The microstructure and tensile properties of(Fe_(50)Mn_(25)Ni_(10)Cr_(15))_(100-x)Al_(x)(x=0-8 at.%)medium-entropy alloys(MEAs)were investigated.It was found that the crystalline structure changes from face-centered c...The microstructure and tensile properties of(Fe_(50)Mn_(25)Ni_(10)Cr_(15))_(100-x)Al_(x)(x=0-8 at.%)medium-entropy alloys(MEAs)were investigated.It was found that the crystalline structure changes from face-centered cubic(FCC)single phase to FCC+body-centered cubic(BCC)dual-phase with the increase of Al content.Therefore,the addition of Al elements with large atomic size could induce solid solution strengthening and dual-phase heterogeneous structure strengthening.Correspondingly,the present MEAs exhibit excellent combinations of yield strength,ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and ductility both at 298 and 77 K.Among the MEAs,the(Fe_(50)Mn_(25)Ni_(10)Cr_(15))_(95)Al_(5) alloy has a remarkable combination of cryogenic UTS(1077 MPa)and ductility(~85%),and has lower raw material costs than the reported high-entropy alloys(HEAs)and MEAs.The correlation among microstructure and mechanical properties and the corresponding strengthening mechanism were clarified.展开更多
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of scutellarin(SCU),which is the main effective component of Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.)Hand-Mazz native to Yunnan in China,on vascular dysfunction(VD)of cardiac coronary artery(CA)...OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of scutellarin(SCU),which is the main effective component of Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.)Hand-Mazz native to Yunnan in China,on vascular dysfunction(VD)of cardiac coronary artery(CA)and cerebral basilar artery(BA)caused by hypertension in SHR rats.METHODS 1.BA and CA vesselsrings from 40 weeks of SHR rats were isolated and equilibrated in organ bath with MOPS-PSS buffer and ring tension was recorded,comparing with a normal control of WKY rats.SCU was treated accumulatively after pre-contracted with vasoconstrictor U46619(1μmol·L-1).2.ACH and SNP were treated accumulatively after pre-incubation with SCU(300μmol·L-1,100μmol·L-1)and pre-contracted by U46619(1μmol·L-1),K+60mmol·L-1,respectively.While U46619 was added accumulatively to BA/CA rings pre-incubated with SCU(300and 100μmol·L-1).ACH-induced relaxation rate was to evaluate endothelium-dependent relaxation,and SNP-induced relaxation rate to evaluate the artery non-endothelium-dependent relaxation.RESULTS SCU significantly dilated both BA and CA rings pre-contracted by U46619 in old rats.EC50 value of SCU in WKY ratswas less than that in SHR(P<0.05),which showing VD of CA and BA in SHR rats.Compared with WKY group,ACH relaxation curve of SHR group shifted to the right,suggesting that hypertension induced VD.When SCU 300μmol·L-1 pre-treated CA groups and SCU 100μmol·L-1 pre-treated BA groups,EC50 to ACH was significantly lower(P<0.05).Likewise,the vasodilatation of CA/BA rings to SNP was also improved obviously when pre-treated with SCU,and Emax to SNP was decreased significantly(P<0.05).Moreover,EC50 to U46619was significantly lower when pre-treated by SCU.CONCLUSION In SHR rats,SCU antagonized U46619 on CA/BA rings in a noncompetitive manner.Furthermore,SCU should appear to protect VD induced by hypertension.展开更多

The research results show that the convergence of BDS/GPS dual-frequency precise point positioning can achieve centimeter-level accuracy in the landslide environment. The convergence data can accurately measure the horizontal and vertical changes of the landslide, and can provide a strong basis and support for the disaster prevention of the landslide.展开更多

Methods: 100 full-term pregnant women wit...Objective: to evaluate the effect and significance of different drugs (low-dose misoprostol and oxytocin) used in full-term pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods: 100 full-term pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes treated in Dingzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital (January 2020-June 2022) were selected. According to the simple random sampling method, the selected 100 patients were equally divided into two groups. 50 pregnant women in the control group were given oxytocin to induce labor, and 50 pregnant women in the observation group were given low-dose misoprostol to induce labor. The success rate of induced labor, clinical indicators Apgar medication, incidence of adverse events, and comparison were made. Results: the success rate of induced labor in the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.00%, P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the time from medication to labor, the time from medication to delivery and the total labor process in the observation group were all shorter, and the postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The total incidence of amniotic fluid pollution, fetal distress, excessive uterine contraction and intrauterine infection in the observation group was 6.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.00%, P < 0.05). One minute after birth, the skin color, heart rate, reaction, muscle tension and respiration of newborns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Six hours after treatment, the levels of PGE and E2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of P were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application effect and value of low-dose misoprostol in full-term pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes is obviously higher than that of oxytocin, which can improve the success rate of induced labor, optimize the clinical indicators after medication, reduce the incidence of adverse events, increase Apgar score of newborns and improve hormone levels after treatment. The dominance of plankton was calculated and dominant speci...From April to December 2018, zooplankton and water quality were monitored in the Daning water storage reservoir of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. The dominance of plankton was calculated and dominant species of plankton were analyzed. The relationship between dominant species and water environment factors was discussed by canonical correspondence analysis. The results showed that the Daning Water Storage Reservoir identified 12 species of dominant species of phytoplankton in 5 phyla, most of which were common species of freshwater phytoplankton, and there were also eutrophication indicator species, and 10 species of dominant species (genus) of metazoan zooplankton were identified. Four water environment factors affecting dominant species of phytoplankton were screened out, which are chloride, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and nitrate nitrogen respectively. The five water environment factors that affect the dominant species of zooplankton are sulfate, chloride, nitrate nitrogen, water temperature and pH respectively. The temporal distribution of dominant species of plankton in the reservoir is quite different. Diatom and Xanthomonas are mainly affected by the concentration of nitrate in water, while Chlorophyta is mainly affected by chloride and total phosphorus except Scenedesmus obliquus, and Cyanophyta is affected by these four water environment factors. The pH values of Brachionus puledalis, Brachionus angularis, Brachionus plicatilis and Arthropoda are significantly affected by the pH values, while nitrate nitrogen and sulfate are simultaneously affected. Water temperature affects Daphnia magna, Brachionus polycephalus and Brachionus breviscapus, while other metazooplankton are not significantly affected by sulfate, nitrate nitrogen, chloride, water temperature and pH values.展开更多
