm...Microwave reflectometry is a powerful diagnostic that can measure the density profile and localized turbulence with high spatial and temporal resolution and will be used in ITER,so understanding the influence of plasma perturbations on the reflect signal is important.The characteristics of the reflect signal from profile reflectometry,the time-of-flight(TOF)signal associated with the MHD instabilities,are investigated in EAST.Using a 1D full-wave simulation code by the Finite-DifferenceTime-Domain(FDTD)method,it is well validated that the local density flattening could induce the discontinuity of the simulated TOF signal and an obvious change of reflect amplitude.Experimental TOF signals under different types of MHD instabilities(sawtooth,sawtooth precursors and tearing mode)are studied in detail and show agreement with the simulation.Two new improved algorithms for detecting and localizing the radial positions of the low-order rational surface,the cross-correlation and gradient threshold(CGT)method and the 2D convolutional neural network approach(CNN)are presented for the first time.It is concluded that TOF signal analysis from profile reflectometry can provide a straightforward and localized measurement of the plasma perturbation from the edge to the core simultaneously and may be a complement or correction to the q-profile control,which will be beneficial for the advanced tokamak operation.展开更多
In this paper we present a new experimental observation using a conventional reflectometry technique,poloidal correlation reflectometry(PCR),in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST).The turbulence sp...In this paper we present a new experimental observation using a conventional reflectometry technique,poloidal correlation reflectometry(PCR),in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST).The turbulence spectrum detected by the PCR system exhibits an asymmetry and induced Doppler shift f_(D)during the internal kink mode(IKM)rotation phase.This Doppler shift f_(D)is the target measurement of Doppler reflectometry,but captured by conventional reflectometry.Results show that the Doppler shift f_(D)is modulated by the periodic changes in the effective angle between the probing wave and cutoff layer normal,but not by plasma turbulence.The fishbone mode and saturated long-lived mode are typical IKMs,and this modulation phenomenon is observed in both cases.Moreover,the value of the Doppler shift f_(D)is positively correlated with the amplitude of the IKM,even when the latter is small.However,the positive and negative frequency components of the Doppler shift f_(D)can be asymmetric,which is related to the plasma configuration.A simulated analysis is performed by ray tracing to verify these observations.These results establish a clear link between f_(D)and IKM rotation,and are helpful for studying the characteristics of IKM and related physical phenomena.展开更多

