目的分析川陈皮素(NOB)调节音猬因子(Shh)/胶质瘤相关癌基因同源物1(Gli1)信号通路对子宫内膜异位症(EMT)大鼠血管生成的影响。方法选取动情期SPF级雌性健康SD大鼠70只,随机选取10只为正常组,其余60只建立EMT大鼠模型。EMT大鼠随机分为... 目的分析川陈皮素(NOB)调节音猬因子(Shh)/胶质瘤相关癌基因同源物1(Gli1)信号通路对子宫内膜异位症(EMT)大鼠血管生成的影响。方法选取动情期SPF级雌性健康SD大鼠70只,随机选取10只为正常组,其余60只建立EMT大鼠模型。EMT大鼠随机分为EMT组(腹腔注射生理盐水)、L-NOB组(腹腔注射5 mg/kg NOB)、H-NOB组(腹腔注射10 mg/kg NOB)、PUR组(腹腔注射10 mg/kg NOB,0.69 mg/kg PUR)、CYC组(腹腔注射10 mg/kg NOB,0.69 mg/kg CYC),连续28 d。HE染色观察各组大鼠子宫内膜组织病理形态;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组大鼠血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、丙二醛(MDA)水平及腹腔积液中白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、IL-1β水平。Western blotting检测各组大鼠子宫内膜组织中Shh、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)、Gli1、血管生成素1(Ang-1)、CD31、VEGF表达。结果正常组大鼠无异位病灶出现,在位子宫内膜组织形态正常,细胞排列整齐均匀,界限清晰。EMT组、PUR组存在异位病灶,呈透亮囊状,表面有血管,间质细胞增多,出现大量炎症细胞浸润;L-NOB组、H-NOB组、CYC组病灶较小,表面血管生成和内部积液较少,炎症细胞减少。与正常组比较,EMT组大鼠在位内膜厚度,异位组织体积、重量,血清VEGF、PDGF、bFGF、MDA水平,腹腔积液中IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β水平及子宫内膜组织中Shh、Gli1、MMP2、VEGF、Ang-1、CD31表达增加;血清GSH-Px、SOD水平减少(均P<0.05)。与EMT组比较,L-NOB组、H-NOB组在位内膜厚度,异位组织体积、重量,血清、腹腔积液、子宫内膜组织中上述各指标水平均明显改善(均P<0.05)。与H-NOB组比较,PUR组上述各指标水平均被逆转(P<0.05);而CYC组上述各指标水平均进一步改善(P<0.05)。结论NOB可能通过抑制Shh/Gli1信号通路抑制EMT大鼠血管生成。 展开更多

目的:评估英克司兰在动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,ASCVD)不同风险人群中的降脂疗效与安全性。方法:单中心回顾性研究,纳入2023年10月—2024年8月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院心内科经英克... 目的:评估英克司兰在动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,ASCVD)不同风险人群中的降脂疗效与安全性。方法:单中心回顾性研究,纳入2023年10月—2024年8月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院心内科经英克司兰治疗的54例患者数据,评估3个月和9个月时低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)降幅、安全性及按ASCVD风险分层的达标率,以及冠心病与非冠心病、一级与二级预防亚组疗效。结果:在总体人群中,英克司兰治疗3个月和9个月LDL-C降幅分别为53.21%和58.79%(P均<0.001);各亚组降幅与总体一致。不同危险分层达标率:超高危组90.9%,极高危组55.0%,中高危组66.7%,低危组78.6%。患者肝肾功能指标总体稳定,无显著不良反应。结论:英克司兰联合降脂方案可显著、安全降低ASCVD不同风险患者的LDL-C水平,疗效随治疗时间延长而增强。 展开更多

