The highly dynamic nature,strong uncertainty,and coupled multiple safety constraints inherent in carrier aircraft recovery operations pose severe challenges for real-time decision-making.Addressing bolter scenarios,th...The highly dynamic nature,strong uncertainty,and coupled multiple safety constraints inherent in carrier aircraft recovery operations pose severe challenges for real-time decision-making.Addressing bolter scenarios,this study proposes an intelligent decision-making framework based on a deep long short-term memory Q-network.This framework transforms the real-time sequencing for bolter recovery problem into a partially observable Markov decision process.It employs a stacked long shortterm memory network to accurately capture the long-range temporal dependencies of bolter event chains and fuel consumption.Furthermore,it integrates a prioritized experience replay training mechanism to construct a safe and adaptive scheduling system capable of millisecond-level real-time decision-making.Experimental demonstrates that,within large-scale mass recovery scenarios,the framework achieves zero safety violations in static environments and maintains a fuel safety violation rate below 10%in dynamic scenarios,with single-step decision times at the millisecond level.The model exhibits strong generalization capability,effectively responding to unforeseen emergent situations—such as multiple bolters and fuel emergencies—without requiring retraining.This provides robust support for efficient carrier-based aircraft recovery operations.展开更多
The effective thermal management of lithium-ion batteries is the key to ensuring their fast charging-discharging,safe and efficient operation.Herein,inspired by transpiration-driven water transport in plants,we report...The effective thermal management of lithium-ion batteries is the key to ensuring their fast charging-discharging,safe and efficient operation.Herein,inspired by transpiration-driven water transport in plants,we report a highly hygroscopic needle-punched carbon fiber felt(HS/CFF)with high evaporative cooling efficiency and fire resistance for the safe operation of lithium-ion batteries working at ultrahigh-rate conditions.The three-dimensional fiber skeleton structure constructed by needle punching in the carbon fiber felt enables effective water transport and storage in HS/CFF,without any water leakage.At an ultra-high discharge rate of 10 C,HS/CFF can reduce the maximum temperature of commercial lithium-ion batteries by 18℃,and can keep the battery temperature below 60℃.During 500 cycles of charge-discharge,HS/CFF maintains stable evaporative heat dissipation performance,which helps to improve the safety of lithium-ion batteries and extend their service life.Moreover,HS/CFF remains non-combustible even under exposure to a flame(600-700℃)for 10 min,and the HS/CFF can be reused after the burning test,with the original excellent heat dissipation effect unchanged.This flexible,fire-resistant cooling material offers a promising avenue for low-energy intelligent thermal management of lithium-ion batteries and other heat-generating electronic devices.展开更多

Flexible electronic skin(E-skin)sensors offer innovative solutions for detecting human body signals,enabling human-machine interactions and advancing the development of intelligent robotics.Electrospun nanofibers are ...Flexible electronic skin(E-skin)sensors offer innovative solutions for detecting human body signals,enabling human-machine interactions and advancing the development of intelligent robotics.Electrospun nanofibers are particularly wellsuited for E-skin applications due to their exceptional mechanical properties,tunable breathability,and lightweight nature.Nanofiber-based composite materials consist of three-dimensional structures that integrate one-dimensional polymer nanofibers with other functional materials,enabling efficient signal conversion and positioning them as an ideal platform for next-generation intelligent electronics.Here,this review begins with an overview of electrospinning technology,including far-field electrospinning,near-field electrospinning,and melt electrospinning.It also discusses the diverse morphologies of electrospun nanofibers,such as core-shell,porous,hollow,bead,Janus,and ribbon structure,as well as strategies for incorporating functional materials to enhance nanofiber performance.Following this,the article provides a detailed introduction to electrospun nanofiber-based composite materials(i.e.,nanofiber/hydrogel,nanofiber/aerogel,nanofiber/metal),emphasizing their recent advancements in monitoring physical,physiological,body fluid,and multi-signal in human signal detection.Meanwhile,the review explores the development of multimodal sensors capable of responding to diverse stimuli,focusing on innovative strategies for decoupling multiple signals and their state-of-the-art advancements.Finally,current challenges are analyzed,while future prospects for electrospun nanofiber-based composite sensors are outlined.This review aims to advance the design and application of next-generation flexible electronics,fostering breakthroughs in multifunctional sensing and health monitoring technologies.展开更多
