It was still a formidablechallenge to fabricate CPL-active perovskites with significant luminescent asymmetry factor (glum) and full-colour-tailorableCPL properties. Indeed, compared to isotropic perovskites, anisotropic perovskite nanowires (NWs)were conducive to carrier separation and transport for polarization enhancement. Herein, three types of CsPb(Br/I)3 NWs with green, orange, red fluorescence (FL) were respectively synthesized and assembled into chiral NWfilms. The right-handed/left-handed chiral NW films constructed by 4+4 layers and 45° inter-angles exhibitshighly symmetric and mirror-like chiral signals. The strongest chiral intensity is more than 3000 medg. CPLsignals with wide colour gamut produce ranging from 480 nm to 800 nm, and tailorable CPL wavelengths aremanipulated by the emission wavelength of perovskite NWs. A giant CPL signal with a maximum glum of up to 10^(-1) is achieved. The polarization imaging of chiral NW films produces brilliant differential circularly polarizedstructural colours, making it more widely used in multilevel anti-counterfeiting systems. A significant break-throughlies in the development of advanced chiral perovskite materials with remarkable glum and tailorable CPLproperties, which sheds new light on optical anti-counterfeiting and intelligent information encryption.展开更多

In recent years, there has been a significant surge ininterest surrounding the synthesis and application of one-dimensional anisotropic perovskites, spurred by ad-vancementsin synthesis techniques and notable breakthroughs in novel methodologies and application proper-ties.This article provides a comprehensive review of the progress made in research on one-dimensionalanisotropic perovskites, detailing the synthesis mechanisms and potential pathways for performance enhance-mentin various applications. We highlight the crucial role of controllable synthesis and heterogeneous effect intailoring perovskite properties to boost application efficacy. Initially, this review examines the primary synthesismethods and mechanisms for creating heterogeneously induced one-dimensional anisotropic perovskites, cate-gorizingthem into two main approaches: the classical wet chemical synthesis, which utilizes selective ligands, andthe ligand-free, substrate-assisted method. The precision in controllable synthesis is essential for fabricatingheterogeneous structures, where the synthesized precursor, shape, and surface ligand significantly influence theinterfacial strength of the heterogenic interface. We also discuss the key features that must be improved for high-performanceapplications, exploring how heterogeneous effects can enhance performance and drive the devel-opmentof heterogeneous devices in various applications, such as photodetectors, solar cells, light-emitting di-odes,and photocatalysis. Conclusively, by highlighting the emerging potential and promising opportunitiesoffered by strategic heterogeneous construction, we forecast a dynamic and transformative future for their pro-ductionand application landscapes.展开更多

METHODS: According to the sequence of let-7a miRNA,the stem-loop reverse transcriptional primer, the primers and quantitative MGB probes of real-time PCR were designed and synthesized. The dynamic range and the sensitivity of quantitative reverse transcriptional real-time PCR were determined. The levels of let-7a miRNA were examined in 32 gastric carcinoma samples by stem-loop RT-PCR method. RESULTS: The dynamic range and sensitivity of the let-7a miRNA quantification scheme were evaluated, the result showed the assay could precisely detect 10 copies of mature let-7a miRNA in as few as 0.05 ng of total RNA of gastric mucosa. The results of specificity analysis showed no fluorescence signal occurred even though 50 ng of human genomic DNA was added to the reverse transcription (RT) reaction. The expression level of let-7a miRNA in gastric tumor tissues was significantly lower compared to normal tissues in 14 samples from 32 patients. CONCLUSION: The stem-loop RT-PCR is a reliable method to detect let-7a miRNA which may play an important role in the development of gastric carcinoma.展开更多

The Co2-xZrSn undergoes a second-order ferromagnetism phase transition around the Curie temperature of Tc ~280 K. The critical behavior in the vicinity of the magnetic phase transition has been investigated by using modified Arrott plot and Kouvel–Fisher methods. The obtained critical exponents, β, γ, and δ can be well described by the scaling theory. The determined exponents of Co2-xZrSn obey the mean-field model with a long-range magnetic interaction. In addition, the maximum magnetic entropy change-?Sm ax M of Co2-xZrSn is about 0.57 J·kg-1·K-1 and the relative cooling power(RCP) is 14.68 J·kg-1 at 50 kOe(1 Oe = 79.5775 A·m-1).展开更多