Background:Goat milk is very similar to human milk in terms of its abundant nutrients and ease of digestion.To derive greater economic benefit,farmers require more female offspring(does);however,the buck-to-doe offspr...Background:Goat milk is very similar to human milk in terms of its abundant nutrients and ease of digestion.To derive greater economic benefit,farmers require more female offspring(does);however,the buck-to-doe offspring sex ratio is approximately 50%.At present,artificial insemination after the separation of X/Y sperm using flow cytometry is the primary means of controlling the sex of livestock offspring.However,flow cytometry has not been successfully utilised for the separation of X/Y sperm aimed at sexing control in dairy goats.Results:In this study,a novel,simple goat sperm sexing technology that activates the toll-like receptor 7/8(TLR7/8),thereby inhibiting X-sperm motility,was investigated.Our results showed that the TLR7/8 coding goat Xchromosome was expressed in approximately 50%of round spermatids in the testis and sperm,as measured from cross-sections of the epididymis and ejaculate,respectively.Importantly,TLR7/8 was located at the tail of the Xsperm.Upon TLR7/8 activation,phosphorylated forms of glycogen synthase kinaseα/β(GSK3α/β)and nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)were detected in the X-sperm,causing reduced mitochondrial activity,ATP levels,and sperm motility.High-motility Y-sperm segregated to the upper layer and the low-motility X-sperm,to the lower layer.Following in vitro fertilisation using the TLR7/8-activated sperm from the lower layer,80.52±6.75%of the embryos were XX females.The TLR7/8-activated sperm were subsequently used for in vivo embryo production via the superovulatory response;nine embryos were collected from the uterus of two does that conceived.Eight of these were XX embryos,and one was an XY embryo.Conclusions:Our study reveals a novel TLR7/8 signalling mechanism that affects X-sperm motility via the GSK3α/β-hexokinase pathway;this technique could be used to facilitate the efficient production of sexed dairy goat embryos.展开更多
CaBi_(4)Ti_(4)O_(15)(CBT)-based Aurivillius high-temperature piezoceramics with different Sb-Mn co-doping amounts were synthesized via the conventional sintering technique.The influences of doping amount on the produc...CaBi_(4)Ti_(4)O_(15)(CBT)-based Aurivillius high-temperature piezoceramics with different Sb-Mn co-doping amounts were synthesized via the conventional sintering technique.The influences of doping amount on the product were studied via their crystal structure,microstructure,and piezoelectric performance.It is found that an appropriate Sb-Mn co-doping amount can effectively optimize the crystal structure and decrease the oxygen vacancy concentration in CBT ceramics,leading to enhanced electrical properties.Optimized electrical performance with a high Curie temperature(TC)of 792℃and a remarkable piezoelectric coefficient(d33)of 25 p C/N were achieved at a doping amount(x)of 0.05.Furthermore,this ceramic is found to exhibit an excellent thermal stability,with d33 retaining 88%of its original value after annealing at 600℃for 2 h.Moreover,this ceramic shows a high electrical resistivity(ρ)of 1.35×10^(8)Ω·cm with a small dielectric loss(tanδ)of 1.7%at 400℃.Because of such outstanding piezoelectric performance,it is believed that these Sb-Mn co-doped CBT ceramics could be potential candidates for high-temperature piezoelectric applications.展开更多

Compact torus(CT)injection is one of the most promising methods for the central fuelling of next-generation reactor-grade fusion devices due to its high density,high velocity,and selfcontained magnetised structure.A n...Compact torus(CT)injection is one of the most promising methods for the central fuelling of next-generation reactor-grade fusion devices due to its high density,high velocity,and selfcontained magnetised structure.A newly compact torus injector(CTI)device in Keda Torus e Xperiment(KTX),named KTX-CTI,was successfully developed and tested at the University of Science and Technology in China.In this study,first,we briefly introduce the basic principles and structure of KTX-CTI,and then,present an accurate circuit model that relies on nonlinear regression analysis(NRA)for studying the current waveform of the formation region.The current waveform,displacement,and velocity of CT plasma in the acceleration region are calculated using this NRA-based one-dimensional point model.The model results were in good agreement with the experiments.The next-step upgrading reference scheme of the KTX-CTI device is preliminarily investigated using this NRA-based point model.This research can provide insights for the development of experiments and future upgrades of the device.展开更多

The double tearing mode(DTM)in a highβ_(N)(β_(N)>1.5)discharge with internal transport barrier on EAST was investigated.A 15 kHz tearing mode(TM)(m≥3,n=3)appears at outer q=2 surface at first,which is stable in ...The double tearing mode(DTM)in a highβ_(N)(β_(N)>1.5)discharge with internal transport barrier on EAST was investigated.A 15 kHz tearing mode(TM)(m≥3,n=3)appears at outer q=2 surface at first,which is stable in the highβ_(N)phase.Then a 2 kHz TM(m=2,n=1)occurs at inner q=2 surface.Soon after,highβ_(N)collapsed with the crash of ELM,and DTM formed during the collapse ofβ_(N).The positions of the two islands of the DTM are consistent with the q=2 surface.The temperature fluctuations are the strongest between the two magnetic islands.A statistical analysis of highβ_(N)discharges operating with the reversed magnetic shear configuration in the EAST 2015-2018 campaign revealed the existence of the DTM in many discharges.During the DTM phase,allβ_(N)are reduced by 10%-30%within 0.1 s.However,there are two differentβ_(N)behaviors thereafter-with and withoutβ_(N)recovery.Studying the physical mechanism ofβ_(N)recovery during the DTM phase will benefit steady-state operation with reversed shear configurations in the future.展开更多