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture among patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction, and the nerve remodeling of acupuncture using diffusion tensor imaging.MethodsOne hundred and twenty ...ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture among patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction, and the nerve remodeling of acupuncture using diffusion tensor imaging.MethodsOne hundred and twenty patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction were randomly assigned to either acupuncture group or sham-acupuncture group with a 1:1 ratio. All patients received usual care and swallowing function training of neurology department. Additionally, acupuncture was applied at Sìshéncōng (四神聪EX-HN1), Băihuì (百会GV20), Tàiyáng (太阳EX-HN5), Fēngchí (风池GB20) and Shésānzhēn (舌三针three-tongue needling points, Extra) in acupuncture group. The needles were retained for 30 min each time, and five times a week for three weeks as a course of treatment. Two courses of treatments were required in total. In sham-acupuncture group, the blunt needles were put into the needle sleeve, and the top of needle was fixed on the skin. During treatment the blunt needle tip only had slight contact with the skin without any penetration. The blunt needle tips were placed on EX-HN1, GV20, EX-HN5, GB20 and three-tongue needling points, respectively. The duration of treatment in sham-acupuncture group was the same as that in acupuncture group. Before and after treatment, all patients underwent Kubota water swallowing test to evaluate the clinical effect. Using diffusion tensor image (DTI), the nerve remodeling was detected.ResultsClinical effect: After treatment and assessed by water swallowing test, there were 38 cases of normal swallowing function in acupuncture group, higher than 15 cases in sham-acupuncture group (P < 0.05). Nerve remodeling: (1) apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC): before treatment, ADC in acupuncture group and sham acupuncture group were 1.76 ± 0.45 mm/s and 1.68 ± 0.51 mm/s, respectively. After treatment, ADC were 0.66 ± 0.15 mm/s and 0.74 ± 0.11 mm/s, respectively. The difference in ADC had no statistical significance between two groups after treatment (P > 0.05);(2) fractional anisotropy (FA): after treatment, FA of acupuncture group was 0.57 ± 0.06, which was significantly higher than that of sham-acupuncture group (P < 0.05);(3) observation of different infarct lesions: after treatment, ADC of temporal lobe infarction in acupuncture group was (0.57 ± 0.11) mm/s, lower than 0.82 ± 0.24 mm/s of sham acupuncture group, while FA in acupuncture group was 0.61 ± 0.07, higher than 0.45 ± 0.10 in sham-acupuncture group, both with statistical significance (both P < 0.05). Regarding the changes of FA maps for temporal lobe infarction before and after treatment, the transverse bundles of the white matter fibers increased remarkably in infarct lesions and on the healthy side of temporal lobe.ConclusionAcupuncture could improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction. It reduced ADC and increased FA, especially among patients with temporal lobe infarction after treatment. Acupuncture may have a remodeling effect on transverse cortical fibers after temporal lobe infarction.展开更多
A 62-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital in2011 because of recurrent abdominal pain,nausea and constipation for six months.Computed tomography enterography(CTE)showed tortuous thread-like calcifications in the...A 62-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital in2011 because of recurrent abdominal pain,nausea and constipation for six months.Computed tomography enterography(CTE)showed tortuous thread-like calcifications in the ileocolic vein and right colic vein,while colonoscopy revealed purple-blue mucosa extending from the cecum to the splenic flexure.Based on the results of these tests,the patient was diagnosed with idiopathic mesenteric phlebosclerosis(IMP).She had a history of Chinese medical liquor intake for one and a half years and her symptoms subsided after conservative treatment.In 2013,a 63-year-old male patient who presented with recurrent lower right abdominal pain,bloating,melena and diarrhea for fifteen months was admitted to our institution.Colonoscopy and CTE led to the diagnosis of IMP.He also used Chinese medical liquor for approximately 12 years.The patient underwent total colectomy and the postoperative course was uneventful.We searched for previously published reports on similar cases and analyzed the clinical data of 50 cases identified in PubMed.As some of these patients admitted use of Chinese medicines,we hypothesize that Chinese medicines may play a role in the pathogenesis of IMP.展开更多
