Chemical investigation of the marine-derived fungus Chaetomium globosum HBU-45 led to the discovery of chaeglobol A(1).Its structure was determined by spectroscopic analysis,computational electronic circular dichroism(ECD)/optical rotatory dispersion(ORD)methods,and X-ray crystallography.Compound 1 represents a new skeleton with an uncommon 6/6/6/5/6/5/6/5 octacyclic system,which is presumably biosynthesized via a[4+2]cycloaddition and an enzymatic cyclization.Chaeglobol A(1)exhibited inhibitory activity against B.dothidea by destroying cell membrane integrity and causing oxidative damage within the cells. 展开更多

Due to the atomic-level centrosymmetric spontaneous polarization,antiferroelectric materials exhibit a sensitively nonlinear capacitive response to plural physic fields(mainly electric field and temperature)in a certain range,consequently leading to some superb material properties,e.g.,ripple suppression,elec-trocaloric cooling,and dielectric energy storage.However,there are many cognitive blanks about how this exotic multi-field relationε(E_(DC),T)is influenced and manipulated via microscopic structures in the anti-ferroelectrics.In this work,the classic antiferroelectric ceramics PLZT were selected to see this intelligent effect,based on a quad-parameterizedε(E_(DC))relation on the dependence of T.εrelations were studied under different material compositions,temperature,frequency,AC electric field,and DC electric field,re-vealing lattice/domain structure evolution and the underlying mechanism.The inherent phase stability,introduced random field,and hierarchical hysteresis states were found to co-dominate this multi-field nonlinear relation.This work would not only contribute to future progress in the current applications(ripple suppression/electrocaloric cooling/dielectric energy storage)but imply the possibility of co-sensing temperature and electric potential simply and smartly. 展开更多

Recently,stimuli-responsive nanocarriers capable of precision drug release have garnered significant attention in the field of drug delivery.Here,an in-situ dynamic covalent self-assembled(DCS)strategy was utilized to develop a co-delivery system.This assembly was based on a thiol-disulfide-exchange reaction,producing disulfide macrocycles in an oxidizing aerial environment.These macrocycles encapsulated the anti-cancer drug(paclitaxel,PTX)on the surface of gold nanoparticles,which served as photothermal therapy agents during the self-assembly.In the DCS process,the kinetic control over the concentration of each building unit within the reaction system led to the formation of a stable co-delivery nanosystem with optimal drug-loading efficiency.Notably,the high glutathione(GSH)concentrations in tumor cells caused the disulfide macrocycles in nanostructures to break,resulting in drug release.The stimuli-responsive performances of the prepared nanosystems were determined by observing the molecular structures and drug release.The results revealed that the self-assembled nanosystem exhibited GSH-triggered drug release and good photothermal conversion capability under near-infrared light.Moreover,the in vitro and in vivo results revealed that conjugating the targeting molecule of cRGD with co-delivery nanosystem enhanced its biocompatibility,chemo-photothermal anti-cancer effect.Overall,our findings indicated that in-situ DCS strategy enhanced the control over drug loading during the construction of the co-delivery system,paving a way for the development of more functional carriers in nanomedicine. 展开更多

A dual-scale hybrid HfB_(2)/Cu-Hf composite with HfB_(2) microparticles and Cu_(5) Hf nanoprecipitates was designed and prepared.The contribution of the hybrid effect to the mechanical properties and high-temperature performances was studied from macro and micro perspectives,respectively.The hybrid of dual-scale particles can make the strain distribution of the composite at the early deformation stage more uniform and delay the strain concentration caused by the HfB_(2) particle.The dislocation pinning of HfB_(2) particles and the coherent strengthening of Cu_(5) Hf nanoprecipitates simultaneously play a strengthening role,but the strength of the hybrid composite is not a simple superposition of two strengthening mod-els.In addition,both Cu_(5) Hf nanoprecipitates and HfB_(2) microparticles contribute to the high-temperature performance of the composite,the growth and phase transition of nanoprecipitates at high temperature will reduce their contribution to strength,while the stable HfB_(2) particles can inhibit the coarsening of matrix grains and maintain the high-density geometrically necessary dislocations(GNDs)in the matrix,which ensures more excellent high-temperature resistance of the hybrid composite.As a result,the hy-brid structure can simultaneously possess the advantages of multiple reinforcements and make up for the shortcomings of each other.Finally,a copper matrix composite with high strength,high conductivity,and excellent high-temperature performance is displayed. 展开更多

