Digital twin driven and intelligence enabled content delivery in end-edge-cloud collaborative 5G networks

The rapid development of 5G/6G and AI enables an environment of Internet of Everything(IoE)which can support millions of connected mobile devices and applications to operate smoothly at high speed and low delay.However,these massive devices will lead to explosive traffic growth,which in turn cause great burden for the data transmission and content delivery.This challenge can be eased by sinking some critical content from cloud to edge.In this case,how to determine the critical content,where to sink and how to access the content correctly and efficiently become new challenges.This work focuses on establishing a highly efficient content delivery framework in the IoE environment.In particular,the IoE environment is re-constructed as an end-edge-cloud collaborative system,in which the concept of digital twin is applied to promote the collaboration.Based on the digital asset obtained by digital twin from end users,a content popularity prediction scheme is firstly proposed to decide the critical content by using the Temporal Pattern Attention(TPA)enabled Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)model.Then,the prediction results are input for the proposed caching scheme to decide where to sink the critical content by using the Reinforce Learning(RL)technology.Finally,a collaborative routing scheme is proposed to determine the way to access the content with the objective of minimizing overhead.The experimental results indicate that the proposed schemes outperform the state-of-the-art benchmarks in terms of the caching hit rate,the average throughput,the successful content delivery rate and the average routing overhead. 展开更多

目的:探讨间歇性叹息与渐进式肺复张策略对肺萎陷相关急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者呼吸功负荷与氧合指数改善效果的差异。方法:选取2020年1月至2024年1月收治的60例肺萎陷相关ARDS患者,依据治疗方法不同分为间歇性叹息组(IS组,n=30)和... 目的:探讨间歇性叹息与渐进式肺复张策略对肺萎陷相关急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者呼吸功负荷与氧合指数改善效果的差异。方法:选取2020年1月至2024年1月收治的60例肺萎陷相关ARDS患者,依据治疗方法不同分为间歇性叹息组(IS组,n=30)和渐进式肺复张组(PLR组,n=30)。IS组采用间歇性叹息通气模式,PLR组采用渐进式肺复张策略。比较两组患者治疗前后的呼吸功负荷指标变化[包括呼吸做功(WOB)、最大吸气压(Pmax)、经皮氧饱和度(SpO_(2))]、氧合指数(PaO_(2)/FiO_(2))、肺顺应性(Cst)、呼吸力学指标及机械通气相关参数变化情况。结果:两组治疗后呼吸功负荷明显降低,PLR组WOB下降更显著(P<0.05);两组氧合指数均显著提高,且PLR组改善程度更显著(P<0.01);PLR组肺顺应性改善更明显(P<0.05);PLR组机械通气时间及ICU住院时间显著短于IS组(P<0.05)。结论:渐进式肺复张策略较间歇性叹息通气在改善肺萎陷相关ARDS患者呼吸功负荷、提高氧合指数及肺顺应性方面效果更佳,可更有效缩短患者机械通气时间及ICU住院时间,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

均匀试验优化四味穿心莲散半仿生提取工艺研究

为优化四味穿心莲散半仿生提取物(SBSCS)的制备工艺,本试验利用DPS19.05版软件进行3因素5水平的均匀试验设计测定各组浸膏率,以微孔-平板法测定SBSCS体外对猪大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测SBSCS中绿原酸、芦丁... 为优化四味穿心莲散半仿生提取物(SBSCS)的制备工艺,本试验利用DPS19.05版软件进行3因素5水平的均匀试验设计测定各组浸膏率,以微孔-平板法测定SBSCS体外对猪大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测SBSCS中绿原酸、芦丁含量,流动相梯度洗脱液为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水;以浸膏率、MIC、绿原酸及芦丁含量组成的综合评分为响应值,以提取溶媒pH、料液比、提取时间为因变量,优化分析SBSCS制备工艺参数。结果显示:SBSCS制备最优的工艺为pH 6.8、料液比1:20、提取时间2.0 h。此条件下,浸膏率为(37.81±0.12)%、MIC为12.5 mg/mL、绿原酸含量为(85.22±0.23)μg/mL、芦丁含量为(3.12±0.26)μg/mL。该项研究获得了制备SBSCS的最优工艺,为其作用机制及新产品研发奠定了基础。 展开更多

