Study of Professor Han Fei’s medication rules in treating infantile epilepsy

Objective:By data mining,to analyze the characteristics of Professor Han Fei’s medication in the treatment of children with epilepsy,to explore the rules of medication,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of children with epilepsy by Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 2008 to March 2021,we collected the diagnosis and treatment data of the children with epilepsy who were treated by Professor Han Fei in the outpatient department of Guang’Anmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.Using the software of IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,the characteristics and rules of Professor Hanfei’s Chinese materia medica used were summarized through the descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis of drug cumulative frequency,drug flavor,drug channel tropism and efficacy.Results:A total of 224 cases were included in this study,excluding 1 case with other neurological disorders.Finally,223 prescriptions were included,involving 176 kinds of Chinese materia medica and the total medication frequency was 4712.The first 10 highfrequency Chinese materia medica were Chaihu(95.52%),Bombyx batryticatus(94.17%),keels(83.41%),oysters(72.65%),earthworm(72.20%),fructus aurantii(66.37%),Scorpion(64.57%),Gastrodia elata(60.99%),Acorus gramineus(59.19%)and Dannan Xing(58.30%).The main Chinese materia medica used were mainly for suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind,relieving exterior syndromes and tranquillizing mind.The medicine properties were mainly to be flat,slight cold,pungent,bitter and willing,and they were mainly for liver,lung and heart meridian tropism.Correlation Analysis:Bupleurum chinense,Bombyx batryticatus,Dragon Bone,oyster as its core medicine group,Semen Ziziphi spinosae and semen platycladi are effective strong correlation medicine pair.Three medicine combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:Hanshi has the characteristics of“calming liver,tranquilizing mind,calming endogenous wind,removing the phlegm and extravasated blood”in treating epilepsy. 展开更多

目的探讨多发骨创伤的流行病学特征及不良预后危险因素。方法于北京积水潭医院和国内多家医院前期共建的多中心多发骨创伤数据库中收集2019年12月至2023年12月收治的多发骨创伤患者临床资料,包括年龄、性别、受伤时间、致伤原因、受伤... 目的探讨多发骨创伤的流行病学特征及不良预后危险因素。方法于北京积水潭医院和国内多家医院前期共建的多中心多发骨创伤数据库中收集2019年12月至2023年12月收治的多发骨创伤患者临床资料,包括年龄、性别、受伤时间、致伤原因、受伤部位、并发症及治疗情况等。采用t检验或χ^(2)检验比较组间资料,通过多因素Logistic回归分析患者入院期间截肢和死亡的危险因素。结果共纳入8248例多发骨创伤患者,男女比为1.82∶1,平均年龄(47.2±18.5)岁。2019年12月至2023年12月年均发病人数呈增长趋势。致伤原因以交通伤为主,占比66.7%。损伤部位以骨盆和胸部损伤为主,平均骨折部位2.7处。常见并发症为休克(28.0%)和颅脑损伤(15.6%),15.8%患者收入ICU治疗。12.5%患者住院期间发生下肢深静脉栓塞,肺栓塞发生率为0.3%。0.9%患者行急诊截肢治疗,住院患者死亡率0.4%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,下肢骨折(OR=1.855,P=0.038)、输血(OR=5.451,P<0.05)、急诊行外固定架(OR=3.679,P<0.05)、收入ICU(OR=2.706,P<0.05)是多发骨创伤患者急诊截肢的独立危险因素。脊柱骨折(OR=2.868,P=0.007)、肺栓塞(OR=16.838,P<0.05)、收入ICU(OR=14.440,P<0.05)是患者死亡的独立危险因素。结论多发骨创伤发病率近年呈增长趋势,患病人群以青壮年居多,伤情复杂且治疗费用高。交通伤和重物砸伤为主要致病因素,骨盆、胸部为主要受伤部位,常合并有休克和颅脑损伤,四肢多发伤以下肢见多。下肢骨折、输血、急诊行外固定架、收入ICU是患者急诊截肢的独立危险因素;脊柱骨折、肺栓塞、收入ICU是患者死亡的独立危险因素。 展开更多