All above RE additions increased not only the strength properties at ambient ...The influence of 0.1-0.6 at.-%RE additions (RE= La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Er, Yb) on the mechanical properties of Pd was studied. All above RE additions increased not only the strength properties at ambient temperature but also the tensile strength, creep rupture time and activation en- ergy at high temperatures, simultaneously increased the elongation of Pd. In the range of dilute con- centration, the strength properties of Pd-RE alloy enhanced linearly with RE concentration. When the strength properties of Pd-RE alloys were normalized at 0.1 at.-%RE, it was found that light RE elements had stronger effect on the properties of Pd than heavy RE, whereas Eu, Yb, Ce had anoma- lous effect. In all Pd-RF alloys, Pd-Eu alloy had the highest strength properties, successively Pd-Yb and Pd-Ce alloy. The effect mechanisms of RE in alloy, such as purifying impurities, increasing recrystallization temperature, refining grain size. expanding crystal lattice, increasing dislocation den- sity and decreasing stacking fault energy, forming stable RE oxidation by internal oxidation, and so on, were observed. They were strengthening sensitive factors. The influence of the factors on strength properties and elongation of Pd was discussed.展开更多

文摘The compact torus injector(CTI)for the central fueling of the EAST tokamak has undergone significant upgrades to enhance its injection capability.During the initial phase of the platform testing phase,EAST-CTI demonstrated relatively low performance,with a maximum velocity of 150 km s^(−1) and a single compact torus(CT)plasma mass of 90μg[Kong D et al 2023 Plasma Sci.Technol.25065601].These parameters were insufficient for conducting central fueling experiments on the EAST tokamak.Consequently,extensive upgrades were carried out to improve the performance of the EAST-CTI system.The compression region was extended from 280 mm to 700 mm to prevent rapid compression and deceleration of the CT plasma,along with an extension of the acceleration region to further increase the plasma acceleration.The power supply system has also been upgraded.These improvements elevated the operating voltage from 8 kV to 15 kV,increased the discharge current from 120 kA to 300 kA and enabled repetitive operation at a maximum rate of 2 Hz.As a result,significant advances in EAST-CTI performance were achieved,with the maximum velocity increasing to 330 km s^(−1) and the CT plasma density reaching 1.5×10^(22) m^(−3),thereby enhancing the system capability for future fueling experiments on EAST.This study offers valuable insights into CTI modification and the improvement of central fueling systems for prospective fusion reactors.
文摘目的建立住院药房药师岗位绩效指标评价体系,激励并引导药师实现自我职业成长与自身价值的重塑。方法依据江苏省省级临床重点专科建设评价标准,采用关键成功因素分析法(key success factors,KSF)进行部门学科建设关键指标设定,部门日常工作采用关键绩效指标法(key process indication,KPI)进行考核指标的设置,基于KSF与KPI的结合共创住院药房绩效管理体系,并以员工与临床满意度、病区投诉、差错发生率、调配效率、科研产出指标评价绩效管理体系实施后的效果。结果“KSF+KPI”绩效体系构建并实施前后,员工平均满意度由57.75%提升至77.81%(P<0.05);病区投诉由每月(26.33±6.75)件下降至(7.17±3.61)件,差错发生件数由每月(30.33±5.50)件下降至(12.58±2.75)件,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床总体满意度达到81.13%;PIVAS药品调配效率平均提升17%;文章撰写、录用、项目申报及员工科研参与度等创新性工作指标较绩效体系实施前显著提升。结论基于“KSF+KPI”方法建立的住院药房绩效管理体系为药学部调剂部门的转型发展提供了很好的绩效考评方案,在医院药师自我激励及职业发展、调剂部门高效运营、临床服务水平提升与药学学科发展方面做了积极的探索,并取得了良好的效果。
文摘BACKGROUND Dry eye is a common eye disease.Artificial tears supplements are widely used for the treatment of dry eyes.However,multiple adverse effects have been observed in patients receiving long-term treatment with artificial tears,which may affect the therapeutic effect.AIM To analyze the characteristics of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)levels in patients with dry eye and the therapeutic effect of artificial tears combined with cyclosporine A.METHODS A total of 124 dry eye patients treated at The First People’s Hospital of Xining from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group,while 20 healthy individuals served as the control group during the same period.Levels of inflammatory markers,including IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α,were analyzed.The observation group was further divided into a study group and a control group,each consisting of 62 patients.The control group received artificial tears,whereas the study group received a combination of artificial tears and cyclosporine A.Inflammatory markers,Schirmer’s test(SIT),tear break-up time(TBUT),corneal fluorescein staining(CFS),National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire-25(NEI-VFQ-25)scores,and adverse events(AEs)were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The observation group exhibited significantly elevated serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αin comparison to the healthy group.Following treatment,the study group demonstrated substantial reductions in IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels relative to the control group.Moreover,after treatment,the study group experienced a marked decrease in CFS scores and significant increases in both SIT and BUT levels when compared to the control group.Additionally,significant improvements were observed in the primary symptom of dry eye and secondary symptoms such as photophobia,foreign body sensation,fatigue,red eye,and burning sensation within the study group.Furthermore,post-treatment NEI-VFQ-25 scores across all dimensions exhibited significant enhancements in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).It is noteworthy that significant AEs were reported in both groups throughout the treatment period.CONCLUSION Cyclosporine A combined with artificial tears is effective in treating dry eye,yielding enhanced outcomes by improving SIT and TBUT levels,reducing CFS scores,and ameliorating vision-related quality of life.

