As the core talent element of enterprise management, senior management team is responsible for formulating enterprise strategy and leading enterprise development. The ability level of senior management team members directly determines the strategic decision direction and organizational performance of the company. In order to improve the positive impact of the heterogeneity of senior management team on corporate performance, this paper combs the related theories of the heterogeneity of senior management team and corporate performance, analyzes the impact of the heterogeneity of senior management team on organizational performance, and discusses how to improve corporate performance through the heterogeneity of senior management team, and puts forward feasible measures.展开更多