Effect of SPTLC1 on type 2 diabetes mellitus

BACKGROUND Although numerous single nucleotide polymorphism in multiple genes involve in the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2D),the single gene defects of T2D with strong family history is not clear yet.SPTLC1 are causative for hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy,which is clinical overlapping with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Mice with adipocyte-specific deletion of SPTLC1 had impaired glucose tolerances and insulin sensitivity.Thus,it is necessary to investigate the SPTLC1 mutations in adult-onset T2D with strong family history.AIM To analyze the role of SPTLC1 mutation on adult-onset T2D with strong family history.METHODS By whole-exome sequence analysis of a patient with T2D and his family members,an uncertain variant in SPTLC1 was identified.Bioinformation analysis was used to evaluate the influence of mutation,rare variant gene-level associations for SPTLC1 in T2D,and the relationship between SPTLC1 mRNA and T2D in human islets from GSE25724.The effect of G371R of SPTLC1 on the characteristics of inflammatory cytokines and apoptosis was also tested on human embryonic kidney(HEK)293 cells.RESULTS A single nucleotide variation in SPTLC1(c.1111G>A:p.G371R)was identified in a family with T2D.The deleterious variant was predicted by functional analysis through hidden Markov models and mendelian clinically applicable pathogenicity software.This pathogenicity might be derived from the different amino acid properties.In HEK 293T cells,p.G371R of SPTLC1 induced the expression of tumor necrosis factor-αand the percent of apoptosis.Meanwhile,rare variant gene-level associations for SPTLC1 also refer to the high risk of T2D(the overall odds ratio=2.4968,P=0.0164).Data from GSE25724 showed that SPTLC1 mRNA was lower in pancreatic islets from T2D human islets(P=0.046),and was as sociated with the decreased level of insulin mRNA expression(Spearman r=0.615,P=0.025).CONCLUSION The study classified SPTLC1 p.G371R mutation as the likely pathogenic mutation from an adult-onset T2D patients with strong family history T2D. 展开更多

Conventional wisdom holds that progression from compensated cirrhosis to de-compensated cirrhosis is irreversible in the natural history of the disease.How-ever,in recent years,more and more clinical evidence suggests that liver cirrhosis can achieve re-compensation,that is,after effective etiological treatment and complication management,the liver function of partially decompensated patients with cirrhosis has improved and gradually stabilized,and decompensation no longer occurs for a long time.Liver regeneration,as one of the powerful intrinsic abilities of the liver,is the key to the restoration of the structure and complex phy-siological functions of the damaged liver.Studies have shown that the restoration of liver regeneration in patients with cirrhosis can promote the occurrence of re-compensation,thereby improving the prognosis of patients.At the same time,monitoring liver regeneration indicators is helpful in assessing patients're-compensation potential for early selection of appropriate treatment options.Insufficient attention has been paid to the role of liver regeneration in the course of liver cirrhosis.Therefore,this article aims to review the value of liver regene-ration in the re-compensation of decompensated cirrhosis. 展开更多

颈部动脉夹层患者的影像学、临床特点及预后影响因素分析 被引量:8

目的结合颈部动脉夹层(CAD)患者影像学、临床特点及超声随访,综合分析患者预后的影响因素。方法收集2016年1月-2019年12月我院CAD导致缺血性卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者的临床及影像学资料,3 m后超声随访血管情况,改良Rankin量表评... 目的结合颈部动脉夹层(CAD)患者影像学、临床特点及超声随访,综合分析患者预后的影响因素。方法收集2016年1月-2019年12月我院CAD导致缺血性卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者的临床及影像学资料,3 m后超声随访血管情况,改良Rankin量表评分(mRS)评估预后。结果共入组CAD患者48例,其中男性33例(68.75%),女性15例(31.25%),平均年龄(48.1±9.8)岁,颈内动脉夹层(ICAD)31例(64.58%),椎动脉夹层(VAD)17例(35.41%)。首发症状以一侧肢体麻木无力多见,共34例(70.83%),头颈部疼痛5例(10.42%),头晕6例(12.5%)头颈部外伤史及可疑外伤史3例(6.25%)。颈部血管超声以壁内血肿型多见(25例,52.08%),其次为血管闭塞14例(29.17%),双腔结构、内膜瓣4例(8.33%),5例VAD(10.42%)超声未检出。经计算机断层扫描血管造影(CTA)48例:以双腔征多见21例(43.75%),血管闭塞14例(29.17%),血管串珠样狭窄13例(27.08%)。数字减影血管造影(DSA)40例:以双腔征多见(15例,37.5%),血管闭塞14例(35%),血管串珠样狭窄10例(25%)。侧支循环的评估:14例(35%)侧支循环良好,其中ICAD 10例(25%),VAD 4例(10%)。3 m后超声随访44例:血管仍闭塞9例(20.45%),管腔狭窄28例(63.64%),管腔恢复正常7例(15.91%)。预后良好31例(70.45%),预后不良13例(29.55%)。预后不良组中发病时血管闭塞、NIHSS评分高、基底节区梗死、脑干梗死、侧支循环好的比例均高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CAD预后与发病时血管闭塞、NIHSS评分、侧支循环、基底节区及脑干梗死有关,与最终血管恢复情况无关。 展开更多

