Methods: A total of 100 insomnia patients from February 2019 to Ja...To observe the effects of Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with Estazolam tablet on sleep index and neurotransmitter in the brain of insomnia patients. Methods: A total of 100 insomnia patients from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected as subjects of this study and divided into 2 groups with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Esazolam tablets, and the experimental group was treated with Jieyu Anshen Decoction. The sleep condition and the level of neurotransmitters in the brain were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, sleep efficiency, sleep time, sleep quality and Pittsburgh total score of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group (P 0.05). The level of GABA, DA and 5-HT was better than that of control group, the total effective rate was higher than that of control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with Estazolam tablet has significant therapeutic effect on insomnia patients, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.展开更多