文摘Microwave reflectometry is a powerful diagnostic that can measure the density profile and localized turbulence with high spatial and temporal resolution and will be used in ITER,so understanding the influence of plasma perturbations on the reflect signal is important.The characteristics of the reflect signal from profile reflectometry,the time-of-flight(TOF)signal associated with the MHD instabilities,are investigated in EAST.Using a 1D full-wave simulation code by the Finite-DifferenceTime-Domain(FDTD)method,it is well validated that the local density flattening could induce the discontinuity of the simulated TOF signal and an obvious change of reflect amplitude.Experimental TOF signals under different types of MHD instabilities(sawtooth,sawtooth precursors and tearing mode)are studied in detail and show agreement with the simulation.Two new improved algorithms for detecting and localizing the radial positions of the low-order rational surface,the cross-correlation and gradient threshold(CGT)method and the 2D convolutional neural network approach(CNN)are presented for the first time.It is concluded that TOF signal analysis from profile reflectometry can provide a straightforward and localized measurement of the plasma perturbation from the edge to the core simultaneously and may be a complement or correction to the q-profile control,which will be beneficial for the advanced tokamak operation.

文摘In this paper we present a new experimental observation using a conventional reflectometry technique,poloidal correlation reflectometry(PCR),in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST).The turbulence spectrum detected by the PCR system exhibits an asymmetry and induced Doppler shift f_(D)during the internal kink mode(IKM)rotation phase.This Doppler shift f_(D)is the target measurement of Doppler reflectometry,but captured by conventional reflectometry.Results show that the Doppler shift f_(D)is modulated by the periodic changes in the effective angle between the probing wave and cutoff layer normal,but not by plasma turbulence.The fishbone mode and saturated long-lived mode are typical IKMs,and this modulation phenomenon is observed in both cases.Moreover,the value of the Doppler shift f_(D)is positively correlated with the amplitude of the IKM,even when the latter is small.However,the positive and negative frequency components of the Doppler shift f_(D)can be asymmetric,which is related to the plasma configuration.A simulated analysis is performed by ray tracing to verify these observations.These results establish a clear link between f_(D)and IKM rotation,and are helpful for studying the characteristics of IKM and related physical phenomena.