The weapon transportation support scheduling problem on aircraft carrier deck is the key to restricting the sortie rate and combat capability of carrier-based aircraft.This paper studies the problem and presents a nov...The weapon transportation support scheduling problem on aircraft carrier deck is the key to restricting the sortie rate and combat capability of carrier-based aircraft.This paper studies the problem and presents a novel solution architecture.Taking the interference of the carrier-based aircraft deck layout on the weapon transportation route and precedence constraint into consideration,a mixed integer formulation is established to minimize the total objective,which is constituted of makespan,load variance and accumulative transfer time of support unit.Solution approach is developed for the model.Firstly,based on modeling the carrier aircraft parked on deck as convex obstacles,the path library of weapon transportation is constructed through visibility graph and Warshall-Floyd methods.We then propose a bi-population immune algorithm in which a population-based forward/backward scheduling technique,local search schemes and a chaotic catastrophe operator are embedded.Besides,the randomkey solution representation and serial scheduling generation scheme are adopted to conveniently obtain a better solution.The Taguchi method is additionally employed to determine key parameters of the algorithm.Finally,on a set of generated realistic instances,we demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms all compared algorithms designed for similar optimization problems and can significantly improve the efficiency,and that the established model and the bi-population immune algorithm can effectively respond to the weapon support requirements of carrier-based aircraft under different sortie missions.展开更多

In t...Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on back-shu points of five zang in treating chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into treatment group and control group. In treatment group,the back-shu points of five zang organs were adopted for acupuncture. Shènshū(肾俞 BL23) was perpendicularly needled 15-30 mm in depth. The rest of the selected points were inserted obliquely 15-30 mm in the direction of the spine with even method of lifting-thrusting and twisting-twirling, 10 s for each acupoint. In control group, the acupoints were approximately 1.5-2 cm away outward from the back-shu points of five zang organs(about on the middle of the two sidelines of the bladder meridian of foottaiyang) and the points from the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang were excluded. Acupoints were needled6-9 mm in depth, and deqi was not required, without any manipulation. The treatments were carried out twice a week for twenty minutes each time, a total of eight treatments were given. The clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment for CFS was evaluated through the Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14) and the Symptom Check-List 90(SCL-90) after treatment.Results: The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group(P<0.01). In treatment group, FS-14 total scores, somatic fatigue scores, and mental fatigue scores were significantly reduced than before treatment(all P<0.01). In control group, FS-14 total scores and somatic fatigue scores were significantly reduced(both P<0.01). The improvement of FS-14 total scores, somatic fatigue scores, and mental fatigue scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01, P<0.05). After treatment, SCL-90 total scores and somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, psychoticism, and other factors scores were significantly reduced in the treatment group compared with before treatment(P<0.01). In control group, the SCL-90 total scores and the scores of somatization, compulsion, hostility, and other factors after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P< 0.01). The total scores of SCL-90 and somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, psychoticism, and other factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.01, P< 0.05).Conclusions: Acupuncture on back-shu points of five zang can significantly improve the somatic fatigue and mental fatigue of the patients, and at the same time improve their psychological status. Significant therapeutic effect was found on CFS. Compared with the control group, the acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the patient’s somatic fatigue, mental fatigue and psychological status.展开更多