Icariin has been shown to enhance erectile function through its bioactive form, icarisid Ih This study investigates the effects of icarisid Ⅱ on diabetic rats with ED and its potential mechanism viathe assessment of advanced glycosylation end products (AGEs), autophagy, mTOR and the NO-cGMP pathway. Icarisid Ⅱ was extracted from icariin by an enzymatic method. In the control and diabetic ED groups, rats were administered normal saline; in the icarisid Ⅱ group, rats were administered icarisid Ⅱ intragastrically. Erectile function was evaluated by measuring intracavernosal pressure/mean arterial pressure (ICP/MAP). AGE concentrations, nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and cGMP concentration were assessed by enzyme immunoassay. Cell proliferation was analysed using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay and flow cytometry. Autophagosomes were observed by transmission electron microscopy, monodansylcadaverine staining and GFP-LC3 Iocalisation. The expression of NOS isoforms and key proteins in autophagy were examined by western blot. Our results have shown that Icarisid Ⅱ increased ICP/MAP values, the smooth muscle cell (SMC) growth curve, S phase and SMC/collagen fibril (SMC/CF) proportions and decreased Beclin 1 (P〈0.05). Icarisid Ⅱ significantly increased the proliferative index and p-p70S6K(Thr389) levels and decreased the numbers of autophagosomes and the levels of LC3-11 (P〈0.01). Icarisid Ⅱ decreased AGE concentrations and increased cGMP concentration, NOS activity (P〈0.05) and cNOS levels (P〈0.01) in the diabetic ED group. Therefore, Icarisid Ⅱ constitutes a promising compound for diabetic ED and might be involved in the upregulation of SMC proliferation and the NO-cGMP pathway and the downregulation of AGEs, autophagy and the mTOR pathway. 展开更多

Large-scale point cloud datasets form the basis for training various deep learning networks and achieving high-quality network processing tasks.Due to the diversity and robustness constraints of the data,data augmentation(DA)methods are utilised to expand dataset diversity and scale.However,due to the complex and distinct characteristics of LiDAR point cloud data from different platforms(such as missile-borne and vehicular LiDAR data),directly applying traditional 2D visual domain DA methods to 3D data can lead to networks trained using this approach not robustly achieving the corresponding tasks.To address this issue,the present study explores DA for missile-borne LiDAR point cloud using a Monte Carlo(MC)simulation method that closely resembles practical application.Firstly,the model of multi-sensor imaging system is established,taking into account the joint errors arising from the platform itself and the relative motion during the imaging process.A distortion simulation method based on MC simulation for augmenting missile-borne LiDAR point cloud data is proposed,underpinned by an analysis of combined errors between different modal sensors,achieving high-quality augmentation of point cloud data.The effectiveness of the proposed method in addressing imaging system errors and distortion simulation is validated using the imaging scene dataset constructed in this paper.Comparative experiments between the proposed point cloud DA algorithm and the current state-of-the-art algorithms in point cloud detection and single object tracking tasks demonstrate that the proposed method can improve the network performance obtained from unaugmented datasets by over 17.3%and 17.9%,surpassing SOTA performance of current point cloud DA algorithms. 展开更多

A modified mixed strengthening model was proposed for describing the yield strength of particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites.The strengthening mechanisms of the composites were analyzed based on the microstructures and compression mechanical properties.The distribution uniformity of reinforcements and cooperation relationship among dislocation mechanisms were considered in the modified mixed strengthening model by introducing a distribution uniformity factor u and a cooperation coefficient fc,respectively.The results show that the modified mixed strengthening model can accurately describe the yield strengths of Al3Ti/2024Al composites with a relative deviation less than1.2%,which is much more accurate than other strengthening models.The modified mixed model can also be used to predict the yield strength of Al3Ti/2024Al composites with different fractions of reinforcements. 展开更多