The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)is located at 4200 m on Saishiteng Mountain in Lenghu,Qinghai Province,China.It features a primary mirror with a diameter of 2.5 m and a camera equipped with nine CCDs,providing a wide field of view of approximately 3×3 square degrees.Calibration parameters are essential to ensure the precision of astrometric observations with the WFST.These parameters are derived from geometric distortion(GD)and gaps through astrometric modeling and are subsequently validated via the Yao’An High Precision Telescope(YAHPT).The GD solutions show maximum distortions between 1.18 and 10.29 pixels for the WFST chips,with central chips exhibiting lower distortion.After applying the GD correction,the precision of the WFST reaches 4 mas.The interchip gaps of the WFST range from 1.922 mm to 7.765 mm,corresponding to 10μm/pixel,aligning with the design and measurements.The calibrated parameters guarantee that the WFST can perform highly accurate astrometric measurements.Furthermore,as the WFST undergoes updates,the parameter model remains consistently applicable. 展开更多

HCAR1 Modulates Ferroptosis in Gastric Cancer via Lactate-Mediated AMPK-SCD1 Signaling and Lipid Metabolism

Background:Ferroptosis is a type of regulated cell death characterized by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation,which has been linked to tumor progression and therapeutic resistance.However,the contribution of lactate metabolism and its receptor,hydroxycarboxylic acid receptor 1(HCAR1),in ferroptosis regulation in gastric cancer(GC)remains poorly understood.Focusing specifically on its effects on cell proliferation,ferroptosis regulation,and the disruption of lactate-mediatedmetabolic pathways,the study aimed to clarify the role ofHCAR1 in GC progression.Methods:Bioinformatics analysis identified prognostic genes associated with ferroptosis in GC.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were generated to assess the diagnostic potential of the predictive genes.The biological role of HCAR1 was investigated through gain and loss-of-function experiments in GC cell lines,followed by assessments of cell viability,oxidative stress indicators,gene/protein expression,and ferroptosis sensitivity under lactate stimulation or HCAR1modulation.Results:HCAR1 was significantly upregulated in GC tissues and linked to poor patient outcomes.Silencing HCAR1 inhibited GC cell growth and induced ferroptosis,as shown by increased levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malondialdehyde(MDA),along with decreased expression of solute carrier family 7 member 11(SLC7A11)and glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4).Conversely,HCAR1 overexpression or exposure to extracellular lactate inhibited ferroptosis and activated antioxidant defenses.Mechanistically,lactate activation of HCAR1 increases ATP levels,which in turn inactivates AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK).It also upregulates stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1(SCD1)through the sterol regulatory element binding protein 1(SREBP1)signaling pathway.Blocking HCAR1 reversed these effects and restored ferroptosis sensitivity.Conclusion:HCAR1 mediates lactate-driven ferroptosis resistance in GC through the AMPK-SCD1 signaling pathway.Targeting the HCAR1-lactate axis may offer a promising strategy for overcoming metabolic adaptation and improving GC treatment outcomes. 展开更多

