The Optimal Management of Antithrombotic and Thrombolytic Agents-5(OPTIMA-5)study demonstrated that a single bolus of half the standard dose of recombinant staphylokinase(r-SAK)before primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)significantly improved the patency of the infarct-related artery in patients with STsegment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI),who were expected to undergo PCI within 120 min.The present study aimed to investigate the one-year clinical outcomes and the effect of the anti-r-SAK antibodies on a second r-SAK thrombolysis in OPTIMA-5 patients.The clinical outcome measured was major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)within 360 days.Patients'anti-r-SAK antibody levels were determined on day 90(±7 days),day 180(±7 days),and day 360(±14 days)after thrombolysis,and in vitro r-SAK antibody neutralization experiments were performed to explore an optimal interval for a second r-SAK thrombolysis.Results showed that the MACE incidence was numerically lower in the r-SAK group compared with the normal saline(NS)group(14.0%vs.20.0%,hazard ratio[HR]=0.67,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.34–1.32;log-rank P=0.245).The anti-r-SAK antibody levels in the r-SAK group decreased with time,but remained significantly higher than those in the NS group on day 90(±7 days)(2.96±0.68 vs.0.22±0.53,P<0.001),day 180(±7 days)(2.19±0.74 vs.0.44±0.65,P<0.001),and day 360(±14 days)(1.73±0.97 vs.0.37±0.71,P<0.001).The in vitro anti-r-SAK antibody neutralization experiments demonstrated that the thrombolysis rate decreased exponentially as the antibody titer increased from 1.90 to 2.20(67.80%±14.19%vs.44.32%±21.54%,P<0.0001).Therefore,for STEMI patients who are expected to undergo PCI within 120 min,a single bolus of half-dose rSAK before primary PCI may reduce the one-year MACE risk.The anti-r-SAK antibody persists over one year,and a second r-SAK thrombolysis may not be indicated until at least one year after the first administration,if necessary. 展开更多

Dexmedetomidine has sedative, anxiolytic, analgesic, anti-sympathetic, and anti-shivering effects. Dexmedetomidine might be effective in combination with sevoflurane for anesthesia, but prospective randomized controlled clinical trials with which to verify this hypothesis are lacking. In total, 120 patients who underwent embolization of an intracranial aneurysm were recruited from Anhui Provincial Hospital and Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University of China and randomly allocated to two groups. After intraoperative administration of 2% to 3% sevoflurane inhalation, one group of patients received pump-controlled intravenous injection of 1.0 ~tg/kg dexmedetomidine for 15 minutes followed by maintenance with 0.3 ~tg/kg/h until the end of surgery; the other group of patients only underwent pump-controlled infusion of saline. Bispectral index monitoring revealed that dexmedetomidine-assisted anesthesia can shorten the recovery time of spon- taneous breathing, time to eye opening, and time to laryngeal mask removal. Before anesthetic induction and immediately after laryngeal mask airway removal, the glucose and lactate levels were low, the S100~ and neuron-specific enolase levels were low, the perioperative blood pressure and heart rate were stable, and postoperative delirium was minimal. These findings indicate that dexmedetomidine can effectively assist sevoflurane for anesthesia during surgical embolization of intracranial aneurysms, shorten the time to consciousness and extubation, reduce the stress response and energy metabolism, stabilize hemodynamic parameters, and reduce adverse reactions, thereby reducing the damage to the central nervous system. This paper describes the design and performance of the tender energy spectroscopy beamline(BL16U1),a phase Ⅱ beamline,at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility.The beamline,based on an in-vacuum undulator source with 26 mm period,provides an operable energy range between 2.1 keV and 16 keV,covering the K-edges of P to Rb and L3-edges of Zr to Bi.The principal optical elements of the beamline are a toroidal mirror,a liquid nitrogen-cooled double-crystal monochromator,a high-harmonic-rejection mirror,and two pairs of Kirkpatrick–Baez(KB)mirrors.Three end-stations,including non-focusing,microprobe,and sub-microprobe types,are installed on the beamline.X-ray fluorescence(XRF)and X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS),including X-ray absorption near-edge structure(XANES)and extended X-ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS),are performed under vacuum or He atmosphere at the non-focusing end-station(with a beam spot size of∼670μm×710μm).Using two KB mirrors systems,micro-XRF(μXRF)mapping and micro-XANES(μXANES)studies can be performed with a spot size of approximately∼3.3μm×1.3μm at the microprobe end-station and with a smaller spot size of∼0.5μm×0.25μm at the sub-microprobe end-station.The non-focusing end-station was officially opened to users in January 2024.The microprobe and sub-microprobe end-stations will be opened to users in the near future.This paper presents the characteristics,short-term technical developments,and early experimental results of this new beamline. 展开更多

