Multimodal radiomics offers a novel research paradigm for preoperative prognostic assessment and risk stratification of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)by integrating complementary information from different imaging modalities.Current research is shifting from single-modality analysis toward deep functional-anatomical integration.Ultrasound radiomics, with its real-time capability and ease of operation, holds significant clinical value in predicting microvascular invasion, characterizing vascular phenotypes surrounding tumor clusters, and guiding localized treatment decisions.CT radiomics, leveraging high-resolution imaging, excels throughout the entire HCC management process—from early risk stratification to predicting recurrence and treatment response.Magnetic resonance imaging radiomics demonstrates unique advantages in prognosis prediction and mechanism elucidation by characterizing tumor heterogeneity and immune microenvironment features;Positron emission tomography/computed tomography radiomics, leveraging functional metabolic characteristics, shows potential value as an independent biomarker in predicting microvascular invasion and survival duration. The current evidence indicates that single-modality information is limited, whereas multimodal fusion models integrating anatomical, functional, and metabolic features significantly enhance and consistently optimize predictive accuracy for key endpoints such as overall survival and disease-free survival.Despite promising prospects, this field remains constrained by insufficient model generalization, retrospective bias, and the absence of technical standards.Future efforts should advance multimodal radiomics from laboratory to clinical practice through large-scale prospective multicenter studies and the integration of intelligent fusion algorithms, enabling precision personalized diagnosis and treatment for HCC. 展开更多