BACKGROUND In recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)in hepatobiliary surgery research has led to an increase in articles exploring its benefits.We performed a bibliometric analysis of AI applications in hepatobiliary surgery to better delineate the contemporary state of AI application in hepatobiliary surgery and potential future trajectories.AIM To provide clinical practitioners with a reliable reference point.It offers a detailed overview of the development of AI in hepatobiliary surgery by systematically examining the contributions of authors,countries,institutions,journals,and keywords in this domain over the last 10 years.METHODS The academic resources utilized in this study were obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection database.The search results were subsequently integrated and imported into CiteSpace and VOSviewer software for the purpose of visual analysis.RESULTS The study analyzed 2552 publications during 2014–2024.These publications collectively garnered 32628 citations,averaging 15.66 citations per paper.The top contributor to this field was China.The USA had the highest citation count.The author with the highest citation count was Summers RM.In terms of the number of articles published,the leading journals were Medical Physics.Excluding the subject search terms,the most frequently used keywords included“classification”,“CT and“diagnosis”.CONCLUSION This bibliometric analysis indicates that research on AI in hepatobiliary surgery has entered a period of rapid development,particularly in the domain of disease imaging diagnostics. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the application effects of intelligent guidance systems in optimizing health check-up process management.Methods:A total of 400 examinees who underwent physical examinations at the hospital’s Health Management Center from January to December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(200 cases)and an observation group(200 cases).The control group used traditional manual guidance methods,while the observation group employed the intelligent guidance system.The study compared two groups in terms of completion time,waiting time for each procedure,check-up efficiency scores,examinee satisfaction,and report issuance time.Results:The overall examination time in the observation group(85.3±12.7 minutes)was significantly shorter than that in the control group(142.6±18.5 minutes)(P<0.01);average waiting time per procedure decreased by 62.4%;check-up efficiency scores(8.9±0.8 points)were significantly higher than those in the control group(5.2±1.1 points)(P<0.01);satisfaction reached 96.5%,significantly higher than the control group’s 78.0%(P<0.01);and report issuance time was advanced by 1.5 days.Conclusion:Intelligent guidance systems can significantly optimize check-up processes,improve work efficiency,and examinee satisfaction,demonstrating significant clinical application value. 展开更多

Wake vortex safety assessment during cruise using a regional medium-short-range turbofan aircraft as an example

Regional turbofan aircraft,which are used for medium-short distances,have a heightened risk of high-altitude Wake Vortices(VV)because of their tail-mounted engines and high horizontal tail configurations.For some regional medium-short-range turbofan aircraft,this threat is higher than that for conventionally designed aircraft.To analyze the flight safety of turbofan aircraft during cruise,this study developed a model to assess wake vortex encounters based on evolutionary high-altitude wake flow patterns.First,the high-altitude wake vortex aircraft dissipation patterns were analyzed by combining Quick Access Recorder(QAR)flight data with the wake vortex evolution model.Then,to consider the uniqueness of the medium-short-range turbofan aircraft,the severity of the wake vortex encounters was simulated using an induced roll moment coefficient.The proposed high-altitude wake vortex encounter model was able to identify and assess the highaltitude wake vortex changes,the bearing moments at different altitudes,and the atmospheric pressure conditions.Using the latest wake separation standards from the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO),acceptable safety wake intervals for follower aircraft in different scenarios were determined for the safety assessment.The results indicate that compared to mid and low altitudes,the high-altitude aircraft wake vortex dissipation rate is faster,the ultimate bearing moment is weaker,and the roll moment coefficient is higher,which confirm that there is elevated wake vortex encounter severity for regional turbofan aircraft.As safety is found to deteriorate when encountering wake vortices at altitudes higher than 8 km,new medium-short-range turbofan regional aircraft require higher safety margins than the latest wake separation standards. 展开更多

Glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)is one of the discriminative biomarkers for diagnosing traumatic brain injury(TBI),and accurate determination of GFAP is clinically significant.In this study,a novel fluorescence immunoassay system was designed.We encapsulated carbon dots with a high fluorescence quantum yield(QY=92.5%)inside silicon nanocapsules to serve as fluorescent markers.These markers were then integrated with the streptavidin(SA)-biotin biomagnification system and immunomagnetic separation technology for the sensitive detection of GFAP.Based on the signal cascade amplification effect of the silicon nanocapsules and SA-biotin,the fluorescence signal of the SA-biotin-modified immunofluorescence nanocapsules increased 3.6-fold compared to the carbon dot-based immunoprobe.The fluorescence immunoassay system was constructed for GFAP using SA-biotin-modified immunocapsules as the sensing probe and immunomagnetic nanoparticles as the immunorecognition probe.The fluorescence immunoassay system can specifically and ultra-sensitively quantify GFAP in blood samples,with a detection range of 10 pg/mL–10 ng/mL and detection limits of 3.2 pg/mL(serum)and 3.6 pg/mL(plasma).Moreover,the fluorescence immunoassay system exhibited prominent recoveries of 99.4%–100.4%(phosphate buffered saline),96%–102.6%(serum),and 93.2%–110.2%(plasma),with favorable specificity and excellent stabilization.The novel fluorescence immunoassay system provides a new approach to the clinical analysis of GFAP and may serve as a potential tool for screening and diagnosing TBI. 展开更多

