目的:探讨基于健康行为改变整合理论(Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change,ITHBC)的分层全程管理模式对代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者自我管理能力、代谢指标及体质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至6月代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者50例作...目的:探讨基于健康行为改变整合理论(Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change,ITHBC)的分层全程管理模式对代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者自我管理能力、代谢指标及体质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至6月代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者50例作为对照组,2023年1月至6月代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者50例作为干预组。对照组实施代谢相关脂肪性肝病常规护理,干预组实施ITHBC理论的分层全程护理。两组患者均进行6个月的干预,采用非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者自我管理调查表、代谢指标及体质量评价干预效果。结果:干预后,干预组患者自我管理行为评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。完成6个月的随访后,干预组除糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)外,其他代谢指标以及体质量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于ITHBC理论的分层全程管理模式可以提高代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者的自我管理能力,降低代谢指标及体质量,改善患者预后。展开更多
