Background:Hua-Yi-Jie-Du formula(HYJD)is a traditional Chinese medicine that has proven effective against viral pneumonia and was extensively used during the COVID-19 pandemic.This study investigates how HYJD influences group 2 innate lymphoid cell(ILC2)and nucleotide oligomerization domain(NOD)-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome activation in a mouse model of viral pneumonia.Methods:A mouse model of viral pneumonia was established through the administration of polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid(poly(I:C))via nasal drops.Histopathological analysis of lung tissue was conducted,alongside enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to quantify cytokine levels in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF).Flow cytometry was employed to detect ILC2 cells in lung tissue and spleen,while immunofluorescence techniques were utilized to visualize ILC2 cells in lung tissue.Transcriptomic sequencing was performed,and the results were validated using qRT-PCR and western blot analysis.Results:HYJD significantly ameliorated inflammatory infiltration in lung tissue,decreased mucus protein secretion,and reduced the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α).Additionally,it lowered the expression of cytokines IL-4,IL-5,IL-13,IL-25,thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP),and IL-33 in BALF,and reduced the differentiation of ILC2 cells in both lung tissue and spleen.Transcriptomic analysis and experimental validation revealed that HYJD downregulated the expression of NLRP3 related genes and proteins within the NOD-like receptor signaling pathway.Conclusion:The mechanism by which HYJD intervenes in acute lung injury associated with viral pneumonia may involve the reduction of ILC2 cells differentiation and the inhibition of NLRP3 activation. 展开更多

目的 调查福建省龙岩市部分地区小型兽类(小兽)构成和8种鼠传病原体携带情况,为鼠源疾病的预防和控制提供理论依据。方法 2020-2023年从龙岩市永定区、武平县、上杭县、漳平市的村居和农耕区域,采用笼诱捕法捕捉小兽,鉴定种属后无菌采... 目的 调查福建省龙岩市部分地区小型兽类(小兽)构成和8种鼠传病原体携带情况,为鼠源疾病的预防和控制提供理论依据。方法 2020-2023年从龙岩市永定区、武平县、上杭县、漳平市的村居和农耕区域,采用笼诱捕法捕捉小兽,鉴定种属后无菌采集肝、脾、肺、肾等内脏组织,采用荧光定量PCR技术检测致病性钩端螺旋体(钩体)、斑疹伤寒立克次体、嗜吞噬细胞无形体、巴尔通体、恙虫病东方体、土拉弗朗西斯菌、汉坦病毒、大别班达病毒等鼠传病原体。应用Excel 2019软件进行检测结果汇总及百分率计算,应用SPSS 22.0软件对组间差异进行χ^(2)检验或Fisher精确检验。结果 共捕获小兽8种682只,其中褐家鼠286只(41.93%),黄胸鼠170只(24.93%),黄毛鼠119只(17.45%),其他小兽共107只(15.69%)。23只小兽检出致病性钩体,阳性率为3.37%,31只小兽检出巴尔通体,阳性率为4.55%。致病性钩体以永定区阳性率最高(16/274,5.84%),小家鼠携带率最高(4/11,36.36%),巴尔通体则以武平县阳性率最高(29/120,24.17%),黄毛鼠携带率最高(25/119,21.01%)。所有样本均未检出其余6种病原体。结论 龙岩市小兽种类构成具有多样性,存在钩体和巴尔通体感染,并有明显的区域和种群差异。应加强疫情防控与监测,减少鼠源疾病可能带来的危害。 展开更多

The characteristics of the waves around a lagoon entrance in South China Sea were observed during the past one and half years based on the wave measurements.The measured results show that the monsoon plays an important role.In summer,waves mostly come from the southeast,among which the wave components of non-dimensional periods larger than 0.2 are fetch-trapped waves.In winter the waves may be divided into two groups,the fetch-trapped waves and the waves from the open sea.The skewness of the directional distribution functions is within+8 around zero.The power relationship between the direction spread and kurtosis is also investigated.Besides,it is found that the waves with the significant wave heights greater than 1.5 m are caused by typhoons or cold air.The frequency components of wave energy driven by cold air appear in the high frequency range at first,and change to the lower frequency range afterwards.The waves driven by typhoon mostly come from the open sea. 展开更多
