Methods: 40 patients with headache admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and treated with acupuncture and symptomatic therapy to evaluate the specific clinical efficacy. Results: after 1-3 months of treatment, headache symptoms of all patients were significantly improved or disappeared, and the total clinical effective rate reached 100.00%. Conclusion: in the process of treating headache, organic diseases such as brain abscess, cerebrovascular disease, brain contusion and laceration, traumatic brain hematoma, etc. must be removed first, and acupuncture treatment can be implemented only after disease diagnosis is implemented. The whole treatment must strictly follow the principle of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and adopt targeted labor plan for headache caused by different causes, for example, acupuncture, collateral puncture and other therapies can achieve the purposes of promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals, removing blood stasis and relieving pain, with outstanding therapeutic effect and certain practical application significance.展开更多
