Methods: the samples of this study were 80 patients with bladder tumor surgery (concurrent urostomy) in our hospital. The operation time in our hospital was from May 2019 to May 2021. The samples were divided into 40 cases of reference group and 40 cases by computer table method. The research group was given basic nursing, comprehensive nursing + basic nursing, and the improvement of quality of life, compliance during nursing, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of samples were required. Results: compared with the reference group, the emotional, physical and other quality of life scores of the research group were higher after intervention, P < 0.05, and the difference was larger;the sample symptom score of the reference group was higher after intervention, P < 0.05, the difference was larger than that of the reference group. The sample compliance and nursing satisfaction of the reference group were lower, P < 0.05, the difference was large. Conclusion: the application of comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing urostomy for bladder tumor surgery is very effective, which can improve their physical, emotional and other functions, and at the same time help to improve the compliance of patients during treatment, and patients prefer this nursing content, which is worthy of wide clinical application.展开更多

Methods: patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups: 31 people as a control group and 31 people as an experimental group. Our care of the control group still treats the patients according to the usual hospital care, while in the experimental group, we will adopt the comfort care of our experiment while performing the usual care of the patients. Results: there were significant differences between patients in control and experimental groups during gastrointestinal decompression. Conclusions: our comfortable care of patients with acute pancreatitis during their gastrointestinal decompression can effectively reduce the discomfort caused during their gastrointestinal decompression, thus improving patient satisfaction with hospital care services.展开更多
