Method: in April 2021-April 2022 for the study interval, in the interval selected discharged newborns, a total of 75 cases, randomly divided into two groups, 37 cases of patients with routine group routine care, 38 cases of observation group extended care, compare the two groups of indicators, including nursing satisfaction, neonatal health knowledge, newborn hospitalization rate, neonatal sleep quality score, the incidence of neonatal adverse reactions. Results: the routine group had a lower rate of re-hospitalization (p < 0.05), and the observation score of neonatal jaundice was higher in the observation group (p < 0.05). There was a significant difference in the incidence of neonatal adverse reactions between the two groups, and the data in the routine group was higher than that in the observation group (p < 0.05), and the difference in the score of sleep quality between the two groups was significant (p < 0.05), and the observation group was higher than that in the routine group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: extending nursing service has a significant effect and can be considered actively promoted.展开更多