As China is accelerating into an aging society,the coexistence of multiple diseases,multiple drugs,and the decline of body function are serious problems faced by elderly patients.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases,strengthen the health guidance and comprehensive intervention of common and chronic diseases of the elderly,and strengthen the health management of elderly patients.Collaborative drug therapy management(CDTM)is a drug treatment management mode that emerged in pharmaceutical services under the situation of new medical reform,aiming to expand the role of pharmacists in the medical team and improve the quality of hospital medical service.Although CDTM has shown some favorable effects in managing chronic diseases in the elderly population,the popularization of CDTM in China is limited by the differences in supporting facilities,management mode,and pharmacist’s abilities in hospitals.By exploring the CDTM mode for elderly patients with chronic diseases,we provided a reference for further promoting the CDTM services and laid a good foundation for displaying pharmacist value and the realization of real pharmaceutical care. 展开更多

Vision-based technologies have been extensively applied for on-street parking space sensing,aiming at providing timely and accurate information for drivers and improving daily travel convenience.However,it faces great challenges as a partial visualization regularly occurs owing to occlusion from static or dynamic objects or a limited perspective of camera.This paper presents an imagery-based framework to infer parking space status by generating 3D bounding box of the vehicle.A specially designed convolutional neural network based on ResNet and feature pyramid network is proposed to overcome challenges from partial visualization and occlusion.It predicts 3D box candidates on multi-scale feature maps with five different 3D anchors,which generated by clustering diverse scales of ground truth box according to different vehicle templates in the source data set.Subsequently,vehicle distribution map is constructed jointly from the coordinates of vehicle box and artificially segmented parking spaces,where the normative degree of parked vehicle is calculated by computing the intersection over union between vehicle’s box and parking space edge.In space status inference,to further eliminate mutual vehicle interference,three adjacent spaces are combined into one unit and then a multinomial logistic regression model is trained to refine the status of the unit.Experiments on KITTI benchmark and Shanghai road show that the proposed method outperforms most monocular approaches in 3D box regression and achieves satisfactory accuracy in space status inference. 展开更多

Traditional carbon layer enwrapping active materials cannot easily realize perfect cladding.Therefore,it still cannot prevent the pulverization of active materials during the course of charging/discharging.In this paper,we utilize natural bacteria to absorb nickel acetate,the active materials Ni3P nanoparticles are well enwrapped,as a natural organisms surviving for billions of years,their cell walls have a perfect carbon structure,and the cell walls become carbon layer through high annealing temperature.Based on this,the yolk-shell Ni3P–carbon@reduced graphene oxides paper is prepared,through a proper annealing temperature,the Ni3P particles disperse in the inner surface or both ends,so the active materials were prevented from dissolving into the electrolyte,so it may keep from invalidity during charging/discharging.The electrochemical performances display that it has stable and high capacities as Li-ion batteries(LIBs)anode.Its capacity can keep 200 cycles without any decrease,and especially its rate performance exhibits an excellent peculiarity,with the current density increasing from 400 to 1000 mA g^(−1) every 200 mA g^(−1),its capacities decrease only 9.8%,2.9%and 6.4%,and its can recover the same capacity when the current density comes back to 200 mA g^(−1).It may be a fine choice for LIBs. 展开更多

