In the construction management, the construction management of the project can not only maintain the safety of the construction site, but also guarantee the overall quality of the construction project. However, there are still some problems in the specific management work, and there are many aspects. It has seriously affected the quality standards of construction projects and brought many troubles to construction units. Therefore, relevant departments should constantly improve the system, strictly implement the supervision and management, and effectively improve the supervision efficiency in the whole process of engineering construction management, so as to fundamentally improve the quality of engineering construction management. This paper mainly analyzes the influencing factors in engineering construction management, the positive significance of improving engineering construction management, and the effective ways of optimizing engineering construction management achievements.展开更多
