Methods: from June to December, 2020, 168 patients with gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of comparable basic data, with 84 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological nursing combined with health education on the basis of the control group. Results: after the intervention, the scores of SAS (42.27 ± 6.22) points and SDS (40.22 ± 5.89) points in the observation group were lower than those of 48.36 ± 5.97 points and 46.26 ± 6.02 points in the control group (P < 0.05);The education content of the observation group was 9.23 ± 1.06 points and the degree of cooperation was 2.66 ± 0.22 points, which were higher than those of the control group (8.22 ± 1.35 points and 2.02 ± 0.55 points, P < 0.05);The stress response score of 1.45 ± 0.25 points and the operation time of 12.56 ± 4.45 points in the observation group were lower than those of 1.67 ± 0.56 points and 15.98 ± 5.56 points in the control group (P < 0.05);The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: carrying out psychological nursing combined with health education during the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal endoscopy is beneficial to improve patients anxiety and depression, reduce stress reaction, shorten the diagnosis and treatment time and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.展开更多