文摘Background:Goat milk is very similar to human milk in terms of its abundant nutrients and ease of digestion.To derive greater economic benefit,farmers require more female offspring(does);however,the buck-to-doe offspring sex ratio is approximately 50%.At present,artificial insemination after the separation of X/Y sperm using flow cytometry is the primary means of controlling the sex of livestock offspring.However,flow cytometry has not been successfully utilised for the separation of X/Y sperm aimed at sexing control in dairy goats.Results:In this study,a novel,simple goat sperm sexing technology that activates the toll-like receptor 7/8(TLR7/8),thereby inhibiting X-sperm motility,was investigated.Our results showed that the TLR7/8 coding goat Xchromosome was expressed in approximately 50%of round spermatids in the testis and sperm,as measured from cross-sections of the epididymis and ejaculate,respectively.Importantly,TLR7/8 was located at the tail of the Xsperm.Upon TLR7/8 activation,phosphorylated forms of glycogen synthase kinaseα/β(GSK3α/β)and nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)were detected in the X-sperm,causing reduced mitochondrial activity,ATP levels,and sperm motility.High-motility Y-sperm segregated to the upper layer and the low-motility X-sperm,to the lower layer.Following in vitro fertilisation using the TLR7/8-activated sperm from the lower layer,80.52±6.75%of the embryos were XX females.The TLR7/8-activated sperm were subsequently used for in vivo embryo production via the superovulatory response;nine embryos were collected from the uterus of two does that conceived.Eight of these were XX embryos,and one was an XY embryo.Conclusions:Our study reveals a novel TLR7/8 signalling mechanism that affects X-sperm motility via the GSK3α/β-hexokinase pathway;this technique could be used to facilitate the efficient production of sexed dairy goat embryos.

文摘CaBi_(4)Ti_(4)O_(15)(CBT)-based Aurivillius high-temperature piezoceramics with different Sb-Mn co-doping amounts were synthesized via the conventional sintering technique.The influences of doping amount on the product were studied via their crystal structure,microstructure,and piezoelectric performance.It is found that an appropriate Sb-Mn co-doping amount can effectively optimize the crystal structure and decrease the oxygen vacancy concentration in CBT ceramics,leading to enhanced electrical properties.Optimized electrical performance with a high Curie temperature(TC)of 792℃and a remarkable piezoelectric coefficient(d33)of 25 p C/N were achieved at a doping amount(x)of 0.05.Furthermore,this ceramic is found to exhibit an excellent thermal stability,with d33 retaining 88%of its original value after annealing at 600℃for 2 h.Moreover,this ceramic shows a high electrical resistivity(ρ)of 1.35×10^(8)Ω·cm with a small dielectric loss(tanδ)of 1.7%at 400℃.Because of such outstanding piezoelectric performance,it is believed that these Sb-Mn co-doped CBT ceramics could be potential candidates for high-temperature piezoelectric applications.

文摘Compact torus(CT)injection is a highly promising technique for the central fueling of future reactor-grade fusion devices since it features extremely high injection velocity and relatively high plasma mass.Recently,a CT injector for the EAST tokamak,EAST-CTI,was developed and platform-tested.In the first round of experiments conducted with low parameter settings,the maximum velocity and mass of the CT plasma were 150 km·s^(-1)and 90μg,respectively.However,the parameters obtained by EAST-CTI were still very low and were far from the requirements of a device such as EAST that has a strong magnetic field.In future,we plan to solve the spark problem that EAST-CTI currently encounters(that mainly hinders the further development of experiments)through engineering methods,and use greater power to obtain a more stable and suitable CT plasma for EAST.