Classical continuum mechanics which leads to a local continuum model,encounters challenges when the discontinuity appears,while peridynamics that falls into the category of nonlocal continuum mechanics suffers from a high computational cost.A hybrid model coupling classical continuum mechanics with peridynamics can avoid both disadvantages.This paper describes the hybrid model and its adaptive coupling approach which dynamically updates the coupling domains according to crack propagations for brittle materials.Then this hybrid local/nonlocal continuum model is applied to fracture simulation.Some numerical examples like a plate with a hole,Brazilian disk,notched plate and beam,are performed for verification and validation.In addition,a peridynamic software is introduced,which was recently developed for the simulation of the hybrid local/nonlocal continuum model. 展开更多

The rational design of oxygen vacancies and electronic microstructures of electrode materials for energy storage devices still remains a challenge. Herein, we synthesize nickel cobalt-based oxides nanoflower arrays assembled with nanowires grown on Ni foam via the hydrothermal process followed annealing process in air and argon atmospheres respectively. It is found that the annealing atmosphere has a vital influence on the oxygen vacancies and electronic microstructures of resulting NiCo_(2)O_(4) (NCO-Air) and CoNiO_(2) (NCO-Ar) products, which NCO-Ar has more oxygen vacancies and larger specific surface area of 163.48 m^(2)/g. The density functional theory calculation reveals that more oxygen vacancies can provide more electrons to adsorb –OH free anions resulting in superior electrochemical energy storage performance. Therefore, the assembled asymmetric supercapacitor of NCO-Ar//active carbon delivers an excellent energy density of 112.52 Wh/kg at a power density of 558.73 W/kg and the fabricated NCO-Ar//Zn battery presents the specific capacity of 180.20 mAh/g and energy density of 308.14 Wh/kg. The experimental measurement and theoretical calculation not only provide a facile strategy to construct flower-like mesoporous architectures with massive oxygen vacancies, but also demonstrate that NCO-Ar is an ideal electrode material for the next generation of energy storage devices. 展开更多

Y2 Mo4 O15 particles were prepared using a simple solution method(SSM) and used as a highly efficient selective adsorbent for methylene blue(MB) in aqueous solutions. The maximum adsorption capacity of the samples was determined based on the adsorption isotherms with different adsorbent doses at 298,318 and 338 K. The fittings of the temperature-dependent isotherms yield ΔrGm^θ=-34.1 kJ/mol,ΔrHm^θ-36.9 kJ/mol and ΔrSm^θ=-9.67 J/mol·K. The as-prepared Y2 Mo4 O15 has a very large maximum adsorption capacity(i.e., 198 mg/g) for MB at room temperature, and this value is only less than that of amorphous hardwood powder. Notably, 80 mg of adsorbent is able to completely decolorize 250 mL of 30 mg/L MB aqueous solution. The kinetic parameters of the adsorption process were obtained from the temperature-dependent adsorption isotherm(i.e., E1=26.9 kJ/mol and E1 = 63.8 kJ/mol). The results of adsorption kinetics show that it is a pseudo-second-order reaction. The mechanism of the high selectivity and the large adsorption capacity is discussed based on competitive ion(CI) experiments and coordination theory. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Light-induced retinal damage is a serious vision-threatening disease,resulting from unsuitable laser irradiation,high-power light and sustaining light exposure.Therefore,effectively evaluate the morphological and functional of retinal damage is urgently needed.Now,we mainly reported three patients suffered from typical light irradiations.CASE SUMMARY Patient 1 suffered from old laser pointer irradiation and followed with amblyopia treatment.Patient 2 suffered from acute high-energy light irradiation.Patient 3suffered from sustaining optical fiber irradiation.Detailed morphological and functional examinations of the retina revealed that the lesions of the three patients had many similar characteristics,such as macular morphological changes,patent pattern visual monitoring amplitude or peak time abnormalities,multi-fucus electroretinograms macular central amplitude density decreased.CONCLUSION In conclusion,light-induced retinopathy has many common features,which can help clinical medical staff to diagnose retinal photodamage diseases. 展开更多

This paper proposes a hybrid peridynamic and classical continuum mechanical model for the high-temperature damage and fracture analysis of concrete structures.In this model,we introduce the thermal expansion into peridynamics and then couple it with the thermoelasticity based on the Morphing method.In addition,a thermomechanical constitutive model of peridynamic bond is presented inspired by the classic Mazars model for the quasi-brittle damage evolution of concrete structures under high-temperature conditions.The validity and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified through two-dimensional numerical examples,in which the influence of temperature on the damage behavior of concrete structures is investigated.Furthermore,the thermal effects on the fracture path of concrete structures are analyzed by numerical results. 展开更多

