选用四种典型木质素:碱木质素、木质素磺酸盐、水解木质素、G型木质素,分别在热重分析仪和固定床台架上对其气化失重特性、动力学机理及产物析出特性进行研究,以揭示木质素来源对其气化特性的影响。结果表明,均相模型对气化反应过程拟... 选用四种典型木质素:碱木质素、木质素磺酸盐、水解木质素、G型木质素,分别在热重分析仪和固定床台架上对其气化失重特性、动力学机理及产物析出特性进行研究,以揭示木质素来源对其气化特性的影响。结果表明,均相模型对气化反应过程拟合度较好。碱木质素热解活性最高,最先发生热解,且热解活化能最低;但其热解焦结构较致密,气化反应性较差;G型木质素和碱木质素有相似的气化特性;木质素磺酸盐和水解木质素在热解阶段有两段失重过程,其焦炭气化反应性均较高。对于气化产物特性,气化气中H_(2)和CO为主要气体产物。碱木质素气化氢气产率高达55 mmol/g,碳转化率最高(87%),残余焦炭最少。而水解木质素和G型木质素气体产率较少,液体焦油和固体残渣相对较多,这主要与木质素中无机矿物质含量和组成有关。 展开更多

目的探讨应用不同剂量雌激素对宫腔镜宫腔粘连松解术后粘连复发和生育结局的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年1月至2023年7月西北妇女儿童医院妇科内分泌宫腔粘连患者80例,依据应用雌激素剂量不同分为大剂量组、小剂量组两组,每组各40例。宫... 目的探讨应用不同剂量雌激素对宫腔镜宫腔粘连松解术后粘连复发和生育结局的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年1月至2023年7月西北妇女儿童医院妇科内分泌宫腔粘连患者80例,依据应用雌激素剂量不同分为大剂量组、小剂量组两组,每组各40例。宫腔镜宫腔粘连松解术后,大剂量组采用2 mg戊酸雌二醇片+10 mg醋酸甲羟孕酮片,小剂量组采用1 mg戊酸雌二醇片+10 mg醋酸甲羟孕酮片。比较两组患者的宫腔粘连程度、子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、月经量、行经时间、血管内皮生长因子水平、月经模式、临床疗效、粘连复发情况、生育结局及不良反应发生情况。结果大剂量组患者的月经模式评分、粘连类型评分、粘连范围评分、AFS总分均明显低于小剂量组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大剂量组患者的子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、月经量、血管内皮生长因子水平均明显高于小剂量组,行经时间长于小剂量组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大剂量组患者的月经正常率为25.00%,高于小剂量组(10.00%),月经减少率、闭经率分别为75.00%、0,均低于小剂量组(87.50%、2.50%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大剂量组患者的总有效率为97.50%,明显高于小剂量组(80.00%),粘连复发率为2.50%,明显低于小剂量组(32.50%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大剂量组患者的活产率、总妊娠率、自然妊娠率分别为47.50%、50.00%、30.00%,均明显高于小剂量组(15.00%、25.00%、10.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率(15.00%vs.12.50%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大剂量雌激素应用于宫腔镜宫腔粘连松解术后较小剂量雌激素临床疗效更为显著,更能减轻患者宫腔粘连程度,能改善月经量及月经周期,能降低患者的粘连复发率,改善患者的生育结局。 展开更多

The leakage flow through two labyrinth seals, e.g the interlocking seal and the stepped seal, was numerically investigated. Preliminary calculation of the seal-cavity averaged pressure by using the one-dimensional control volume method showed favorable agreement with the experimental measurements. Subsequently, in-depth understanding of the fluid flow through the labyrinth seals was obtained by employing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and k -ε turbulence model, which resulted in a potential wealth of information like the streamline pattern, velocity vector field, and distribution of turbulent kinetic energy and static pressure. At the clearance of the seal the turbulent kinetic energy reached the peak value, while in the bulk region of the cavities it decayed fast. The static pressure rapidly dropped as the fluid flow went through the clearance; no distinct difference of the static pressure was inspected in the cavities. Also noted from the numerical results was that the stepped seal showed better sealing performance than the interlocking seal. 展开更多

Unsteady behaviors of the large-scale vortical structure superimposed in the turbulent separated and reattaching flow over a backward-facing step were convincingly delineated by performing simultaneous measurements of the wall pressure fluctuations and visualizations of the flow. Toward this end, a synchronized instrumentation system integrated with the microphone array and the high-speed camera was established. The smoke-wire technique was employed to visualize the unsteady events. A thorough analysis based on the wall pressure fluctuations disclosed that the large-scale vortical structure shedding at the frequency of fH/Uo = 0.064 gave a primary contribution to the wall pressure fluctuations, and consequently dominated unsteady behaviors of the turbulent shear layer. The convection velocity of the large-scale vortical structure was determined as Uc =0.55 U0. The instantaneous flow visualizations and wall pressure were compared in a straightforward manner. Below the separation bubble and the reattachment zone, the negative peak of the time-varying wall pressure was in phase with passage of the local large-scale vortical structure. In the redeveloping turbulent boundary layer, the decaying large-scale vortical structure was clearly revealed. 展开更多

Vortex breakdown of the steady axisymmetic rotating flow in a confined cylindrical container with a rotating endwall was numerically and experimentally studied. High-quality precision-controlled turntable facilities were established at Shanghai Jiaotong University and Tokyo Denki University independently. Collaborative investigations of vortex breakdown were carried out using CFD, Laser Doppler Velocimetry (LDV) and streakline visualization, respectively. The characteristics of vortex breakdown were delineated in terms of comparative investigation using numerical and experimental results. SIMPLEC scheme and FMG multigrid was applied to numerical simulation. Numerical simulation was extensively compared with streakline visualization and LDV measurements, showing qualitative and quantitative agreements. 展开更多

Background It has been identified that in patients with pre-eclampsia, several factors were released into the serum, which can regulate the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells and stimulate the synthesis of extracellular matrix (ECM). However, the signal transduction pathway of the growth factors and cytokines synthesized by endothelial cells leading to the proliferation and ECM synthesis of human umbilical arterial smooth muscle cell (HUASMC) is unknown. The aim of this study was to research the effects of protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor, polymyxin B (PMB), on the proliferation, nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-KB) activation, and expression of procollagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ mRNA in HUASMC cultured with pre-eclamptic umbilical sera. Methods Normal HUASMCs were treated with pre-eclamptic umbilical serum (pre-eclamptic group), preeclamptic umbilical serum plus PMB (PMB group), or normal umbilical serum (normal group). The expression of Ⅰ-kB, NF-kB was detected by Western blotting after the HUASMC was incubated for 2 hours. The proliferation of HUASMC was evaluated by MTT, the cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytomerty, and the expression of procollagen Ⅰ,Ⅲ mRNA was measured by RT-PCR assay after HUASMC was incubated for 48 hours. ANOVA was used for statistical analysis. Results Umbilical sera in pre-eclampsia could stimulate the proliferation, the DNA synthesis, the transition of G0+G1 phase or G2/M phase to S and phase, the activation of NF-kB, and the expression of procollagen Ⅰ mRNA of HUASMC as compared with normal umbilical sera (P〈0.01). PMB could inhibit the proliferation, the DNA synthesis, the transition of G0+G1 or G2/M phase phase to S phase, the activation of NF-KB, and the expressions of procollagen Ⅰ mRNA of HUASMC stimulated by umbilical sera in pre-eclampsia (P〈0.01). Conclusion PKC-NF-KB signal transduction pathway may play a key role in SMC phenotype modulation, which is more important in the pathogenesis of placental blood vessel in pre-eclampsia. 展开更多