基于宏基因组鸟枪测序的中国典型城市灰尘地域推断研究

灰尘中的微生物信息与地理位置密切相关,能为侦查破案提供线索,在法庭科学领域具有重要应用价值。然而,利用宏基因组数据集中微生物群落特征推断地理位置的可行性尚未得到充分探索。本研究从中国北部、东部、西南部和西北部四个具有明... 灰尘中的微生物信息与地理位置密切相关,能为侦查破案提供线索,在法庭科学领域具有重要应用价值。然而,利用宏基因组数据集中微生物群落特征推断地理位置的可行性尚未得到充分探索。本研究从中国北部、东部、西南部和西北部四个具有明显地理和气候差异的城市中采集了170份城市住宅小区的环境灰尘样本,并对所有样本进行宏基因组鸟枪测序,以揭示微生物组成的差异。共注释获得41,029个物种,其中细菌占93.39%,真核生物占6.37%,并发现少量的病毒(0.21%)和古菌(0.03%)。结果表明,四个城市之间的微生物群落组成存在显著差异,这些差异可以实现四个城市环境样本的有效区分(R^(2)=0.870,P<0.001)。通过过滤所有样本中检出率低于10%的物种,进一步提高了城市间的区分效果(R^(2)=0.948,P<0.001),并筛选出127个具有城市代表性的差异物种。每个城市都拥有独特的微生物群落,包括特有物种和相对丰度较高的分类单元,这些特征共同构成了城市特有的微生物图谱。所有样本按7∶3的比例随机分为训练集和测试集。通过SourceTracker、FEAST、LightGBM、随机森林(random forest)和支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)五种机器学习模型对51个随机测试集来模拟预测未知来源的环境样本地理分区,平均准确率分别达到了88.89%、92.16%、98.04%、99.35%、69.28%。这些结果构成了中国四个城市的微生物遗传图谱,突出了不同城市微生物分类特征的显著差异,并为城市尺度的灰尘样本溯源提供了一种方法。 展开更多

In the applications such as food production,the environmental temperature should be measured continuously dur-ing the entire process,which requires an ultra-low-power temperature sensor for long-termly monitoring.Conventional tempera-ture sensors trade the measurement accuracy with power consumption.In this work,we present a battery-free wireless tempera-ture sensing chip for long-termly monitoring during food production.A calibrated oscillator-based CMOS temperature sensor is proposed instead of the ADC-based power-hungry circuits in conventional works.In addition,the sensor chip can harvest the power transferred by a remote reader to eliminate the use of battery.Meanwhile,the system conducts wireless bidirectional communication between the sensor chip and reader.In this way,the temperature sensor can realize both a high precision and battery-free operation.The temperature sensing chip is fabricated in 55 nm CMOS process,and the reader chip is imple-mented in 65 nm CMOS technology.Experimental results show that the temperature measurement error achieves±1.6℃ from 25 to 50℃,with battery-free readout by a remote reader. 展开更多

To address the issue of coordinated control of multiple hydrogen and battery storage units to suppress the grid-injected power deviation of wind farms,an online optimization strategy for Battery-hydrogen hybrid energy storage systems based on measurement feedback is proposed.First,considering the high charge/discharge losses of hydrogen storage and the low energy density of battery storage,an operational optimization objective is established to enable adaptive energy adjustment in the Battery-hydrogen hybrid energy storage system.Next,an online optimization model minimizing the operational cost of the hybrid system is constructed to suppress grid-injected power deviations with satisfying the operational constraints of hydrogen storage and batteries.Finally,utilizing the online measurement of the energy states of hydrogen storage and batteries,an online optimization strategy based on measurement feedback is designed.Case study results show:before and after smoothing the fluctuations in wind power,the time when the power exceeded the upper and lower limits of the grid-injected power accounted for 24.1%and 1.45%of the total time,respectively,the proposed strategy can effectively keep the grid-injected power deviations of wind farms within the allowable range.Hydrogen storage and batteries respectively undertake long-term and short-term charge/discharge tasks,effectively reducing charge/discharge losses of the Battery-hydrogen hybrid energy storage systems and improving its operational efficiency. 展开更多