METHODS: A total of 1022 students were selected from five universities by a multi-s...AIM: To investigate the associations between fruit and vegetable consumption and risk of asthenopia among Chinese college students. METHODS: A total of 1022 students were selected from five universities by a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. They were surveyed via a self-administered questionnaire including socio-demographic features, dietary and lifestyle habits, eye-related symptoms, eye care habits and history of diseases. Ascertainment of asthenopia was based on participants' subjectively reported symptoms. The associations between fruit and vegetable intake with asthenopia risk were assessed using multivariate logistic regression analysis. RESULTS: There were no significant associations between total fruit and vegetable, total vegetable, or fruit and the risk of asthenopia. Higher intake of dark-green leafy vegetable was likely to be inversely associated with asthenopia risk [odd ratio (OR): 0.60; 95%CI: 0.37-0.97; Ptrend=0.21] after controlling for nondietary and dietary risk factors. Stratified analysis showed that the inverse association between dark-green leafy vegetable intake and asthenopia risk was limited to participants with suboptimal eyesight (OR: 0.45; 95%CI: 0.25-0.82; Ptrend=0.05), wearing glasses (OR: 0.35; 95%CI: 0.17-0.72; Ptrend=0.03) or using computer ≥3h/d (OR: 0.48; 95%CI: 0.25-0.93; Ptrend=0.08). CONCLUSION: A higher consumption of dark-green leafy vegetable is associated with a lower asthenopia risk among college students with suboptimal eyesight and poor eye care habits.展开更多

Recombinan...AIM: To investigate catalase (KatA) and alkyl hydroperoxide reductase (AhpC) antibodies of Helicobacter pylori as biomarkers for gastric cancer (GC). METHODS: This study included 232 cases and 264 controls. Recombinant KatA and AhpC proteins were constructed and the levels of antibodies were tested by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Logistic regression was applied to analyze the relationships between KatA, AhpC and GC. The chi(2) trend test was used to evaluate the dose-response relationships between serum KatA and AhpC antibody levels and GC. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the screening accuracy of KatA and AhpC as biomarkers. Combined analysis was used to observe screening accuracy of predictors for GC. RESULTS: In all subjects, the association between KatA and AhpC and GC risk was significant (P < 0.001) with odds ratio (OR) = 12.84 (95%CI: 7.79-21.15) and OR = 2.4 (95%CI: 1.55-3.73), respectively. KatA and AhpC antibody levels were strongly related to GC risk with a dose-dependent effect (P for trend < 0.001). The area under the ROC (AUC) for KatA was 0.806, providing a sensitivity of 66.81% and specificity of 86.36%; and the AUC for AhpC was 0.615, with a sensitivity of 75.65% and specificity of 45.49%. The AUC was 0.906 for KatA and flagella protein A (FlaA) combined analysis. CONCLUSION: Serum KatA and AhpC antibodies are associated with GC risk and KatA may serve as a biomarker for GC. KatA/FlaA combined analysis improved screening accuracy.展开更多

In sham-acupuncture group, the blunt needles were put into the needle sleeve, and the top of needle was fixed on the skin. During treatment the blunt needle tip only had slight contact with the skin without any penetration. The blunt needle tips were placed on EX-HN1, GV20, EX-HN5, GB20 and three-tongue needling points, respectively. The duration of treatment in sham-acupuncture group was the same as that in acupuncture group. Before and after treatment, all patients underwent Kubota water swallowing test to evaluate the clinical effect. Using diffusion tensor image (DTI), the nerve remodeling was detected.ResultsClinical effect: After treatment and assessed by water swallowing test, there were 38 cases of normal swallowing function in acupuncture group, higher than 15 cases in sham-acupuncture group (P < 0.05). Nerve remodeling: (1) apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC): before treatment, ADC in acupuncture group and sham acupuncture group were 1.76 ± 0.45 mm/s and 1.68 ± 0.51 mm/s, respectively. After treatment, ADC were 0.66 ± 0.15 mm/s and 0.74 ± 0.11 mm/s, respectively. The difference in ADC had no statistical significance between two groups after treatment (P > 0.05);(2) fractional anisotropy (FA): after treatment, FA of acupuncture group was 0.57 ± 0.06, which was significantly higher than that of sham-acupuncture group (P < 0.05);(3) observation of different infarct lesions: after treatment, ADC of temporal lobe infarction in acupuncture group was (0.57 ± 0.11) mm/s, lower than 0.82 ± 0.24 mm/s of sham acupuncture group, while FA in acupuncture group was 0.61 ± 0.07, higher than 0.45 ± 0.10 in sham-acupuncture group, both with statistical significance (both P < 0.05). Regarding the changes of FA maps for temporal lobe infarction before and after treatment, the transverse bundles of the white matter fibers increased remarkably in infarct lesions and on the healthy side of temporal lobe.ConclusionAcupuncture could improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction. It reduced ADC and increased FA, especially among patients with temporal lobe infarction after treatment. Acupuncture may have a remodeling effect on transverse cortical fibers after temporal lobe infarction.
