【目的】牡蛎礁作为沿海生态系统重要组成部分,发挥着众多生态服务功能。尽管全球范围内牡蛎礁本底调查已被大量记录,但针对中国牡蛎礁本底调查的相关研究仍较少。黄河三角洲是中国生态环境矛盾较突出的地区之一,因此本研究针对黄河三... 【目的】牡蛎礁作为沿海生态系统重要组成部分,发挥着众多生态服务功能。尽管全球范围内牡蛎礁本底调查已被大量记录,但针对中国牡蛎礁本底调查的相关研究仍较少。黄河三角洲是中国生态环境矛盾较突出的地区之一,因此本研究针对黄河三角洲飞雁滩地区3片牡蛎礁群进行本底调查。【方法】通过无人机牡蛎礁面积测绘扫描结合牡蛎体尺性状、物种鉴定和沉积物粒径分析全面调查了飞雁滩牡蛎礁的自然现状。【结果】3片牡蛎礁区总面积为17772 m^(2),牡蛎密度和生物量分别为(1957.00±574.30)个/m^(2)和(39.65±13.52)kg/m^(2);壳高频率分布显示,礁内牡蛎大小分布均匀,主要由成体和补充群体组成,补充群体密度为(1232.00±318.80)个/m^(2);线粒体细胞色素氧化酶Ⅰ(COⅠ)基因鉴定结果显示,礁内牡蛎物种为长牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas);沉积物粒径分析结果显示,礁区与非礁区都呈现较高的淤泥含量,与非礁区相比,礁体显著促进了细粒沉积物的局部沉积。【结论】飞雁滩地区牡蛎礁内活体牡蛎整体密度较高,生物量较大,大小尺寸分布合理,不存在幼体补充限制,建议在更大规模的生态修复开启之前,仔细考虑沉积动力因素对牡蛎礁修复效果的影响。【意义】本研究首次对中国黄河三角洲飞雁滩区域的牡蛎礁进行较为全面的本底调查,为后续黄河三角洲牡蛎礁的生态修复与保育工作奠定了重要基础,同时也为全国牡蛎礁的本底调查提供了可参考的研究范式,助力中国沿海经济地区的生态格局优化与高质量可持续发展。 展开更多

De novo transcriptome sequencing reveals candidate genes involved in orange shell coloration of bay scallop Argopecten irradians 被引量:2

Molluscan shell color has received persistent attention for its distinctive diversity and complexity. In the present study, six transcriptome libraries obtained from two developmental stages, pre-pigmentation and post-pigmentation, were used for paired-end sequencing in the bay scallop Argopecten irradians. In total, 289 839 646 paired-end reads were assembled into 70 929 transcripts. Using BLASTX and BLASTN, 30 896 unigenes were successfully annotated against the SWISS-PROT, NR, and KOG database. Gene ontology annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes classification identified numbers of unigenes involved in biomineralization and pigmentation. Digital gene expression analysis revealed that melanin, trace metal elements and porphyrins are potentially involved in shell coloration of A. irradians. 展开更多

Polymorphism in the Ras andβ-Glucosidase Genes and Their Association with Growth Traits in the Pacific Oyster Crassostrea gigas

The Ras gene,a conserved member of the insulin pathway,andβ-glucosidase gene,an important cellulase,are two important growth-related genes.However,there is no study on the association between mutations of these two genes and growth traits in bivalves.Here,the polymorphism of these two genes in Crassostrea gigas were revealed.Their association with growth traits was evaluated in 290 oysters from five families,and was further confirmed in another 186 oysters from three fast-growing strains.Seventeen and twelve SNPs were identified in the Ras gene andβ-glucosidase gene,respectively.Among these SNPs,four SNPs in each gene(Ras:C.86C>A,C.90T>C,C.112A>G and C.118G>A;β-glucosidase:C.247G>A,C.284C>T,C.1260C>T and C.1293T>C)were significantly(P<0.05)associated with the growth of these oysters.Furthermore,eight and nine haplotypes were constructed in the Ras gene andβ-glucosidase gene,respectively.Oysters with both haplotypes R-Hap5(CCAA)andβ-Hap7(ACCT),or with both R-Hap 6(ATGG)andβ-Hap 6(ACTC),or with both R-Hap 6 andβ-Hap 9(ACTT),or with both R-Hap 7(ATAA)andβ-Hap 7,showed the highest growth performances.These results provide candidate markers for selecting C.gigas with fast growth. 展开更多