The adsorption of pollutants can not only promote the direct surface reaction,but also modify the catalyst itself to improve its photoelectric characteristics,which is rarely studied for water treatment with inorganic photocatalyst.A highly crystalline BiOBr(c-BiOBr)was synthesized by a two-step preparation process.Owing to the calcination,the highly crystalline enhanced the interface interaction between pollutant and c-BiOBr.The complex of organic pollutant and[Bi_(2)O_(2)]^(2+)could promote the active electron transfer from the adsorbed pollutant to c-BiOBr for the direct pollutant degradation by holes(h^(+)).Moreover,the pollutant adsorption actually modified c-BiOBr and promoted more unpaired electrons,which would coupling with the photoexcitation to promote generate more O_(2)^(•-).The molecular modification effect derived from pollutant adsorption significantly improved the removal of pollutants.This work strongly deepens the understanding of the molecularmodification effect from the pollutant adsorption and develops a novel and efficient approach for water treatment. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the impact of programmed harmonious nursing combined with hierarchical management on nursing quality and satisfaction in a health management center.Methods:A total of 100 patients who received care at this health management center from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as subjects.Using a random number table method,they were divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).The control group followed traditional methods,while the observation group integrated programmed harmonious nursing with hierarchical management.Comparative analysis was conducted on nursing quality scores,adverse event occurrence rates,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The observation group showed significantly improved nursing quality scores(P<0.05)and markedly reduced incidence of adverse events(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences compared to pre-treatment conditions(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of hierarchical management and programmed harmonious nursing demonstrates effectiveness in enhancing medical service quality,reducing adverse reactions,and improving patient satisfaction—a method worthy of promotion. 展开更多

AIM: To investigate the role of Livin and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human esophageal carcinoma, and analyze its relationship to clinical stages.METHODS: Expression of Livin in fresh esophageal cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western blotting and reverse transcriptasepolyrnerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and VEGF by Western blotting and RT-PCR. All statistical analyses were performed by SPSS version 11.0. RESULTS: Livin positivity was also significantly correlated with tumor stages, increasing with tumor progression. Expression of Livin and VEGF increased with the process of esophageal carcinoma. In the fourth clinical stage, expression of Livin and VEGF was the most significant. BACKGROUND Although total or subtotal colectomy for slow-transit constipation(STC)has been proven to be a definite treatment,the associated defecation function and quality of life(QOL)are rarely studied.AIM To evaluate the effectiveness of surgery for STC regarding defecation function and QOL.METHODS From March 2013 to September 2017,30 patients undergoing surgery for STC in our department were analyzed.Preoperative,intra-operative,and postoperative 3-mo,6-mo,1-year,and 2-year follow-up details were recorded.Defecation function was assessed by bowel movements,abdominal pain,bloating,straining,laxative,enema use,diarrhea,and the Wexner constipation and incontinence scales.QOL was evaluated using the gastrointestinal QOL index and the 36-item short form survey.RESULTS The majority of patients(93.1%,27/29)stated that they benefited from the operation at the 2-year follow-up.At each time point of the follow-up,the number of bowel movements per week significantly increased compared with that of the preoperative conditions(P<0.05).Similarly,compared with the preoperative values,a marked decline was observed in bloating,straining,laxative,and enema use at each time point of the follow-up(P<0.05).Postoperative diarrhea could be controlled effectively and notably improved at the 2-year follow-up.The Wexner incontinence scores at 6-mo,1-year,and 2-year were notably lower than those at the 3-mo follow-up(P<0.05).Compared with those of the preoperative findings,the Wexner constipation scores significantly decreased following surgery(P<0.05).Thus,it was reasonable to find that the gastrointestinal QOL index scores clearly increase(P<0.05)and that the 36-item short form survey results displayed considerable improvements in six spheres(role physical,role emotional,physical pain,vitality,mental health,and general health)following surgery.CONCLUSION Total or subtotal colectomy for STC is not only effective in alleviating constipation-related symptoms but also in enhancing patients’QOL. 展开更多