文摘A 62-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital in2011 because of recurrent abdominal pain,nausea and constipation for six months.Computed tomography enterography(CTE)showed tortuous thread-like calcifications in the ileocolic vein and right colic vein,while colonoscopy revealed purple-blue mucosa extending from the cecum to the splenic flexure.Based on the results of these tests,the patient was diagnosed with idiopathic mesenteric phlebosclerosis(IMP).She had a history of Chinese medical liquor intake for one and a half years and her symptoms subsided after conservative treatment.In 2013,a 63-year-old male patient who presented with recurrent lower right abdominal pain,bloating,melena and diarrhea for fifteen months was admitted to our institution.Colonoscopy and CTE led to the diagnosis of IMP.He also used Chinese medical liquor for approximately 12 years.The patient underwent total colectomy and the postoperative course was uneventful.We searched for previously published reports on similar cases and analyzed the clinical data of 50 cases identified in PubMed.As some of these patients admitted use of Chinese medicines,we hypothesize that Chinese medicines may play a role in the pathogenesis of IMP.

文摘The weapon transportation support scheduling problem on aircraft carrier deck is the key to restricting the sortie rate and combat capability of carrier-based aircraft.This paper studies the problem and presents a novel solution architecture.Taking the interference of the carrier-based aircraft deck layout on the weapon transportation route and precedence constraint into consideration,a mixed integer formulation is established to minimize the total objective,which is constituted of makespan,load variance and accumulative transfer time of support unit.Solution approach is developed for the model.Firstly,based on modeling the carrier aircraft parked on deck as convex obstacles,the path library of weapon transportation is constructed through visibility graph and Warshall-Floyd methods.We then propose a bi-population immune algorithm in which a population-based forward/backward scheduling technique,local search schemes and a chaotic catastrophe operator are embedded.Besides,the randomkey solution representation and serial scheduling generation scheme are adopted to conveniently obtain a better solution.The Taguchi method is additionally employed to determine key parameters of the algorithm.Finally,on a set of generated realistic instances,we demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms all compared algorithms designed for similar optimization problems and can significantly improve the efficiency,and that the established model and the bi-population immune algorithm can effectively respond to the weapon support requirements of carrier-based aircraft under different sortie missions.

文摘Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on back-shu points of five zang in treating chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into treatment group and control group. In treatment group,the back-shu points of five zang organs were adopted for acupuncture. Shènshū(肾俞 BL23) was perpendicularly needled 15-30 mm in depth. The rest of the selected points were inserted obliquely 15-30 mm in the direction of the spine with even method of lifting-thrusting and twisting-twirling, 10 s for each acupoint. In control group, the acupoints were approximately 1.5-2 cm away outward from the back-shu points of five zang organs(about on the middle of the two sidelines of the bladder meridian of foottaiyang) and the points from the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang were excluded. Acupoints were needled6-9 mm in depth, and deqi was not required, without any manipulation. The treatments were carried out twice a week for twenty minutes each time, a total of eight treatments were given. The clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment for CFS was evaluated through the Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14) and the Symptom Check-List 90(SCL-90) after treatment.Results: The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group(P<0.01). In treatment group, FS-14 total scores, somatic fatigue scores, and mental fatigue scores were significantly reduced than before treatment(all P<0.01). In control group, FS-14 total scores and somatic fatigue scores were significantly reduced(both P<0.01). The improvement of FS-14 total scores, somatic fatigue scores, and mental fatigue scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01, P<0.05). After treatment, SCL-90 total scores and somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, psychoticism, and other factors scores were significantly reduced in the treatment group compared with before treatment(P<0.01). In control group, the SCL-90 total scores and the scores of somatization, compulsion, hostility, and other factors after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P< 0.01). The total scores of SCL-90 and somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, psychoticism, and other factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.01, P< 0.05).Conclusions: Acupuncture on back-shu points of five zang can significantly improve the somatic fatigue and mental fatigue of the patients, and at the same time improve their psychological status. Significant therapeutic effect was found on CFS. Compared with the control group, the acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the patient’s somatic fatigue, mental fatigue and psychological status.

