Screening of flocculant-producing strains by NTG mutagenesis 被引量:8

A new model for screening efficient flocculant-producing strains was designed and tested. The results showed that this model for screening efficient flocculant-producing strains is very reliable and can greatly shorten the screening period. 13 flocculant-producing strains were isolated from activated sludge by conventional method. A strain, designated as HHE6, produced the bioflocculant with the turbidity removal 98% for kaolin suspension. Six of 13 strains selected as the original strains were treated with NTG as mutagen, and five mutant strains(HHE-P7, HHE-A8, HHE-P21, HHE-P24, HHE-A26) with high flocculation efficiency was obtained by selection, which exhibited the flocculation rate for kaolin suspension above 90%. Strains HHE6, HHE-P7, and HHE-P24 were classified as Penicillium purpurogenum, HHE-P21 as Penicillium cyclopium, HHE-A26 as Aspergillus versicolor and HHE-A8 as Aspergillus fumigatus, and it is hitherto unreported for biofloccutant-producing strains of Penicillium. The growth of the six strains(HHE6, HHE-P7, HHE-A8, HHE-P21, HHE-P24, HHE-A26) had similar curves, i.e. firstly increasing rapidly, keeping relatively constant then and finally decreasing gradually with cultivation time. The production of bioflocculants by strains showed the similar pattern to strain growth. 展开更多

为了考察个体与小组合作学习方式对规则样例学习迁移效果的影响,以四年级小学生为被试,以简单和复杂规则的解题样例为学习材料,进行两项实验研究。实验结果表明:(1)个体与小组合作学习方式、规则的复杂程度对小学生规则样例学习的迁移... 为了考察个体与小组合作学习方式对规则样例学习迁移效果的影响,以四年级小学生为被试,以简单和复杂规则的解题样例为学习材料,进行两项实验研究。实验结果表明:(1)个体与小组合作学习方式、规则的复杂程度对小学生规则样例学习的迁移效果有显著的交互作用。在个体学习方式下,简单规则样例学习的近迁移效果好;在小组合作学习方式下,复杂规则样例学习的近迁移成绩有显著的提高;与个体学习方式相比,小组合作学习方式在复杂规则样例学习的近迁移效果上显示出明显的优势,同时也促进了小学生远迁移成绩的提高。(2)小组合作学习的人数(组容)影响小学生复杂规则样例学习的迁移效果。3人组合作学习复杂规则样例的近迁移效果显著优于2人组和4人组;3人组复杂规则样例学习的近迁移效果显著优于简单规则样例学习的近迁移效果。 展开更多

目的探讨在治疗单侧自发性气胸时预防性处理对侧肺大泡的临床疗效。方法选取重庆医科大学附属第二医院胸心外科2013年6月至2016年6月收治的单侧自发性气胸患者116例,按照肺大泡生长部位和处理方式的不同分为A(n=40)、B(n=40)、C(n=36)... 目的探讨在治疗单侧自发性气胸时预防性处理对侧肺大泡的临床疗效。方法选取重庆医科大学附属第二医院胸心外科2013年6月至2016年6月收治的单侧自发性气胸患者116例,按照肺大泡生长部位和处理方式的不同分为A(n=40)、B(n=40)、C(n=36)三组。A组患者单侧气胸,患侧出现肺大泡,行患侧肺大泡切除术;B组患者单侧气胸,双侧出现肺大泡,行患侧肺大泡切除术;C组患者单侧气胸,双侧出现肺大泡,行双侧肺大泡切除术。分析三组患者的术中术后情况及对侧气胸复发率。结果三组患者均顺利完成手术,且三组在年龄、性别、是否抽烟、体重指数评分、术中出血量、术后拔管时间、术后住院时间、术后疼痛评分上比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与A、B组比较,C组手术时间更长、费用更高,差异均有统计学有意义(P<0.01)。随访期间,A、B组出现对侧气胸发作,两组气胸复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而C组未见气胸复发。结论预防性处理对侧肺大泡有益于单侧自发性气胸的治疗。在患者心理生理耐受基础上可建议其选择预防性对侧肺大泡切除手术。 展开更多

Aeration plays an important role in the treatment of activated sludge due tothe interactions among bubbles, sewage and activated sludge in an aeration tank. The aerationperformance is directly concerned with the efficiency of sewage disposal. So the three-dimensionaltwo-fluid model was established with emphasis on the phase interaction terms in this paper. Thismodel, as an extension of the two-phase flow model, involved the motion laws of three-phases, andwas compared with experimental studies. The finite volume method was used in the numericalsimulation of gas-liquid two-phase flow and gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow. In order to discussthe influence of gas-phase, liquid-phase and solid-phase motions in an aeration tank on the sewagedisposal, three kinds of boundary and initial conditions were adopted. The simulated results of theflow structure show qualitatively good agreement with the experimental data. And the theoreticalbasis for designing the best aeration tank was discussed according to the simulated results. 展开更多

An inverse analysis algorithm is proposed for estimating liquid phase flowfield from measurement data of bubble motion. This kind of technology will be applied in future forvarious estimation of fluid flow in rivers, lakes, sea surface flow, and also microscopic channelflow as the problem-handling in civil, mechanical, electronic, and chemical engineering. Therelationship between the dispersion motion and the carrier phase flow is governed and expressed bythe trans-lational motion equation of spherical dispersion. The equation consists of all the forcecomponents including inertia, added inertia, drag, lift, pressure gradient force and gravity force.Using this equation enables us to estimate the carrier phase flow structure using only the data ofthe dispersion motioa Whole field liquid flow structure is also estimated using spatial or temporalinterpolation method. In order to verify this principle, the Taylor-Green vortex flow, and theKarman vortex shedding from a square cylinder have been chosea The results show that the combinationof the inverse analysis and Particle Tracking Velocimetry (PTV) with the spatio-temporalpostprocessing algorithm could reconstruct well the carrier phase flow of the gas-liquid two-phaseflow. 展开更多
