Methods: in this study, tumor pati...Objective: the experiment will carry out extended nursing for tumor patients, further improve the safety of tumor intravenous therapy, improve the overall quality of nursing service. Methods: in this study, tumor patients were selected as the main body of the investigation, and patients admitted from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected in the period. The grouping was completed through a random number table design, and the changes of the disease of 80 patients were recorded. The control group was treated with routine nursing measures, and the observation group was treated with extended nursing, and the nursing results were analyzed. Results: in terms of nursing quality, the incidence of chemotherapeutic drug extravasation in the observation group was 0% (0/40), and that in the control group was 7.5% (3/40). The difference between groups was significant, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, in the evaluation survey of nursing satisfaction, the evaluation of patients in the observation group was (91.42±1.36) points, which was significantly higher than that of control group (85.09±1.69) points, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: the use of extended nursing measures is helpful to improve the safety of tumor intravenous therapy, and can improve the quality of nursing work, has clinical promotion value.展开更多