On September 5,2022,at least 10,855 landslides had been triggered by a magnitude Mw 6.7(Ms 6.8)earthquake on the eastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau.Unfortunately,a detailed analysis of the spatial patterns of landslides in the eastern margin of the Baryan Har block is lacking.The observations show that the highest landslide concentrations are distributed along the seismogenic fault(Moxi fault)and Dadu River valley,coinciding with the effects of the hanging wall and microepicenter.Seismogenic tectonics controlled the regional distribution of new landslides,and the local topography influenced the detailed positions on the slopes.The total landslide mass wasting volume was 223.1×10^(6)m^(3),and the maximum occurred in the Wandong Basin(value of 74×10^(6)m^(3)).Thirty landslide dams were temporarily existing.Although some local collapses occurred at the toe of the Hailuogou glacier,seismic shaking had no obvious influence on the overall stability of the glacier.A post debris flow assessment indicates that some large basins contained much loose material and that some steep small basins had high debris flow susceptibility.On the eastern margin of the Bayan Har block,the landslide-triggering thrust and strike-slip events both follow the distributions of the hanging wall. 展开更多

曲古抑菌素A预处理对小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤皮质炎症反应和凋亡的影响 被引量:5

目的探讨曲古抑菌素A预处理在小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤中对大脑皮质炎症反应和凋亡的影响。方法Balb/c小鼠随机分为3组:假手术组(S组)、缺血再灌注组(IR组)、曲古抑菌素A预处理组(预处理组),每组10只。采用颈部切口大脑中动脉线栓(MCAO)法... 目的探讨曲古抑菌素A预处理在小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤中对大脑皮质炎症反应和凋亡的影响。方法Balb/c小鼠随机分为3组:假手术组(S组)、缺血再灌注组(IR组)、曲古抑菌素A预处理组(预处理组),每组10只。采用颈部切口大脑中动脉线栓(MCAO)法缺血1 h,再灌注24 h复制脑缺血再灌注模型,预处理组在复制脑缺血再灌注模型前连续3 d腹腔注射曲古抑菌素A 5 mg/kg。取脑皮质组织,光学显微镜下观察病理学结果,ELISA检测TNF-α、IL-1β,免疫组织化学法检测Bcl-2、Bax、Caspase-3,TUNEL检测细胞凋亡。结果3组TNF-α、IL-1β、Bax、Bcl-2及Caspase-3比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与S组比较,IR组病理学损伤严重,TNF-α、IL-1β、Bax、Caspase-3阳性表达水平升高,Bcl-2降低(P <0.05);与IR组比较,预处理组病理学损伤减轻,TNF-α、IL-1β、Bax、Caspase-3阳性表达水平降低,Bcl-2升高(P <0.05)。结论曲古抑菌素A预处理能抑制炎症因子、凋亡因子的表达及减少细胞凋亡,从而减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤。 展开更多

Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of interpolation error calculation of existing NURBS curves, an approximate method for the distance between a point and a NURBS interpolation curve is proposed while satisfying the accuracy of the solution. Firstly, the minimum parameter interval of the node vector corresponding to the data point under test in the original data point sequence is determined, and the parameter interval is subdivided according to the corresponding step size, and the corresponding parameter value is obtained. Secondly, the distance from the measured point to the NURBS curve is calculated, and the nearest distance is found out. The node interval is subdivided again on one side of the nearest distance. Finally, the distance between the data point to be measured and each subdivision point is calculated again, and the minimum distance is taken as the interpolation error between the point and the NURBS curve. The simulation results of actual tool position data show that this method can more accurately obtain the error of spatial NURBS interpolation curve. 展开更多

目的探讨腔内修复与保守治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层的疗效及治疗策略。方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月承德医学院附属医院接受治疗的72例Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者为研究对象,开展前瞻性随机对照研究。患者均无并发症,按入院先后顺序... 目的探讨腔内修复与保守治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层的疗效及治疗策略。方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月承德医学院附属医院接受治疗的72例Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者为研究对象,开展前瞻性随机对照研究。患者均无并发症,按入院先后顺序随机划分为腔内治疗组和保守治疗组,每组36例,腔内治疗接受腔内修复治疗,保守治疗组接受保守治疗。比较两组近期治疗效果及并发症发生情况,随访时间转院当日至2017年12月,观察中期预后。结果腔内治疗组中35例(97.22%)、保守治疗组中27例(75.00%)症状缓解出院,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),保守治疗组症状缓解出院者较腔内治疗组少;两组院内病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访期间,两组累积生存率及并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腔内治疗组血栓形成率与保守治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),腔内治疗组高于保守治疗组;腔内治疗组治疗后假腔最大直径与保守治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),腔内治疗组小于保守治疗组。结论腔内治疗的院内近期疗效较保守治疗好;对症状缓解出院患者,两种治疗方法的中期预后相似。 展开更多

