The impedance matching of absorbers is a vital factor affecting their microwave absorption(MA)properties.In this work,we controllably synthesized Material of Institute Lavoisier 88C(MIL-88C)with varying aspect ratios(AR)as a precursor by regulating oil bath conditions,followed by one-step thermal decomposition to obtain carbon-coated iron-based composites.Modifying the precursor MIL-88C(Fe)preparation conditions,such as the molar ratio between metal ions and organic ligands(M/O),oil bath temperature,and oil bath time,influenced the phases,graphitization degree,and AR of the derivatives,enabling low filler loading,achieving well-matched impedance,and ensuring outstanding MA properties.The MOF-derivatives 2(MD_(2))/polyvinylidene Difluoride(PVDF),MD_(3)/PVDF,and MD4/PVDF absorbers all exhibited excellent MA properties with optimal filler loadings below 20 wt%and as low as 5 wt%.The MD_(2)/PVDF(5 wt%)achieved a maximum effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 5.52 GHz(1.90 mm).The MD_(3)/PVDF(10 wt%)possessed a minimum reflection loss(RL_(min))value of−67.4 at 12.56 GHz(2.13 mm).A symmetric gradient honeycomb structure(SGHS)was constructed utilizing the high-frequency structure simulator(HFSS)to further extend the EAB,achieving an EAB of 14.6 GHz and a RL_(min) of−59.0 dB.This research offers a viable inspiration to creating structures or materials with high-efficiency MA properties. 展开更多

Lymph node metastasis(LNM)is a crucial risk factor influencing an unfavorable prognosis in specific cancers.Fundamental research illuminates our understanding of tumor behavior and identifies valuable therapeutic targets.Nevertheless,the exploration of fundamental theories and the validation of clinical therapies hinge on preclinical experiments.Preclinical models,in this context,serve as the conduit connecting fundamental theories to clinical outcomes.In vivo models established in animals offer a valuable platform for comprehensively observing interactions between tumor cells and organisms.Using various experimental animals,including mice,diverse methods,such as carcinogen-induced tumorigenesis,tumor cell line or human tumor transplantation,genetic engineering,and humanization,have been used effectively to construct numerous models for tumor LNM.Carcinogen-induced models simulate the entire process of tumorigenesis and metastasis.Transplantation models,using human tumor cell lines or patient-derived tumors,offer a research platform closely mirroring the histology and clinical behavior of human tumors.Genetically engineered models have been used to delve into the mechanisms of primary tumorigenesis within an intact microenvironment.Humanized models are used to overcome barriers between human and murine immune systems.Beyond mouse models,various other animal models have unique advantages and limitations,all contributing to exploring LNM.This review summarizes existing in vitro and animal preclinical models,identifies current bottlenecks in preclinical research,and offers an outlook on forthcoming preclinical models. 展开更多

为及时掌握中国脊椎动物在2023年的新发现情况,本文汇总了73份文献报道的脊椎动物新物种及新记录种基本信息。结果表明,中国脊椎动物2023年新增93种,隶属于14目40科61属。新增物种包括新种69种,新记录15种,亚种级提升为种级9种;其中鱼类... 为及时掌握中国脊椎动物在2023年的新发现情况,本文汇总了73份文献报道的脊椎动物新物种及新记录种基本信息。结果表明,中国脊椎动物2023年新增93种,隶属于14目40科61属。新增物种包括新种69种,新记录15种,亚种级提升为种级9种;其中鱼类4目9科13属18种;两栖类2目9科18属31种(新种23种、新记录8种);爬行类2目9科12属22种(新种21种、亚种级提升为种级1种);鸟类3目8科10属10种(亚种级提升为种级4种、新记录6种);哺乳类3目5科8属12种(新种7种、新记录1种、亚种级提升为种级4种)。在新增物种中,变温脊椎动物有71种,占总数的76%;哺乳类集中于劳亚食虫目(6/12)和啮齿目(5/12)、鸟类集中于雀形目(8/10)、爬行类集中于有鳞目(21/22)、两栖类集中于无尾目(27/31)、而鱼类新增物种集中于鲤形目(15/18)。本次新增物种分布记录涉及21个省域,仅记录于1个省域的有79种;云南、西藏、广西、四川、贵州分别有29种、13种、10种、10种和9种。发表时应用了分子系统学研究结果的有79种。有82种发表于学术期刊上(24份英文期刊发表了79种,其中中国主办的2份英文期刊发表了14种;2份中文期刊发表了3种)。本文工作可为脊椎动物的分类和保护等相关工作提供基础信息。此外,本文也提示变温脊椎动物可能是中国以后脊椎动物物种多样性调查研究的热点类群,整合分类方法是未来分类工作的重要支撑。 展开更多

Herein, a bidirectional polarization strategy is proposed for hosting efficient and durable lithium-sulfur battery(Li-S) electrochemistry. By co-doping electronegative N and electropositive B in graphene matrix(BNrGO), the bidirectional electron redistribution enables a higher polysulfide affinity over its monodoped counterparts, contributing to strong sulfur immobilization and fast conversion kinetics. As a result,BNrGO as the cathode host matrix realizes excellent cycling stability over 1000 cycles with a minimum capacity fading of 0.027% per cycle, and superb rate capability up to 10 C. Meanwhile, decent areal capacity(6.46 m Ah/cm^(2)) and cyclability(300 cycles) are also achievable under high sulfur loading and limited electrolyte. This work provides instructive insights into the interaction between doping engineering and sulfur electrochemistry for pursuing superior Li-S batteries. 展开更多