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合头孢唑肟抗感染在重症肺部感染患者治疗中对患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年7月~2019年7月收治的106例重症肺部感染患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组(阿奇霉素联合头孢唑肟治疗)与对照组(头孢唑肟治疗)... 目的探讨阿奇霉素联合头孢唑肟抗感染在重症肺部感染患者治疗中对患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年7月~2019年7月收治的106例重症肺部感染患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组(阿奇霉素联合头孢唑肟治疗)与对照组(头孢唑肟治疗),每组53例;比较两组治疗有效率、临床症状(咳嗽咳痰、气喘、发热及肺部啰音)消失时间,CRP、PCT、IL-6、TNF-α水平变化与用药不良反应情况。结果实验组治疗有效率高于对照组,实验组咳嗽咳痰消失、气喘消失、发热消失及肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的相关炎症因子水平均有降低,实验组CRP、PCT、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合头孢唑肟在重症肺部感染的治疗中能够有效控制患者体内炎症因子水平,改善临床症状,且不会引起过多的不良反应,具备一定安全性。 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the antidiabetic effect of Callicarpa nudiflora extract in streptozotoc-ininduced diabetic rats.Methods:The chemical constituents in Callicarpa nudiflora extract were identified by UPLCQ-TOF-MS.Callicarpa nudiflora extract(0.15 and 0.3 g/kg)was orally administered to streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats for 42 d.The effects of Callicarpa nudiflora extract on body weight,blood glucose,serum insulin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-C and HDL-C were investigated,and its effect on liver and pancreatic pathology was assessed by histopathological analysis.Moreover,the expression levels of adenosine 5’-monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK),glucose transporter type 4(GLUT4),phospho-AMPK/AMPK,and p-acetylcoA carboxylase(P-ACC)/ACC in the skeletal muscles and liver were determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,Western blotting,and immunohistochemistry.Results:A total of 34 compounds,including 8 iridoids,14 phenylpropanoids,and 12 flavonoids,were identified from Callicarpa nudiflora extract.Callicarpa nudiflora extract significantly reduced blood glucose and significantly restored all other biochemical parameters to near normal levels,including serum insulin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-C,and HDL-C.Callicarpa nudiflora extract improved insulin resistance and reversed the damage in the liver and pancreas caused by diabetes.Furthermore,Callicarpa nudiflora extract increased the expression levels of phospho-AMPK,GLUT4,P-ACC,and insulin receptor substrate-1 and decreased the expression level of PPAR r in diabetic rats.Conclusions:Callicarpa nudiflora extract improved oral glucose tolerance,lipid metabolism,insulin resistance,and reversed the diabetes-related damage in the liver and pancreas by activating the AMPK-ACC pathway. 展开更多

A new SiC superjunction power MOSFET device using high-k insulator and p-type pillar with an integrated Schottky barrier diode(Hk-SJ-SBD MOSFET)is proposed,and has been compared with the SiC high-k MOSFET(Hk MOSFET),SiC superjuction MOSFET(SJ MOSFET)and the conventional SiC MOSFET in this article.In the proposed SiC Hk-SJ-SBD MOSFET,under the combined action of the p-type region and the Hk dielectric layer in the drift region,the concentration of the N-drift region and the current spreading layer can be increased to achieve an ultra-low specific on-resistance(Ron,sp).The integrated Schottky barrier diode(SBD)also greatly improves the reverse recovery performance of the device.TCAD simulation results indicate that the Ron,sp of the proposed SiC Hk-SJ-SBD MOSFET is 0.67 mΩ·cm^(2)with a 2240 V breakdown voltage(BV),which is more than 72.4%,23%,5.6%lower than that of the conventional SiC MOSFET,Hk SiC MOSFET and SJ SiC MOSFET with the 1950,2220,and 2220V BV,respectively.The reverse recovery time and reverse recovery charge of the proposed MOSFET is 16 ns and18 nC,which are greatly reduced by more than 74%and 94%in comparison with those of all the conventional SiC MOSFET,Hk SiC MOSFET and SJ SiC MOSFET,due to the integrated SBD in the proposed MOSFET.And the trade-off relationship between the Ron,sp and the BV is also significantly improved compared with that of the conventional MOSFET,Hk MOSFET and SJ MOSFET as well as the MOSFETs in other previous literature,respectively.In addition,compared with conventional SJ SiC MOSFET,the proposed SiC MOSFET has better immunity to charge imbalance,which may bring great application prospects. 展开更多