The DNA replication stress(RS)response is crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis and promoting physiological longevity.However,the mechanisms by which long-lived species,such as bats,regulate RS to maintain genomic stability remain unclear.Also,recent studies have uncovered noncanonical roles of ribosome-associated factors in maintaining genomic stability.In this study,somatic skin fibroblasts from the long-lived big-footed bat(Myotis pilosus)were examined,with results showing that bat cells exhibited enhanced RS tolerance compared to mouse cells.Comparative transcriptome analysis under RS conditions revealed pronounced species-specific transcriptional differences,including robust up-regulation of ribosome biogenesis genes in bat cells and a markedly reduced activation of the P53 signaling pathway.These features emphasize a distinct homeostatic strategy in bat cells.Nuclear fragile X mental retardation-interacting protein 1(Nufip1),a ribosome-associated factor highly expressed in bat fibroblasts,was identified as a potential integrator of ribosomal and P53 signaling via its association with ribosomal protein S27-like(Rps27l).These findings provide direct cellular and molecular evidence for a noncanonical RS response in bats,highlighting a deeper understanding of the biological characteristics and genomic maintenance mechanisms of long-lived species. 展开更多

目的比较前列腺动脉栓塞术与经尿道前列腺切除术治疗前列腺增生的疗效及对患者性生活能力的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月宝鸡市人民医院确诊的136例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各68例。观察组行前列腺... 目的比较前列腺动脉栓塞术与经尿道前列腺切除术治疗前列腺增生的疗效及对患者性生活能力的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月宝鸡市人民医院确诊的136例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各68例。观察组行前列腺动脉栓塞术,对照组行经尿道前列腺切除术。随访6个月,比较两组治疗前后的主观及客观症状改善情况,观察两组并发症及性功能障碍发生情况。结果观察组治疗前后勃起功能专项量表评分的差值较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后最大尿流率、最大逼尿肌压力及膀胱残余尿量的差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后前列腺体积、血清前列腺特异性抗原的差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率、性功能障碍发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论前列腺动脉栓塞治疗前列腺增生的疗效及安全性均优于经尿道前列腺切除术,前者对患者性生活能力的影响较小,在提高生活质量上具有优势,值得在临床上予以重视。 展开更多

Numerical Study of the Vibration Characteristics and Vortex Shedding Modes of Piggyback Pipelines at Low Reynolds Numbers

A piggyback pipeline is a special configuration of offshore pipelines for offshore oil and gas exploration and is characterized by the coupling of a large-diameter pipe with a small-diameter pipe. This study conducts a numerical investigation of the transverse VIV characteristics of a piggyback pipeline at low Reynolds numbers, as the vortex shedding modes and vibration characteristics can be accurately represented under laminar flow conditions with minimal computational expense. The effects of influential factors, such as the mass ratio, position angle of the small pipe relative to the main pipe, and Reynolds number, on the VIV amplitude, frequency, vibration center, and mean lift coefficient are specifically examined. The results indicate that the mass ratio has a limited effect on the maximum VIV amplitude. However, as the mass ratio decreases, the lock-in region expands, and the vibration center of the piggyback pipeline deviates further from its original position. The VIV amplitude is minimized, and the lock-in region is the narrowest at a position angle of 45°, whereas the vibration center reaches its maximum displacement at a position angle of 135°. As the Reynolds number increases, the VIV amplitude slightly increases, accompanied by convergence of the vibration center toward its initial position. The mean lift coefficient and wake vortices are also analyzed to establish a connection with the vibration characteristics of the piggyback pipeline. The optimal configuration of the piggyback pipeline is also proposed on the basis of the present numerical results. 展开更多