水稻是我国重要的粮食作物,海南是我国主要的热带水稻种植与育种区域之一。目前海南热带区域水稻种植监测存在自动化程度低、人工工作量大,以及准确率不高的问题。以海南省海口市为实验区域,基于吉林一号、北京二号、WorldView、高景一... 水稻是我国重要的粮食作物,海南是我国主要的热带水稻种植与育种区域之一。目前海南热带区域水稻种植监测存在自动化程度低、人工工作量大,以及准确率不高的问题。以海南省海口市为实验区域,基于吉林一号、北京二号、WorldView、高景一号等高分辨率多光谱卫星遥感影像,结合外业核查信息,建立了海南热带区域一套多源、多尺度的高分辨率多光谱水稻种植区样本库,并利用DeepLab-V3+卷积神经网络模型进行训练,提出了热带区域水稻种植区域遥感智能解译方法。实验结果显示基于DeepLab-V3+卷积神经网络模型的水稻智能提取准确率达到了81.9%,召回率为86.7%。结果表明:利用解译样本库训练的卷积神经网络模型可以准确提取热带水稻种植区域,该方法可为采用高分辨率多光谱遥感影像提取热带区域水稻种植区提供新的方法参考。 展开更多

Ammonia(NH_(3))emission has caused serious environment issues and aroused worldwide concern.The emerging ionic liquid(IL)provides a greener way to efficiently capture NH_(3).This paper provides rigorous process simulation,optimization and assessment for a novel NH_(3)deep purification process using IL.The process was designed and investigated by simulation and optimization using ionic liquid[C_(4)im][NTF_(2)]as absorbent.Three objective functions,total purification cost(TPC),total process CO_(2)emission(TPCOE)and thermal efficiency(ηeff)were employed to optimize the absorption process.Process simulation and optimization results indicate that at same purification standard and recovery rate,the novel process can achieve lower cost and CO_(2)emission compared to benchmark process.After process optimization,the optimal functions can achieve 0.02726$/Nm~3(TPC),311.27 kg CO_(2)/hr(TP-COE),and 52.21%(ηeff)for enhanced process.Moreover,compared with conventional process,novel process could decrease over$3 million of purification cost and 10000 tons of CO_(2)emission during the life cycle.The results provide a novel strategy and guidance for deep purification of NH_(3)capture. 展开更多

Laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)is a promising method for manufacturing functional and structural integrated Cu-Cr-Zr components.However,the LPBF-processed Cu-Cr-Zr alloys still suffer from the strength-ductility trade-offdilemma,while maintaining high conductivity.Here,LPBF-processed Cu-Cr-Zr alloy with a hierarchical structure was obtained by increasing the Cr and Zr content simultaneously.After aging treatment,the hierarchical structure was composed of melt tracks at the macroscale,coarse grains(31.9±0.1μm)and fine grains(5.6±0.2μm)at the microscale,high-density of dislocations and dual precipitates at the nanoscale.The direct aged sample exhibited an excellent combination of strength and ductility(tensile strength was enhanced to 626±1 MPa and uniform elongation of 16.2%±1.1%),which is superior to the traditionally wrought and LPBF-processed Cu-Cr-Zr alloys reported previously.Meantime,a good electrical conductivity of 71.1%±0.3%IACS was also achieved.In addition,the heterogeneous deformation-induced stress caused by the hierarchical structure not only led to a large increase in yield strength but also promoted tensile ductility. 展开更多

生态环境监测为生态环境保护和监管提供了可靠、有效的数据,生态环境监测数据一体化组织管理是挖掘生态环境监测数据潜在价值的基础。现有的生态环境监测数据组织与管理方式因标准不统一、参考体系各异,难以集成管理、快速检索与统计分... 生态环境监测为生态环境保护和监管提供了可靠、有效的数据,生态环境监测数据一体化组织管理是挖掘生态环境监测数据潜在价值的基础。现有的生态环境监测数据组织与管理方式因标准不统一、参考体系各异,难以集成管理、快速检索与统计分析。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于Geohash与行政区划双层嵌套格网混合索引机制,实现各类生态环境监测数据的一体化组织管理,满足海量多源异构生态环境监测数据的存储和快速检索。基于构建的Geohash与行政区划双层嵌套格网混合索引机制,研发了网格自动划分软件,实现生态环境监测数据的一体化组织、多维度检索、统计分析及实时展示,并以2021年全国秸秆火点矢量数据、2023年8月姜堰区扬尘源矢量数据及江苏省水库矢量数据为例验证了此软件的各项功能及其运行情况。结果表明:构建的双层嵌套混合索引机制能快速完成海量生态环境监测数据的格网建构与编码,结合业务需求完成最优格网选择,快速检索并统计不同空间尺度数据情况。 展开更多

