In recent years, Guizhou province has been actively promoting the transformation of old communities. By selecting some projects, the transformation of old communities in cities and towns is combined with the work of "creating a beautiful environment and a happy life together", which can be replicated and popularized, so as to promote the transformation of old communities throughout the province. In 2019, Guizhou province issued a special fund of 700.25 million yuan from the central government for urban affordable housing projects, which was used to transform old urban communities. At the same time, the Technical Guidelines for Renovation of Old Towns in Guizhou Province is compiled as an important basis for the design, implementation, construction, acceptance and management of the renovation of old towns in Guizhou province. In this paper, the reconstruction project of old residential areas in Zhenyuan county city is taken as an example, and a complete reference path is provided from practice. 展开更多

Objective: to develop and invent a new type of animal endotracheal intubation, which has far-reaching influence on medical experimental teaching and animal modeling in scientific research. Methods: the sharp end was used to penetrate into the trachea of experimental animals, the external air bag and the fixing device were squeezed, and the pressing device was pushed to complete the operation. Results: after many experiments, the experimental effect of this device is due to the old-fashioned device. The blocking factor of tracheal intubation is the first factor that affects the success rate of the experiment. It is necessary to reform the relevant equipment of animal organ intubation according to this situation. Conclusion: the new type of animal endotracheal intubation can significantly improve the experimental simplicity and success rate, and the experimental data have been improved to a certain extent. 展开更多
