Methods: 70 patients with chronic congestive h...Objective: to explore the curative effect of sacubatrosalkubatroxartan sodium tablets combined with shenfu injection in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods: 70 patients with chronic congestive heart failure treated in our hospital from September 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. 35 patients in the control group were given sacubatrosalkubatroxartan sodium tablets and routine treatment, and 35 patients in the observation group were given shenfu injection on the basis of the treatment measures of the control group. The total effective rate and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared. Results: the effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group (P < 0.05);LVEF, LVESD and LVEDD in the control group were lower than those in the observation group (P < 0.05);The levels of serum BNP, ET-1 and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the curative effect of sacubatrosalkubatroxartan sodium tablets combined with shenfu injection in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure is positive, which is conducive to the improvement of cardiac function, and is worthy of popularization.展开更多