Ticks function as critical vectors for a wide range of pathogens that pose significant risks to both human and animal health.In recent years,the number and diversity of tick-borne pathogens have increased at an unprecedented rate,elevating tick-borne diseases(TBDs)to a major public health concern on a global scale.TBDs present a dual challenge,not only affecting human populations but also causing substantial economic losses in livestock industries across the world.The geographic distribution of many TBDs is shifting,with emerging,re-emerging,and resurging cases influenced by environmental factors such as deforestation and climate change.In China,rapid urbanization and concurrent improvements in urban ecological conditions have contributed to the expansion of tick habitats and increased human exposure to tick populations.Recent research warns that ticks and their associated pathogens present significant risks in urban environments,particularly in locations such as parks,playgrounds,and zoos.Despite these threats,public awareness of tick-borne diseases remains critically low.This review consolidates current knowledge on tick species and tick-borne pathogens found in urban parks and proposes strategic control measures to inform effective tick management policies both in China and globally. 展开更多

目的观察腹腔镜结直肠癌经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)中左结肠动脉(LCA)的外科解剖,探讨保留LCA的手术技巧及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2021年12月于四川省肿瘤医院施行腹腔镜下保留LCA的结直肠癌NOSES手术85例患者的临床资料... 目的观察腹腔镜结直肠癌经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)中左结肠动脉(LCA)的外科解剖,探讨保留LCA的手术技巧及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2021年12月于四川省肿瘤医院施行腹腔镜下保留LCA的结直肠癌NOSES手术85例患者的临床资料,其中54例术中对LCA的外科解剖进行了观察与记录,结合手术录像分析LCA的外科走行与解剖分型,探讨保留LCA的操作技巧和临床效果。结果所有病例LCA均从肠系膜下动脉(IMA)左侧发出,LCA发出处至IMA根部的平均距离为(3.5±1.1)cm;75.9%(41/54)病例LCA向外走行时自肠系膜下静脉(IMV)前方与其相交,24.1%(13/54)自IMV后方与其相交;LCA自IMA单独发出者(Ⅰ型)23例(42.6%),LCA与乙状结肠动脉(SA)两支共干者(Ⅱ型)9例(16.7%),LCA与SA、直肠上动脉(SRA)三支共干者(Ⅲ型)19例(35.2%),LCA、SRA与两支或两支以上SA多支共干者(Ⅳ型)3例(5.6%),本组未见LCA缺如病例。85例患者均顺利完成手术,其中2例(2.4%)术后出现了吻合口漏,1例经保守治疗痊愈,1例进行了回肠造瘘手术;无围手术期死亡病例;术后平均住院时间(10.4±3.4)d。结论LCA的外科走行多样,解剖变异复杂;腹腔镜下保留LCA需要较高的手术技巧、精细解剖、耐心操作。腹腔镜结直肠癌术中保留LCA操作与NOSES技术相结合,有望将损伤控制、功能保护、微创治疗的外科理念发挥到极致。 展开更多