目的:比较骨科机器人辅助股骨颈动力交叉钉系统(femoral neck system,FNS)和传统徒手操作FNS治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2021年6月至2022年6月北京积水潭医院智能骨科连续收治的62例<65岁股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,... 目的:比较骨科机器人辅助股骨颈动力交叉钉系统(femoral neck system,FNS)和传统徒手操作FNS治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2021年6月至2022年6月北京积水潭医院智能骨科连续收治的62例<65岁股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,按照是否采用骨科机器人辅助手术分为两组:试验组30例,年龄34~56岁,采用骨科机器人辅助导航,闭合或有限切开复位后行FNS内固定;对照组32例,年龄33~54岁,采用传统徒手操作,闭合或有限切开复位后行FNS内固定。分析比较两组住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量、术中透视次数。术后6个月采用髋关节Harris评分评估两组髋关节功能恢复情况。结果:62例股骨颈骨折均顺利完成手术。试验组和对照组术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组手术时间短于对照组[42.1(28.5,50.7)min vs.53.4(36.9,62.5)min,Z=-2.338,P=0.019];试验组术中X线透视次数少于对照组[8.0(6.0,11.0)次vs.15.0(13.0,17.0)次,Z=-5.960,P<0.001]。两组术后6个月随访时髋关节Harris评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与徒手操作FNS相比,骨科机器人辅助FNS治疗股骨颈骨折可缩短手术时间,减少术中透视次数,在髋关节功能恢复上两者治疗效果相当。 展开更多

Objective:To summarize the characteristics and evaluate the quality of the methodology and evidence within systematic reviews(SRs)of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)for Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)inchildren.Methods:SRs of randomized controlled trials were searched using PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase,the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure Databases(CNKI),the Chinese Scientific Journals Database(VIP),Wanfang,and the SinoMed Database.SRs on the use of CHM alone or in combination with Western medications for MPP in children were included.The study compared the effects of Western medicine alone with those of CHM.The evidence quality using the A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews(AMSTAR)2,the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)2020,and the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)criteria.The primary indicators were the total effective rate,fever subsidence time,and cough disappearance time.The secondary outcomes were pulmonary rale disappearance time,average hospitalization time,lung X-ray infiltrate disappearance time,immunological indices,and inflammatory cytokine levels.Results:Twelve relevant SRs were included;75%(9/12)were assessed as very low quality,and 25%(3/12)Were rated as low quality using the AMSTAR 2 criteria.According to the PRISMA 2020 checklist,the average SR score was 20.3 out of a 27 point maximum.In all SRs,CHM demonstrated improvement in symptoms and signs among children with MPP.The evidence quality using the GRADE criteria ranged from"very low"(>50%)to"moderate"(<5%).The most common downgrading factor was imprecision,followed by publication bias and inconsistency.Conclusion:This overview highlights the limited quality of the methodology and evidence of the included SRs.Although the included studies showed the beneficial effects of CHM on MPP in children,it was difficult to draw firm conclusions owing to methodological flaws. 展开更多

The efficient and environmentally friendly recycling technology of waste residue that including abundant heavy metal produced during the recovery of lithium batteries has become a research hotspot.Herein,a novelty process of acid leaching-selective electrodeposition-deep impurity removal-regeneration was proposed to recovery of the CuS slag,which has been efficient transferred to high purity cathode copper and commercially available ternary precursors.Copper cathode with a purity of 99.67%was prepared under electrochemical reaction conditions at-0.55 V for 2 h.A novel impurity remover-Mn powder,which was used to remove the residual impurities and as a feedstock for the ternary precursor.Finally,NCM523 was regenerated by co-precipitation.The process is superior to the traditional process in economy,energy consumption,CO_(2)emissions,product purity and process duration.This study provides a new approach for solid waste recovery and precious metal enrichment. 展开更多
