Methods: 42 tumor patients admitted to the oncology department of our hospital between December 2020 and December 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the difference of nursing intervention schemes, namely, the control group and the experimental group. Each group had 21 cases. The former group implemented the routine nursing scheme and the latter group implemented the comprehensive scheme of routine nursing + psychological nursing. The specific changes of clinical compliance and psychological scores of the two groups were compared. Results: through the clinical nursing and intervention of the patients in the two groups, it can be seen that the clinical compliance of the patients in the experimental group (95.27%) is significantly better than that of the control group (76.19%), and the difference is prominent (P < 0.05). In addition, before treatment, comparing the psychological scores of the patients in the two groups, it was found that the difference was not significant (P > 0.05);After treatment, it can be found that the psychological scores of the patients are decreased. However, the decrease of the experimental group is significantly greater than that of the control group, and the difference of the above indexes is prominent (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of psychological nursing intervention can maximize the clinical compliance of patients in internal medicine of tumor, and play a positive role in enhancing the clinical treatment effect, improving the psychological quality and improving the quality of life of patients.展开更多
