Methods\ 80 cases of male alcoholics (AL) aged 40 years old and 80 cases of male healthy volunteers (HV) of the same age without drinking history were investigated by measuring concentrations of vitamin C (VC), vitamin E (VE) and β-carotene (β-CAR) in plasma as well as activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in RBC with spectrophotometric assays. Results\ Compared with the average values (AV) of the above biochemical parameters in the HV group, the average values of VC, VE and β-CAR in plasma and the activities of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in RBC in the AL group were significantly decreased (P = 0.0000). The findings in linear regression and correlation analysis for 80 alcoholics showed that with the prolonged drinking duration and increased daily drinking quantity, the values of VC, VE and β-CAR in plasma as well as SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in RBC in the alcoholics were gradually decreased (P = 0.000), representing a respectively significant linear negative correlation. The analysis of stepwise regression and correlation revealed that the drinking duration had the closest correlation with the values of VE in plasma as well as CAT and GSH-Px in RBC, while the daily drinking quantity had the closest correlation with the values of VC, VE and β-CAR in plasma as well as SOD and GSH-Px in RBC. Conclusion\ The findings of the present study suggested that the oxidative stress in the alcoholics became pathologically intensified, leading to potential oxidative damages in their bodies. Therefore, alcoholics should abstain from alcohol drinking, and should take as supplements suitable dosage of antioxidants per day such as VC, VE, β-CAR and others to moderate potential oxidative damages in their bodies.展开更多

Especially the intelligent city construction has begun to take shape. Water network, power grid and gas network are the basic guarantee of peoples daily life. Perfecting urban infrastructure construction is an important content to improve peoples quality of life and accelerate the development of urban informatization. Urban gas pipeline network is laid in various underground cities. Intricate is an important channel for gas supply due to a series of problems such as uneven gas construction quality, difficult problem troubleshooting, complex operation of gas equipment and slow data update and scheduling. As a result, pipeline leakage and safety accidents occur frequently. Therefore, promoting the intelligentization of urban gas pipeline network operation and management is the key to current work. In the current electrical engineering field, intelligent technology shows positive advantages, mainly reflected in data collection, storage and editing and automation of gas pipeline network. Methods: a total of 116 esophageal cancer patients (all admitted to our ...Objective: to explore the practical efficacy of minimally invasive McKeown recurrent laryngeal nerve lymph node dissection in clinical practice. Methods: a total of 116 esophageal cancer patients (all admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022) were randomly selected for this analysis. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 58 cases. The control group underwent routine para-recurrent recurrent nerve lymph node dissection by minimally invasive McKeown esophagectomy, and the observation group performed bilateral para-recurrent nerve lymph node dissection. The surgical indexes, pathological differentiation and stage degree, postoperative complications, lymph node dissection times, the recurrent laryngeal nerve lymph node metastasis rate and tumor distribution were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: the corresponding intraoperative bleeding amount, the operation time and the hospital stay time were all lower than the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the degree of postoperative pathological differentiation and stage results between the two groups (P > 0.05). The overall incidence of postoperative complications showed that the observed group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The number of corresponding lymph node dissection in the observed group was higher than that of the control group, and the rate of recurrent laryngeal nerve lymph node metastasis was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The results of the tumor distribution showed no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: minimally invasive McKeown esophagectomy has significant efficacy and high feasibility.展开更多
