Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)ranks among the most prevalent and aggressive tumors,with both its incidence and mortality rates rising each year.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)have surfaced as essential contributors to the regu...Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)ranks among the most prevalent and aggressive tumors,with both its incidence and mortality rates rising each year.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)have surfaced as essential contributors to the regulation of gene expression and various cellular processes.These RNA molecules,exceeding 200 nucleotides in length and lacking protein-coding capabilities,have been associated with numerous biological functions,such as development,differentiation,and various diseases.In this mini-review,we focus on the involvement of lncRNAs in CCA,scrutinizing their roles,mechanisms of action,and possible therapeutic implications.By shedding light on the complex interactions between lncRNAs and CCA,our goal is to facilitate future investigations and the creation of targeted therapies that can enhance patient outcomes.展开更多