BACKGROUND It is important to differentiate benign and malignant focal liver lesions(FLLs)accurately.Despite the wide use and acceptance of shear wave elastography(SWE),its value for assessing the elasticity of FLLs and differentiating benign and malignant FLLs is still investigational.Previous studies of SWE for FLLs used mean elasticity as the parameter to reflect the stiffness of FLLs.Considering the inhomogeneity of tumor stiffness,maximal elasticity(Emax)might be the suitable parameter to reflect the stiffness of FLLs and to differentiate malignant FLLs from benign ones.AIM To explore the value of SWE with Emax in differential diagnosis of solid FLLs.METHODS We included 104 solid FLLs in 95 patients and 50 healthy volunteers.All the subjects were examined using conventional ultrasound(US)and virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ)imaging.A diagnosis of benign or malignant FLL was made using conventional US.Ten VTQ values were acquired after 10 consecutive measurements for each FLL and each normal liver,and the largest value was recorded as Emax.RESULTS There were 56 cases of malignant FLLs and 48 cases of benign FLLs in this study.Emax of malignant FLLs(3.29±0.88 m/s)was significantly higher than that of benign FLLs(1.30±0.46 m/s,P<0.01)and that of livers in healthy volunteers(1.15±0.17 m/s,P<0.01).The cut-off point of Emax was 1.945,and the area under the curve was 0.978.The sensitivity and specificity of Emax were 92.9%and 91.7%,respectively,higher(but not significantly)than those of conventional US(80.4%for sensitivity and 81.3%for specificity).Combined diagnosis of conventional US and Emax using parallel testing improved the sensitivity to 100%with specificity of 75%.CONCLUSION SWE is a convenient and easy method to obtain accurate stiffness information of solid FLLs.Emax is useful for differential diagnosis of FLLs,especially in combination with conventional US. 展开更多

Objectives To investigate the overall prevalence of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in subjects hospitalized for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),and explore the prevalence of the major CVD complications and trends in patients with COPD over a 10-year period.Methods Medical records in the PLA General Hospital,Beijing Union Medical College Hospital,and Beijing Hospital from 2000/01/01 to 2010/03/03 were retrospectively reviewed.A total of 4960 patients with COPD were reviewed in the study (3570 males,mean age,72.2 ± 10.5 years; 1390 females,mean age,72.0 ± 10.4 years).Results The prevalence of CVD in COPD patients was 51.7%.The three most prevalent CVDs were ischemic heart disease (28.9%),heart failure (19.6%),and arrhythmia (12.6%).During the 10-year study period,the prevalence of various CVDs in COPD patients showed a gradual increasing trend with increasing age.There was higher morbidity due to ischemic heart disease (P < 0.01) in male COPD patients than in the female counterparts.However,heart failure (P < 0.01)and hypertension (P < 0.01) occurred less frequently in male COPD patients than in female COPD patients.Furthermore,the prevalence of ischemic heart disease decreased year by year.In addition to heart failure,various types of CVD complications in COPD patients tended to occur in younger subjects.The prevalence of all major types of CVD in women tended to increase year by year.Conclusions The prevalence of CVD in patients hospitalized for COPD in Beijing was high.Age,sex and CVD trends,as well as life style changes,should be considered when prevention and control strategies are formulated. 展开更多

Preparation of double-shell Si@SnO_(2)@C nanocomposite as anode for lithium-ion batteries by hydrothermal method 被引量:8