文摘AIM: To investigate the associations between fruit and vegetable consumption and risk of asthenopia among Chinese college students. METHODS: A total of 1022 students were selected from five universities by a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. They were surveyed via a self-administered questionnaire including socio-demographic features, dietary and lifestyle habits, eye-related symptoms, eye care habits and history of diseases. Ascertainment of asthenopia was based on participants' subjectively reported symptoms. The associations between fruit and vegetable intake with asthenopia risk were assessed using multivariate logistic regression analysis. RESULTS: There were no significant associations between total fruit and vegetable, total vegetable, or fruit and the risk of asthenopia. Higher intake of dark-green leafy vegetable was likely to be inversely associated with asthenopia risk [odd ratio (OR): 0.60; 95%CI: 0.37-0.97; Ptrend=0.21] after controlling for nondietary and dietary risk factors. Stratified analysis showed that the inverse association between dark-green leafy vegetable intake and asthenopia risk was limited to participants with suboptimal eyesight (OR: 0.45; 95%CI: 0.25-0.82; Ptrend=0.05), wearing glasses (OR: 0.35; 95%CI: 0.17-0.72; Ptrend=0.03) or using computer ≥3h/d (OR: 0.48; 95%CI: 0.25-0.93; Ptrend=0.08). CONCLUSION: A higher consumption of dark-green leafy vegetable is associated with a lower asthenopia risk among college students with suboptimal eyesight and poor eye care habits.

文摘Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with,or resembling that associated with,actual or potential tissue damage.The processing of pain involves complicated modulation at the levels of the periphery,spinal cord,and brain.The pathogenesis of chronic pain is still not fully understood,which makes the clinical treatment challenging.Optogenetics,which combines optical and genetic technologies,can precisely intervene in the activity of specific groups of neurons and elements of the related circuits.Taking advantage of optogenetics,researchers have achieved a body of new findings that shed light on the cellular and circuit mechanisms of pain transmission,pain modulation,and chronic pain both in the periphery and the central nervous system.In this review,we summarize recent findings in pain research using optogenetic approaches and discuss their significance in understanding the pathogenesis of chronic pain.

文摘AIM: To investigate catalase (KatA) and alkyl hydroperoxide reductase (AhpC) antibodies of Helicobacter pylori as biomarkers for gastric cancer (GC). METHODS: This study included 232 cases and 264 controls. Recombinant KatA and AhpC proteins were constructed and the levels of antibodies were tested by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Logistic regression was applied to analyze the relationships between KatA, AhpC and GC. The chi(2) trend test was used to evaluate the dose-response relationships between serum KatA and AhpC antibody levels and GC. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the screening accuracy of KatA and AhpC as biomarkers. Combined analysis was used to observe screening accuracy of predictors for GC. RESULTS: In all subjects, the association between KatA and AhpC and GC risk was significant (P < 0.001) with odds ratio (OR) = 12.84 (95%CI: 7.79-21.15) and OR = 2.4 (95%CI: 1.55-3.73), respectively. KatA and AhpC antibody levels were strongly related to GC risk with a dose-dependent effect (P for trend < 0.001). The area under the ROC (AUC) for KatA was 0.806, providing a sensitivity of 66.81% and specificity of 86.36%; and the AUC for AhpC was 0.615, with a sensitivity of 75.65% and specificity of 45.49%. The AUC was 0.906 for KatA and flagella protein A (FlaA) combined analysis. CONCLUSION: Serum KatA and AhpC antibodies are associated with GC risk and KatA may serve as a biomarker for GC. KatA/FlaA combined analysis improved screening accuracy.
