In this paper, there is no special tool for cleaning the oil chamber and various parts of on-load tap changer in the process of overhaul. An electric cleaning tool is proposed, which can effectively clean up oil stains, free carbon and other impurities. Different cleaning heads can ensure that operators can clean up all places and gaps without entering the barrel, and absorb the wiped impurities to the outside of the barrel in time, thus greatly improving the cleaning efficiency and reducing the operation difficulty.展开更多