Silicon is one of the most promising anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs), but it suffers from pulverization and hence poor cycling stability due to the large volume variation during lithiation/delithiation. The core-shell structure is considered as an effective strategy to solve the expansion problem of silicon-based anodes. In this paper, the double-shell structured Si@SnO_(2) @C nanocomposite with nano-silicon as the core and SnO_(2) , C as the shells is synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method.Structural characterization shows that Si@SnO_(2) @C nanocomposite is composed of crystalline Si, crystalline SnO_(2) and amorphous C, and the contents of them are 42.1wt%, 37.8 wt% and 20.1 wt%, respectively. Transmission electron microscope(TEM) observations confirm the double-shell structure of Si@SnO_(2) @C nanocomposite, and the thicknesses of the SnO_(2) and C layers are 20 and 7 nm. The Si@SnO_(2) @C electrode exhibits a high initial discharge capacity of 2777 mAh·g^(-1)at 100 mA·g^(-1)and an excellent rate capability of 340 mAh·g^(-1)at 1500 mA·g^(-1). The outstanding capacity retention is 50.2% after 300 cycles over a potential of 0.01 to 2.00 V(vs. Li/Li+) at 500 mA·g^(-1). The resistance of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI) film(Rf) and charge transfer resistance(Rct) of Si@SnO_(2) @C are 7.68and 0.82 Ω, which are relatively smaller than those of Si@C(21.64 and 2.62 Ω). It is obviously seen that the SnO_(2) shell can reduce the charge transfer resistance, leading to high ion and electron transport efficiency in the Si@SnO_(2) @C electrode. The incorporation of SnO_(2) shell is attributed to the enhanced rate capability and cycling performance of Si@SnO_(2) @C nanocomposite. 展开更多

Due to their toxicity,the increased distribution of microcystins(MCs) has become an important worldwide problem.MCs have been recognized as inhibitors of protein phosphatase 2A(PP2A) through their binding to the PP2A catalytic subunit.However,the exact mechanism of MC toxicity has not been elucidated,especially concerning the cellular response and its autoregulation.To further dissect the role of PP2A in MC-induced toxicity,the present study was undertaken to determine the response of PP2A in human amniotic epithelial(FL) cells treated with microcystin-LR(MCLR),one of the MC congeners.The results show that a low-dose treatment of MCLR in FL cells for 6 h induced an increase in PP2A activity,and a high-dose treatment of MCLR for 24 h decreased the activity of PP2A,as expected.The increased mRNA and protein levels of the PP2A C subunit may explain the increased activity of PP2A.Furthermore,MCLR altered microtubule post-translational modifications through PP2A.These results further clarify the underlying mechanism how MCLR affects PP2A and may be helpful for elucidating the complex toxicity of MCLR. 展开更多

We previously isolated a new species of the genus Phlebovirus from wild sandflies collected from Wuxiang County in central China,which named the Wuxiang virus(WUXV).In this study,we re-isolated the WUXV from wild sandflies collected from two villages in Yangquan County,China in 2019.Four virus isolates that caused cytopathic effects in BHK-21 cells were successfully isolated from sandfly specimens collected from chicken pens and sheep pens.Phylogenetic analyses of the L,M and S gene segments of the viruses revealed that the four virus strains represented the previously isolated WUXV.The minimum infection rate(MIR)of the virus isolated from the sheep pen was 3.21,and the MIR of the virus isolated from the chicken pen was 3.45.The positive rates of Wuxiang virus neutralizing antibodies in serum samples of local healthy people and domestic chickens were 8.7%(4/46)and 100%(4/4),respectively,suggesting that Wuxiang virus can infect human and animal.In view of the fact that Wuxiang virus is infectious to humans and animals and has a relatively wide geographical distribution in China,it is of great public health significance to strengthen the investigation and study on the infection status of Wuxiang virus in humans and animals. 展开更多