文摘Compact torus(CT)injection is one of the most promising methods for the central fuelling of next-generation reactor-grade fusion devices due to its high density,high velocity,and selfcontained magnetised structure.A newly compact torus injector(CTI)device in Keda Torus e Xperiment(KTX),named KTX-CTI,was successfully developed and tested at the University of Science and Technology in China.In this study,first,we briefly introduce the basic principles and structure of KTX-CTI,and then,present an accurate circuit model that relies on nonlinear regression analysis(NRA)for studying the current waveform of the formation region.The current waveform,displacement,and velocity of CT plasma in the acceleration region are calculated using this NRA-based one-dimensional point model.The model results were in good agreement with the experiments.The next-step upgrading reference scheme of the KTX-CTI device is preliminarily investigated using this NRA-based point model.This research can provide insights for the development of experiments and future upgrades of the device.

文摘A subdivision vertex-edge corona G_1~S?(∪ G_3~E) is a graph that consists of S(G_1),|V(G_1)| copies of G_2 and |I(G_1)| copies of G_3 by joining the i-th vertex in V(G_1) to each vertex in the i-th copy of G_2 and i-th vertex of I(G_1) to each vertex in the i-th copy of G_3.In this paper, we determine the normalized Laplacian spectrum of G_1~S?(G_2~V∪ G_3~E) in terms of the corresponding normalized Laplacian spectra of three connected regular graphs G_1, G_2 and G_3. As applications, we construct some non-regular normalized Laplacian cospectral graphs. In addition, we also give the multiplicative degree-Kirchhoff index, the Kemeny's constant and the number of the spanning trees of G_1~S?(G_2~V∪ G_3~E) on three regular graphs.

文摘The double tearing mode(DTM)in a highβ_(N)(β_(N)>1.5)discharge with internal transport barrier on EAST was investigated.A 15 kHz tearing mode(TM)(m≥3,n=3)appears at outer q=2 surface at first,which is stable in the highβ_(N)phase.Then a 2 kHz TM(m=2,n=1)occurs at inner q=2 surface.Soon after,highβ_(N)collapsed with the crash of ELM,and DTM formed during the collapse ofβ_(N).The positions of the two islands of the DTM are consistent with the q=2 surface.The temperature fluctuations are the strongest between the two magnetic islands.A statistical analysis of highβ_(N)discharges operating with the reversed magnetic shear configuration in the EAST 2015-2018 campaign revealed the existence of the DTM in many discharges.During the DTM phase,allβ_(N)are reduced by 10%-30%within 0.1 s.However,there are two differentβ_(N)behaviors thereafter-with and withoutβ_(N)recovery.Studying the physical mechanism ofβ_(N)recovery during the DTM phase will benefit steady-state operation with reversed shear configurations in the future.
文摘The influence of 0.1-0.6 at.-%RE additions (RE= La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Er, Yb) on the mechanical properties of Pd was studied. All above RE additions increased not only the strength properties at ambient temperature but also the tensile strength, creep rupture time and activation en- ergy at high temperatures, simultaneously increased the elongation of Pd. In the range of dilute con- centration, the strength properties of Pd-RE alloy enhanced linearly with RE concentration. When the strength properties of Pd-RE alloys were normalized at 0.1 at.-%RE, it was found that light RE elements had stronger effect on the properties of Pd than heavy RE, whereas Eu, Yb, Ce had anoma- lous effect. In all Pd-RF alloys, Pd-Eu alloy had the highest strength properties, successively Pd-Yb and Pd-Ce alloy. The effect mechanisms of RE in alloy, such as purifying impurities, increasing recrystallization temperature, refining grain size. expanding crystal lattice, increasing dislocation den- sity and decreasing stacking fault energy, forming stable RE oxidation by internal oxidation, and so on, were observed. They were strengthening sensitive factors. The influence of the factors on strength properties and elongation of Pd was discussed.