软件定义网络(software defined networking,SDN)作为一种新型的网络架构,将网络的控制平面与数据转发平面分离,实现了可编程化控制,为互联网提供了改善网络全局性能的新思路.虽然SDN具有全局视角优势,但在处理互联网海量数据时也存在... 软件定义网络(software defined networking,SDN)作为一种新型的网络架构,将网络的控制平面与数据转发平面分离,实现了可编程化控制,为互联网提供了改善网络全局性能的新思路.虽然SDN具有全局视角优势,但在处理互联网海量数据时也存在性能瓶颈:频繁的层间通信会使控制器计算效率下降,海量的流表项数据使得交换机存储压力过大.为了进一步提升SDN的性能使其适应互联网的海量流量处理,本文提出了面向互联网的SDN流量多粒度处理机制,将SDN架构应用到互联网骨干网的流量处理中,分别从路由和调度两个方面设计并实现了流量多粒度处理机制.仿真结果表明:本文设计的流量多粒度处理机制能减少层间通信次数,减少下发流表项,维持负载均衡,提高了路由选取的正确性和有效性,提升了SDN性能,进而提升了处理互联网海量数据的能力. 展开更多

In this work,we report that high catalytic performance of metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)can be obtained through a synergistic effect of postsynthetic modification of MOF nanoparticles and liquid superwetting and confinement in the MOF coating.Specifically,2-ureido-4[1H]pyrimidinone(UPy)functionalized polysiloxanes were covalently appended onto the UiO-66 nanoparticles via a postsynthetic approach,which were further anchored onto different porous films through multivalent hydrogen bonding of the UPy motifs.The hydrophobic MOF coating can preserve the porosity of the solid substrates,enable rapid liquid superwetting and confinement within the porous substrates.Using the Knoevenagel condensation as a modeled system,robust and highly catalytic performances of the MOF coating were observed on a range of aldehyde substrates.Gram-scale production of chromene,a pharmaceutical which is typically synthesized via expensive catalysis,was successfully demonstrated on the MOF coating with high yielding rates,demonstrating the great potential of the MOF coating in pharmaceutical synthesis. 展开更多

《西厢记》中为大众所熟知的“莺莺听琴”情节,最早来自董解元所作《西厢记诸宫调》,是对元稹《莺莺传》“听琴”情节的改写,实现了“听琴”主体的男女转换,由“女弹男听”变为“男弹女听”。这个情节的改写,一方面是继承了司马相如琴... 《西厢记》中为大众所熟知的“莺莺听琴”情节,最早来自董解元所作《西厢记诸宫调》,是对元稹《莺莺传》“听琴”情节的改写,实现了“听琴”主体的男女转换,由“女弹男听”变为“男弹女听”。这个情节的改写,一方面是继承了司马相如琴挑卓文君历史故事母题的情节构造,另一方面也是深植于唐宋古琴文化流变之土壤。本文梳理了“莺莺听琴”故事从《莺莺传》到董解元《西厢记诸宫调》再到王实甫《崔莺莺夜听琴杂剧》的演变过程,从宋代古琴与文人关系、琴乐欣赏活动主客关系、宋人琴歌创作风尚等方面讨论了宋代古琴文化对“莺莺听琴”情节生成的影响,并指出这个情节的定型意味着以崔莺莺为代表的女性形象在文人的爱情构想中由审美客体“尤物”变为审美主体“知音”,对后世文学创作心理产生了深远影响。 展开更多

A QoS Based Reliable Routing Mechanism for Service Customization

Due to the rapid development of the Internet technology such as 5G/6G and artificial intelligence,more and more new network applications appear.Customers using these applications may have different individual demands and such a trend causes great challenges to the traditional integrated service and routing model.In order to satisfy the individual demands of customers,the service customization should be considered,during which the cost of Internet Service Provider(ISP)naturally increases.Hence,how to reach a balance between the customer satisfaction and the ISP profit becomes vitally important.Targeting at addressing this critical problem,this work proposes a service customization oriented reliable routing mechanism,which includes two modules,that is,the service customization module and the routing module.In particular,the former(i.e.,the service customization module)is responsible for classifying services by analyzing and processing the customer’s demands.After that,the IPv6 protocol is used to implement the service customization,since it naturally supports differentiated services via the extended header fields.The latter is responsible for transforming the customized services into specific routing policies.Specifically,the Nash equilibrium based economic model is firstly introduced to make a perfect balance between the user satisfaction and the ISP profits,which could finally produce a win-win solution.After that,based on the customized service policies,an optimized grey wolf algorithm is designed to establish the routing path,during which the routing reliability is formulated and calculated.Finally,the experiments are carried out and the proposed mechanism is evaluated.The results indicate that the proposed service customization and routing mechanism improves the routing reliability,user satisfaction and ISP satisfaction by about 8.42%,15.5%and 17.75%respectively compared with the classical open shortest path first algorithm and the function learning based algorithm. 展开更多
