In order to reveal the effect of 2-hydroxy-3-naphthyl hydroxamic acid(H205)on the flotation behavior and action mechanism of bastnaesite,single-mineral flotation experiments of bastnaesite were conducted.The flotation recovery of bastnaesites can be achieved more than 90%when the aeration rate is 40 mL/min,the rotational speed is 200 r/min,the H205 dosage is 120 mg/L,and the pulp pH ranges from 7 to 9.The action mechanism of H205 on the surface of bastnaesite was studied by simultaneous thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),Zeta potential measurements,Fourier transform-infrared spectra(FT-IR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).These analysis results show that under suitable flotation conditions,H205 has an obvious adsorption phenomenon on the surface of bastnaesite.The adsorption involves electrostatic interactions and chemical interactions,namely H205 has a strong collecting ability of bastnaesite due to the synergism of electrostatic adsorption and chemical adsorption.This study systematically reveals the flotation behavior and adsorption mechanism of H205 on the surface of bastnaesite,and provides useful theoretical guidance for efficient flotation separation of bastnaesite. 展开更多

To investigate the effect of chlorine roasting on the migration and removal of trace elements in quartz lattice,firstly,an efficient pretreatment process,grinding–HCl washing–flotation–HF and HCl leaching,was used to remove the gangue minerals in quartz ore to obtain purified quartz for the preparation of high-purity quartz and the investigation of lattice impurities migration.The results showed that the high-purity quartz with total impurities less than 50μg/g could be obtained from purified quartz after being treated with chlorine at 1200°C.The variation of crystal structure and the lattice impurities migration of quartz during chlorine roasting were studied through in-situ XRD,TGA,SEM-EDS,ICP-MS,FT-IR and XPS analysis.It revealed that the decomposable impurities H_(2)O,-OH,and residual collectors in the crystal of purified quartz could be effectively removed through chlorine roasting above 900°C,which also had an obvious effect on the removal of low-valence trace elements Li,Na and K in the crystal of quartz but didn't affect the multivalent trace elements Al and Ti.This study revealed the removal and migration mechanism of the trace elements in quartz crystal during chlorine roasting. 展开更多

Both CT and Avizo software were used to explore the effect of particle gradation on the evolution characteristics of pore structure and seepage paths in weathered crust elution-deposited rare earth ores during leaching.The results showed that the pore areas in four kinds of ore samples before leaching were mainly concentrated in 10^(4)–10^(7)μm^(2),whose pore quantities accounted for 96.89%,94.94%,90.48%,and 89.45%,respectively,while the corresponding pore volume only accounted for 30.74%,14.55%,7.58%,and 2.84%of the total pore volume.With the decrease of fractal dimension,the average pore throat length increased,but pore throat quantities,the average pore throat radius and coordination number decreased.Compared with that before leaching,the change degree of pore structure during leaching increased with the fractal dimension decreasing.For example,the reduction rate of the average coordination number of ore samples was 14.36%,21.30%,28.00%,and 32.90%,respectively.Seepage simulation results indicated that seepage paths were uniformly distributed before leaching while the streamline density and seepage velocity increased with the fractal dimension decreasing.Besides,the phenomenon of the streamline interruption gradually reduced during leaching while preferential seepage got more obvious with the decrease of the fractal dimension. 展开更多

Background:MRI segmentation offers crucial insights for automatic analysis.Although deep learningbased segmentation methods have attained cutting-edge performance,their efffcacy heavily relies on vast sets of meticulously annotated data.Methods:In this study,we propose a novel semi-supervised MRI segmentation model that is able to explore unlabeled data in multiple aspects based on various semi-supervised learning technologies.Results:We compared the performance of our proposed method with other deep learning-based methods on 2 public datasets,and the results demonstrated that we have achieved Dice scores of 90.3%and 89.4%on the LA and ACDC datasets,respectively.Conclusions:We explored the synergy of various semi-supervised learning technologies for MRI segmentation,and our investigation will inspire research that focuses on designing MRI segmentation models. 展开更多
