Essential oils(EOs) are natural, volatile substances derived from aromatic plants. They exhibit multiple pharmacological effects, including antibacterial, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties, with broad application prospects in health care, food, and agriculture. However, the instability of volatile components, which are susceptible to deterioration under light,heat, and oxygen exposure, as well as limited water solubility, have significantly impeded the development and application of EOs.Porous nanoclays are natural clay minerals with a layered structure. They possess unique structural characteristics such as large pore size, regular distribution, and tunable particle size, which are extensively utilized in drug delivery, adsorption separation, reaction catalysis, and other fields. Natural-derived porous nanoclays have garnered considerable attention for the encapsulation and delivery of EOs. This review comprehensively summarizes the structure, types, and properties of natural-derived porous nanoclays, focusing on the structural characteristics of porous nanoclays such as montmorillonite, palygorskite, halloysite, kaolinite, vermiculite, and natural zeolite. It also examines research advances in their delivery of EOs and explores engineering strategies to enhance the delivery of EOs by natural-derived porous nanoclays. Finally, various applications of natural-derived porous nanoclays for EOs in antibacterial, food preservation, repellent, and insecticide aspects are presented, providing a reference for the development and application of EOs. 展开更多

目的探讨奥氮平致大鼠体重增加的中枢5-羟色胺(5-HT)作用机制。方法20只SD雄性大鼠随机均分为模型组(奥氮平1.2mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃)和对照组(等量生理盐水灌胃)。两组给药前和给药2、4、8周测量体重和摄食量;给药8周,采用旷场试... 目的探讨奥氮平致大鼠体重增加的中枢5-羟色胺(5-HT)作用机制。方法20只SD雄性大鼠随机均分为模型组(奥氮平1.2mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃)和对照组(等量生理盐水灌胃)。两组给药前和给药2、4、8周测量体重和摄食量;给药8周,采用旷场试验测试大鼠自主活动,高效液相色谱-电化学检测法测定大鼠中缝背核5-HT和5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)含量。结果给药8周后,模型组大鼠摄食量多于对照组[(32.56±2.13)g/d vs.(24.25±2.60)g/d](P<0.01),体重大于对照组[(309.56±13.74)g vs.(269.50±10.90)g](P<0.01),水平运动距离[(448.22±74.63)cm vs.(1260.00±115.81)cm]和垂直竖立次数[(6.89±2.93)次vs.(17.13±4.82)次]少于对照组(P<0.01)。给药8周后,模型组大鼠5-HT含量高于对照组[(50.11±15.02)ng/g vs.(14.63±4.00)ng/g](P<0.01),5-HIAA含量[(183.44±27.91)ng/g vs.(265.75±43.80)ng/g]和5-HIAA/5-HT比值(3.84±0.69vs.18.66±2.08)低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论奥氮平致大鼠体重增加可能与中枢5-HT系统信号通路被抑制相关。 展开更多
