Instant determination of polar motion with tri-static common view lunar laser ranging

A method is presented for determining instant values of Earth’s polar motion(PM)using a set of lunar laser ranging(LLR)measurements acquired simultaneously by tri-static common view(TCV)at three LLR stations in Europe.We developed a model of the LLR TCV measurements,then formulated the linear equation for solving PM.Although there was no actual TCV event in the data,we conducted a two-phase study to test our method using actual LLR normal points(NPs)acquired by the European stations during 2012-2022.In the first phase,we simulated TCV events and PM solutions.The robustness of our method was assessed by introducing Universal Time(UT1)errors and per-station range errors in this phase.In the second phase,we augmented the actual LLR NPs with simulated data to generate realistic TCV events and solutions,using the‘1+2’and‘2+1’strategies,which differed in terms of data composition.Results indicated that a UT1 error of 0.1 ms caused PM errors of<18 mas,while a uniform range error of 50 mm resulted in PM errors of<180 mas.In the augmentation phase,the maximum solution errors were 752 and 899 mas,and 88.5% and 91.2% of the solutions were better than the predictions for the‘1+2’and‘2+1’strategies,respectively.The presented approach relies on precise geodetic data,and therefore,it is not intended to replace the traditional method.However,this study demonstrated that instant determination of PM is feasible and robust,although the accuracy requires further enhancement. 展开更多

As part of the LAMOST medium-resolution spectroscopic survey,the LAMOST-MRS-O is a non-time domain survey that aims to perform medium-resolution spectral observations for member stars in the open cluster areas.This survey plans to obtain the spectroscopic parameters such as radial velocity and metal abundances of member stars and provide data support for further study on the chemical and dynamical characteristics and evolution of open clusters in combination with Gaia data.We have completed the observations on ten open cluster fields and obtained 235184 medium-resolution spectra of 133792 stars.Based on the data analyzed of LAMOST DR11v1.1,for some clusters of particular concern,it is found that the sampling ratio of members stars with Gmag<15 mag can reach 70%,which indicates that the LAMOST-MRS-O has reached our initial design goal. 展开更多

地表水化学参数特征及其成因分析是地表水资源评价与管理的重要组成部分。为研究泰安市东平湖水化学特征及成因,采用空间插值、Piper三线图、Gibbs图以及相关性分析等方法,探讨了研究区不同月份、不同类型东平湖地表水水化学组份特征及... 地表水化学参数特征及其成因分析是地表水资源评价与管理的重要组成部分。为研究泰安市东平湖水化学特征及成因,采用空间插值、Piper三线图、Gibbs图以及相关性分析等方法,探讨了研究区不同月份、不同类型东平湖地表水水化学组份特征及影响因素、各离子的来源等问题。结果显示,东平湖湖水属于碱性水体,TDS时空分布差异显著,10月份总体浓度最高,8月份最低;6月湖区TDS含量从湖区东南向西北逐渐递增,10月从湖心向南北两侧逐渐递增。研究区湖水主要水化学类型由SO_(4)-Na→SO_(4)-Na·Ca·Mg→SO_(4)-Ca型转变,该地区地表水的水化学类型易多变;水体中阳离子以Na^(+)为主,Ca^(2+)稍次之,阴离子以SO_(4)^(2−)为主;水体中K^(+)和Na^(+)来源于大气环流所携带的海盐,HCO−3和Mg^(2+)可能来自白云岩等碳酸盐岩或黑云母的风化溶解,SO_(4)^(2−)则主要来源于人类活动,少量来自石膏溶解,Ca^(2+)则来源于钙长石的风化以及石膏的溶解。由此可见,东平湖水体离子组分基本来源于蒸发结晶,部分组分来源于岩石风化,大气降水的输入作用十分微弱。 展开更多

Ground-based optical observation has unique advantages in space target observation.However,due to the weak light-gathering ability of small-aperture optoelectronic observation telescopes,the space debris in the image is weak and easily drowned in noise.In order to solve the above problems,we use digital image processing technology to extract faint space debris.We propose a high detection rate space debris automatic extraction algorithm,aiming to automatically detect space debris.We first establish a new space target description model.Our algorithm is mainly divided into two stages.The purpose of the first stage is to reduce the influence of a large number of stars.We perform wavelet transform and guided filtering for three consecutive frames,and the reconstructed wavelet that takes the median value can achieve the effect of eliminating stars.In the second stage,we adopt the method of robust principal component analysis and attribute the problem of target detection to the problem of separating the target and background of a single frame of image.After a large number of experimental results analysis,it is proved that the algorithm can effectively detect faint debris in the monitoring system of small aperture telescope,and has high precision and low computational complexity. 展开更多

Moreover, shape of the interpolation spline curves can be globally adjusted by the two parameters. In this paper, we propose and demonstrate an all-fiber passively Q-switched erbium doped fiber laser (EDFL) by using gold nanostars (GNSs) as a saturable absorber (SA) for the first time, to the best of our knowledge. In comparison with other gold nanomorphologies, GNSs have multiple localized surface plasmon resonances, which means that they can be used to construct wideband ultrafast pulse lasers. By inserting the GNS SA into an EDFL cavity pumped by a 980 nm laser diode, a stable passively Q-switched laser at 1564.5 nm was achieved for a threshold pump power of 40 mW. By gradually increasing the pump power from 40 to 120 mW, the pulse duration decreases from 12.8 to 5.3 its and the repetition rate increases from 10 to 17 kHz. Our results indicate that the GNSs are a promising SA for constructing pulse lasers. 展开更多