目的观察益气通腑方对老年严重脓毒症并急性胃肠损伤(AGI)患者的影响并探讨其机制。方法将70例老年严重脓毒症AGI患者,随机分为对照组及观察组各35例。其中观察组女性11例,男性24例,平均年龄(74.58±10.66)岁,APACHE II评分为(24.4&... 目的观察益气通腑方对老年严重脓毒症并急性胃肠损伤(AGI)患者的影响并探讨其机制。方法将70例老年严重脓毒症AGI患者,随机分为对照组及观察组各35例。其中观察组女性11例,男性24例,平均年龄(74.58±10.66)岁,APACHE II评分为(24.4±2.6)分,对照组女性10例,男性25例,平均年龄(73.72±10.81)岁,APACHE II评分为(23.8±4.1)分,2组患者的一般资料经对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组采用西药常规病因及对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气通腑方鼻饲或口服,2组疗程均为5天。观察治疗前后2组患者28天死亡率、APACHE-II评分、急性胃肠损伤评分、SOFA评分,以及肠黏膜屏障指标:外周血二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸、肠脂肪酸结合蛋白(i FABP)、内毒素(ET)的变化。结果观察组死亡4例(11.4%),对照组13例(37.1%),两组患者28 d死亡率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组APACHE-II评分、AGI评分、SOFA评分改善明显优于对照组。两组患者外周血DAO、D-乳酸、i FABP、ET与治疗前比均呈下降趋势(P<0.05),但观察组上述指标显著低于对照组,两组间比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠道给予益气通腑方能改善老年脓毒症患者急性胃肠损伤的症状和降低死亡率,其机制与减轻肠道黏膜损害并降低肠道通透性、促进胃肠蠕动,打断了肠源性感染与MODS之间的恶性循环有关。 展开更多

To understand the role of reproductive traits in successful invasio... Conyza sumatrensis (Retz.) E. Walker, a member of Asteraceae, is a highly invasive species. However, its reproduction biology remains poorly known. To understand the role of reproductive traits in successful invasion of the species, we studied several traits of its reproductive system: the miniature capitulum and gynomonoecious sexual system, the biology and phenology of capitula and florets, pollen/ovule ratio, the mating system (selfcompatibility), flower visitors, physical traits and dispersal potential of achenes, germination potential of achenes from manually pollinated capitula, and the association of these traits with invasiveness. Our study showed that the reproductive traits of autonomous seed production, versatile mating system of self- and cross-pollination, and generalized pollination system might contribute to the species' successful invasive capability. The invasiveness was further enhanced by the high and rapid production of achenes, as well as the high percentage, rapid germination rate and high dispersal capability of achenes. It was concluded that in annual or winter-annual weeds, autonomous seed production contributed significantly to the invasiveness of the species. 展开更多

A total of 43 prolonged coma patients with diffuse axonal injury received the somatosensory evoked potential examination one month after injury in the First Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University in China. Somatosensory evoked potentials were graded as normal, abnormal or absent (grades I-III) according to N20 amplitude and central conduction time. The outcome in patients with grade III somatosensory evoked potential was in each case unfavorable. The prognostic accuracy of grade III somatosensory evoked potential for unfavorable and non-awakening outcome was 100% and 80%, respectively. The prognostic accuracy of grade I somatosensory evoked potential for favorable and wakening outcome was 86% and 100%, respectively. These results suggest that somatosensory evoked potential grade is closely correlated with coma severity and degree of recovery. Somatosensory evoked potential is a valuable diagnostic tool to assess prognosis in prolonged coma patients with diffuse axonal injury. 展开更多

