Objective: to explore the cooperation and application of DSA technology of imaging technician for stent removal, the application of surgical methods of intraoperative interventional surgery, and the selection and appl...Objective: to explore the cooperation and application of DSA technology of imaging technician for stent removal, the application of surgical methods of intraoperative interventional surgery, and the selection and application of key surgical techniques after intracerebral vascular infarction. Methods: 180 stroke patients in the cerebrovascular disease center of Changhai Hospital were retrospectively investigated. These patients were continuously removed from the surgical stent for stroke in the catheter room from June 2020 to March 2021, using the recyclable stent Solitaire FR stent. Among them, solitaire AB is no longer the indication for arterial thrombectomy for stroke, and DSA technical support and cooperation were given during the operation, postoperative DSA image evaluation. Results: 180 stroke patients were given corresponding DSA technical cooperation during operation, which provided imaging technical support for the recanalization of cerebrovascular infarction and ensured the smooth progress of the operation. Conclusion: embolectomy with large artery occlusion in cerebral vessels can provide a strong guarantee for early operation and smooth completion of the operation with appropriate standardization and skillful DSA technology.展开更多
