Methods: from June 2020, 98 orthopedic patients from June 2021 were divided into group A (observation group) and group B (control group), with 49 patients in each group. The general care intervention was used in group B, and the predictive care guidelines were used for group A to compare the complications, psychological status and evaluation of care patterns in the two groups. Results: in terms of the complications in both groups, Less patients developed complications in group A. The total chance of occurrence was 6.1%, However, a relatively large number of patients developed complications in group B, the total chance of occurrence was 28.6%;In terms of the psychological status of the two groups, Few patients had anxiety and depression in group A, Most of the patients are more stable emotionally. However, relatively many patients had anxiety and depression in group B;In terms of the mode of care in both groups, Most of the patients in group A were satisfied with the mode of care, high nursing evaluation, the total satisfaction rate was 95.9%. However, group B patients had a relatively low evaluation of the patterns of care, the total satisfaction rate was 77.6%. Therefore, there is a large gap between the two groups in the above aspects (P <0.05). Conclusion: pretive nursing guidance in the orthopedics department.展开更多