In situ synchrotron X-ray radiography was used to study the effect of direct current(DC) on the grain nucleation and growth of Sn-50 wt.%Pb alloy. The results showed that applying DC adequately during solidification could effectively enhance the grain nucleation and inhibit its growth. Imaging of comparative experiments with varying DC intensity indicated that the final grain size, determined by the competition between grain nucleation and growth, was sensitively dependent on the DC intensity. It was found that the average grain size was decreased from 1632 to 567 μm with DC density of 1.5 A/mm^2 compared to the case without DC. Beyond this value, raising the current density may cause a significant decrease in the nucleation rate, and thus lead to a coarsening of the grain structure. 展开更多

As a novel collector, O-isopropyl-N,N-diethyl thionocarbamate(IPDTC) was designed and synthesized for copper-sulfur flotation separation. Density functional theory calculations were performed to investigate the electronic structures of IPDTC. The results showed that IPDTC had higher energy of the highest occupied molecular orbital but lower electronegativity than O-isopropyl-N-ethyl thionocarbamate(Z-200). It was predicted that IPDTC had strong collection ability according to the reaction energy criteria. Flotation results demonstrated that the collecting ability of IPDTC to chalcopyrite and pyrite was stronger than that of Z-200. Then, the flotation mechanism was analyzed by measurements of surface tension, adsorption capacity, XPS, FTIR and zeta potential. These results indicated that IPDTC could reduce the solution surface tension. The adsorption capacity of IPDTC on chalcopyrite was higher than that on pyrite, consistent with the results of the flotation tests. FTIR, zeta potential and XPS results also demonstrated that IPDTC was strongly absorbed on the chalcopyrite surface by formation of Cu—S—C bonds, but showed a weak affinity on the pyrite surface. 展开更多

目的:研究通滞活络颗粒冲剂联合复方樟柳碱对中老年后天性眼肌麻痹的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2015-01/2017-10在我院进行诊治的81例81眼中老年后天性眼肌麻痹患者,按治疗方式的不同分为观察组40例40眼和对照组41例41眼。对照组在患侧颞... 目的:研究通滞活络颗粒冲剂联合复方樟柳碱对中老年后天性眼肌麻痹的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2015-01/2017-10在我院进行诊治的81例81眼中老年后天性眼肌麻痹患者,按治疗方式的不同分为观察组40例40眼和对照组41例41眼。对照组在患侧颞浅动脉旁给予皮下注射复方樟柳碱2mL,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合服用通滞活络颗粒冲剂。比较两组的临床治疗效果、复视像距离及治疗前后基底动脉收缩期的搏动指数以及血流速度。结果:观察组中老年后天性眼肌麻痹患者的有效率为92%(37/40),明显高于对照组的73%(30/41,P<0.05);观察组治愈时间≤2wk的发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的复视像距离均明显缩短(P<0.01),且观察组复视像距离明显短于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗后的搏动指数均明显降低(P<0.01),血流速度均明显升高(P<0.01),且观察组更为明显(P<0.01)。结论:通滞活络颗粒冲剂联合复方樟柳碱对中老年后天性眼肌麻痹的临床治疗效果明显优于单纯皮下注射复方樟柳碱,可有效改善椎-基底动脉的血流状况,具有较高的临床应用价值。 展开更多

Functionalized ionic liquids(FILs)as extractants were employed for the separation of tungsten and molybdenum from a sulfate solution for the first time.The effects of initial pH,extractant concentration,metal concentrations in the feed were comprehensively investigated.The results showed that tricaprylmethylammonium bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)phosphinate([A336][Cyanex272])could selectively extract W over Mo at an initial pH value of 5.5;the best separation factorβ_(W/Mo) of 25.61 was obtained for a solution with low metal concentrations(WO3:2.49 g/L,Mo:1.04 g/L).The[A336][Cyanex272]system performed effectively for solutions of different W/Mo molar ratios and different metal ion concentrations in the feed.The chemical reaction between[A336][Cyanex272]and W followed the ion association mechanism,which was further proved by the Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectra of loaded[A336][Cyanex272]and the free extractant.The stripping experiments indicated that 95.48%W and 100.00%Mo were stripped using a 0.20 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution.Finally,the selective extractions of W and Mo from two synthetic solutions of different high metal concentrations were obtained;the separation factorβW/Mo reached 23.24 and 17.59 for the first and second solutions,respectively.The results suggest the feasibility of[A336][Cyanex272]as an extractant for the separation of tungsten and molybdenum. 展开更多

