In the context of urban renewal,this study investigates land valuation and capital contribution(shareholding)as a key allocation mechanism.It traces the policy evolution,analyzes relevant local practices,and precisely...In the context of urban renewal,this study investigates land valuation and capital contribution(shareholding)as a key allocation mechanism.It traces the policy evolution,analyzes relevant local practices,and precisely defines the concept s operational models and mechanisms in this field.Based on this,this study delves into the operational models through which diverse market entities,specifically municipal-owned,district-owned state-owned enterprises(SOEs),and private enterprises,participate in urban renewal via land valuation and capital contribution(shareholding).Finally,corresponding countermeasures and recommendations are proposed,addressing key aspects including the applicable scope,operational rules,transfer and mortgage requirements,whole-life-cycle supervision,and exit mechanisms for this practice within urban renewal activities.展开更多

Despite its frequency, effective therapeutic str...Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenera- tive disease characterized by a persistent decline of dopaminergic (DA) neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta. Despite its frequency, effective therapeutic strategies that halt the neurodegenerative processes are lacking, reinforcing the need to better understand the molecular drivers of this disease. Importantly, increasing evidence suggests that the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress-induced unfolded protein response is likely involved in DA neuronal death. Salidroside, a major compound isolated from Rhodiola rosea L., possesses potent anti- oxidative stress properties and protects against DA neu- ronal death. However, the underlying mechanisms are not well understood. In the present study, we demonstrate that salidroside prevents 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA)- induced cytotoxicity by attenuating ER stress. Further- more, treatment of a DA neuronal cell line (SN4741) and primary cortical neurons with salidroside significantly reduced neurotoxin-induced increases in cytoplasmic reactive oxygen species and calcium, both of which cause ER stress, and cleaved caspase-12, which is responsible for ER stress-induced cell death. Together, these results sug- gest that salidroside protects SN4741 cells and primary cortical neurons from 6-OHDA-induced neurotoxicity by attenuating ER stress. This provides a rationale for the investigation of salidroside as a potential therapeutic agent in animal models of PD.展开更多
Objective:To provide basic information and theories for prehypertension early intervention,a systematic analysis of the epidemic status and risk factors among young and middle-aged was carried out here.Methods:This st...Objective:To provide basic information and theories for prehypertension early intervention,a systematic analysis of the epidemic status and risk factors among young and middle-aged was carried out here.Methods:This study relied on the data bank of a health check-up population of a class a tertiary general hospital in Guangdong province in 2015.Total 9540 young and middle-aged adults were enrolled,and 733 people were included to find out the effect with lifestyle in these crowd.Principal Components Analysis(PCA)of Factor(FA)was used to identify dietary patterns.The logistic regression model was used to find the risk factors of prehypertension.Results:Among 9540 young and middle-aged cases,the incidence of prehypertension was 36.6%.Moreover,the average age,proportion of male gender,overweight,FBG(fasting blood glucose),dyslipidemia,and hyperuricemia were significantly higher in the prehypertension group than in the optimal BP group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that age,total cholesterol,triglycerides,uric acid,body mass index and HR(heart rate)were risk factors,and female was a protective factor for prehypertension.Among 733 cases,the incidence of prehypertension was 35.1%.The proportion of smoking,drinking,physical workers,moderate and severe physical activity,and the intake of meat,dietary energy were significantly higher in the prehypertension group than in the optimal BP group.Dietary patterns included“meat model”,“spice model”,“main vegeTables model”and“high protein model”.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that age,drinking were risk factors for prehypertension,while dietary milk intake,dietary magnesium intake were protective factors.Conclusions:Prehypertension is highly prevalent in Guangzhou.However,education about effective lifestyle modifications as an alcohol limit,increasing the intake of dairy products,and magnesium may intervene in the development of prehypertension.But how to develop targeted interventions for such groups need to be further explored.The present study would lay the theoretical foundation and basic data for the next step.展开更多
Background:Blood-based test for predicting disease progression and early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease(PD)is an unmet need in the clinic.The profiles of microRNAs(miRNAs)are regarded as potential diagnostic biomar...Background:Blood-based test for predicting disease progression and early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease(PD)is an unmet need in the clinic.The profiles of microRNAs(miRNAs)are regarded as potential diagnostic biomarkers for human diseases,whereas miRNAs in the periphery are susceptible to the influence of various components.MiRNAs enriched in serum extracellular vesicles(EVs)have demonstrated disease-specific advantages in diagnosis due to their high abundance,stability and resistance to degradation.This study was aimed to screen differentially expressed EV-derived miRNAs between healthy controls and PD patients to aid in diagnosis of PD.Methods:A total of 31 healthy controls and 72 patients with a diagnosis of PD at different Hoehn and Yahr stages in Tangdu Hospital were included.In total,185 differentially expressed miRNAs were obtained through RNA sequencing of serum EVs as well as edgeR and t-test analyses.Subsequently,the weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA)was utilized to identify the commonly expressed miRNAs in all stages of PD by constructing connections between modules,and specifically expressed miRNAs in each stage of PD by functional enrichment analysis.After aligning these miRNAs with PD-related miRNAs in Human miRNA Disease Database,the screened miRNAs were further validated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)using peripheral blood EVs from 40 more participants.Results:WGCNA showed that 4 miRNAs were commonly associated with all stages of PD and 13 miRNAs were specifically associated with different stages of PD.Of the 17 obtained miRNAs,7 were validated by ROC curve analysis and 7 were verified in 40 more participants by qRT-PCR.Six miRNAs were verified by both methods,which included 2 miRNAs that were commonly expressed in all stages of PD and 4 miRNAs that were specifically expressed in different stages of PD.Conclusions:The 6 serum EV-derived miRNAs,hsa-miR-374a-5p,hsa-miR-374b-5p,hsa-miR-199a-3p,hsa-miR-28-5p,hsa-miR-22-5p and hsa-miR-151a-5p,may potentially be used as biomarkers for PD progression and for early diagnosis of PD in populations.展开更多

Safety helmets are essential protective equipment in construction sites,so it’s imperative to implement immediate detection and alert systems for monitoring construction workers’adherence to wearing safety helmets.T...Safety helmets are essential protective equipment in construction sites,so it’s imperative to implement immediate detection and alert systems for monitoring construction workers’adherence to wearing safety helmets.Traditional methods for helmet wearing detection often overlook the impact of complex backgrounds on detection results,and small background objects can disrupt the detection outcomes,leading to a high false positive rate.However,Deep learning-based helmet wearing detection methods exceed in adapting to environmental variations but often neglect the relationship between safety helmets and individuals.This paper introduces a safety helmet detection system utilizing the YOLOv7 algorithm,and it’s aimed at detecting hazardous situations that people are not wearing safety helmets in the monitoring area.The detection process involves using the YOLOv7 algorithm to extract features from the input image,followed by predicting the objects in the test image,next assigning scores to each bounding box,and finally outputting the bounding box with the highest score and its corresponding category onto the test image.Experiment results on the self-constructed dataset demonstrate that using the proposed model for the safety helmet wearing detection achieves an mAP of 96.33%,which outperforms the current state-of-art models.展开更多