An optimized silicon carbide(SiC)trench metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor(MOSFET)structure with side-wall p-type pillar(p-pillar)and wrap n-type pillar(n-pillar)in the n-drain was investigated by utilizing Silvaco TCAD simulations.The optimized structure mainly includes a p+buried region,a light n-type current spreading layer(CSL),a p-type pillar region,and a wrapping n-type pillar region at the right and bottom of the p-pillar.The improved structure is named as SNPPT-MOS.The side-wall p-pillar region could better relieve the high electric field around the p+shielding region and the gate oxide in the off-state mode.The wrapping n-pillar region and CSL can also effectively reduce the specific on-resistance(Ron,sp).As a result,the SNPPT-MOS structure exhibits that the figure of merit(Fo M)related to the breakdown voltage(V_(BR))and Ron,sp(V_(BR)^2R_(on,sp))of the SNPPT-MOS is improved by 44.5%,in comparison to that of the conventional trench gate SJ MOSFET(full-SJ-MOS).In addition,the SNPPT-MOS structure achieves a much fasterwitching speed than the full-SJ-MOS,and the result indicates an appreciable reduction in the switching energy loss. 展开更多

In situ TiB2/Cu composites were fabricated by both solid-liquid(S-L)and liquid-liquid(L-L)reactive spray deposition in combination with cold rolling and annealing.The microstructure and properties of the fabricated TiB2/Cu composites were investigated.The results show that the reactive mode and rolling treatment are the main factors affecting the microstructure and properties of the TiB2/Cu composite.The in situ reaction in the L-L reaction can be carried out more completely.By controlling the rolling and annealing process,the relative density and the properties of the as-deposited composites are optimized.The comprehensive performance of the deformed TiB2/Cu composite prepared by L-L reactive spray deposition(401 MPa and 83.5%IACS)is better than that by S-L reactive spray deposition(520 MPa and 20.2%IACS). 展开更多

This article investigates an improved 4H-SiC trench gate metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor(MOSFET)(UMOSFET)fitted with a super-junction(SJ)shielded region.The modified structure is composed of two n-type conductive pillars,three p-type conductive pillars,an oxide trench under the gate,and a light n-type current spreading layer(NCSL)under the p-body.The n-type conductive pillars and the light n-type current spreading layer provide two paths to and promote the diffusion of a transverse current in the epitaxial layer,thus improving the specific on-resistance(R_(on,sp)).There are three p-type pillars in the modified structure,with the p-type pillars on both sides playing the same role.The p-type conductive pillars relieve the electric field(E-field)in the corner of the trench bottom.Two-dimensional simulation(silvaco TCAD)indicates that Ron,sp of the modified structure,and breakdown voltage(V_(BR))are improved by 22.2%and 21.1%respectively,while the maximum figure of merit(FOM=V_(BR)^(2)/R_(on,sp)) is improved by 79.0%.Furthermore,the improved structure achieves a light smaller low gate-to-drain charge(Q_(gd))and when compared with the conventional UMOSFET(conventional-UMOS),it displays great advantages for reducing the switching energy loss.These advantages are due to the fact that the p-type conductive pillars and n-type conductive pillars configured under the gate provide a substantial charge balance,which also enables the charge carriers to be extracted quickly.In the end,under the condition of the same total charge quantity,the simulation comparison of gate charge and OFF-state characteristics between Gaussdoped structure and uniform-doped structure shows that Gauss-doped structure increases the V_(BR)of the device without degradation of dynamic performance. 展开更多

Copper matrix composites reinforced by in situ-formed hybrid titanium boride whiskers(TiB_(w))and titanium diboride particles(TiB_(2p))were fabricated by powder metallurgy.Microstructural observations showed competitive precipitation behavior between TiB_(w) and TiB_(2p),where the relative contents of the two reinforcements varied with sintering temperature.Based on thermodynamic and kinetic assessments,the precipitation mechanisms of the hybrid reinforcements were discussed,and the formation of both TiB_(w) and TiB_(2p) from the local melting zone was thermodynamically favored.The precipitation kinetics were mainly controlled by a solid-state diffusion of B atoms.By forming a compact compound layer,in situ reactions were divided into two stages,where Zener growth and Dybkov growth prevailed,respectively.Accordingly,the competitive precipitation behavior was attributed to the transition of the growth model during the reaction process. 展开更多