为了及时掌握中国脊椎动物新增物种情况,本文系统检索和整理了2020年发表的分类学文献,汇总结果表明:2020年中国脊椎动物共新增109种,其中新物种100种,国家级新记录种9种。包括鱼类新种24种、两栖类新种41种和新记录4种、爬行类新种30... 为了及时掌握中国脊椎动物新增物种情况,本文系统检索和整理了2020年发表的分类学文献,汇总结果表明:2020年中国脊椎动物共新增109种,其中新物种100种,国家级新记录种9种。包括鱼类新种24种、两栖类新种41种和新记录4种、爬行类新种30种和新记录4种、鸟类新种1种、哺乳类新种4种和新记录1种。上述新增物种中有92种描述报道时应用了分子遗传学证据,占新增物种数量的84.4%。在新增脊椎动物物种中,两栖类集中于无尾目、爬行类全部属于有鳞目,分别有43种和34种,其累计占比超新增物种总数的70%。在云南、西藏、湖南、贵州、四川等省区发现新物种数量较多,均有10种及以上,累计占比超新增物种总数的60%。绝大部分物种为中国学者发表,绝大多数论文发表于英文期刊。总结数据提示今后需持续加强我国低等脊椎动物多样性的调查研究,重视运用分子系统学技术进行物种识别。 展开更多

为了及时掌握脊椎动物在中国的新增情况,本文汇总了2021年发表的脊椎动物新物种及新记录种的基本信息。结果表明,2021年中国新增脊椎动物95种,包括新种80种,新记录15种。其中鱼类新种15种、两栖类新种28种、爬行类新种31种和新记录10种... 为了及时掌握脊椎动物在中国的新增情况,本文汇总了2021年发表的脊椎动物新物种及新记录种的基本信息。结果表明,2021年中国新增脊椎动物95种,包括新种80种,新记录15种。其中鱼类新种15种、两栖类新种28种、爬行类新种31种和新记录10种、鸟类新种1种和新记录3种、哺乳类新种5种和新记录2种。在新增物种中,冷血脊椎动物占绝大多数(占总数的88%),提示这些类群可能仍是以后探索的重点;两栖类新增物种集中于无尾目、爬行类集中于有鳞目,分别为27种和40种,各占其新增物种总数的96%和98%;新增哺乳类动物全部为小型兽类。本次新增物种的分布涉及30个省区,其中云南33种、四川11种、广西10种、西藏和广东均为7种、台湾6种,累计约占新增物种总数的70.5%;其余省区新增物种在5种或以下。有84个物种(占总数的88%)发表时应用了分子系统学研究,提示这一技术手段是分类工作的重要支撑。在新发现的95个物种中,绝大部分物种为中国学者发表;除3种鸟类新记录种外,其余的新种和新记录均正式发表于英文期刊,其中在中国出版的3种期刊发表了21个新种和2个新记录种。本文工作可为中国脊椎动物的分类和保护等相关工作提供基础信息。 展开更多

目的:利用角膜生物力学分析仪(Corvis ST)评估行飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)和飞秒激光辅助的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)治疗的中度屈光不正患者术后角膜生物力学的变化特征。方法:前瞻性队列研究。选取2020-11/2... 目的:利用角膜生物力学分析仪(Corvis ST)评估行飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)和飞秒激光辅助的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)治疗的中度屈光不正患者术后角膜生物力学的变化特征。方法:前瞻性队列研究。选取2020-11/2021-11在宁夏眼科医院视光中心拟行角膜屈光手术的中度近视患者65例130眼,考虑双眼存在关联,双眼同时满足条件选右眼进行研究,其中SMILE组30眼,FS-LASIK组35眼。应用Corvis ST观察两组患者术前、术后1、3mo角膜生物力学参数综合半径(IR)、反向凹面半径(ICR)、形变幅度比值(DAR2)、硬度指数(SP-A1)、相关厚度-水平方向(ARTh)和最大压陷曲率半径(HC-Radius)的变化。结果:两组间患者术前,术后1、3mo生物力学参数比较均无差异(P>0.05)。各组患者术后1、3mo IR、ICR、DAR2均较术前明显增加,SP-A1、ARTh、HC-Radius均较术前明显降低(均P<0.05),术后1mo与术后3mo生物力学参数比较无差异(P>0.05)。两组患者术后3mo中央角膜厚度(CCT)与ARTh和SP-A1呈正相关(FS-LASIK组:r=0.727、0.819,SMLIE组:r=0.683、0.434,均P<0.05),与IR和ICR呈负相关(FS-LASIK组:r=-0.697、-0.622,SMLIE组:r=-0.447、-0.491,均P<0.05)。结论:对于中度近视患者,SMILE和FS-LASIK术后均可导致角膜生物力学稳定性降低,两种手术方式对生物力学的影响无明显差异,且在术后1mo时生物力学趋于稳定,术后CCT与生物力学参数ARTh、SP-A1、IR和ICR存在相关性。 展开更多

目的:研究去上皮快速角膜胶原交联术(CXL)治疗进展期圆锥角膜的疗效。方法:回顾性研究。收集2020-04/2021-12就诊于宁夏回族自治区人民医院宁夏眼科医院行去上皮快速CXL的进展期圆锥角膜患者32例43眼。于术前及术后1、3、6mo行裂隙灯、... 目的:研究去上皮快速角膜胶原交联术(CXL)治疗进展期圆锥角膜的疗效。方法:回顾性研究。收集2020-04/2021-12就诊于宁夏回族自治区人民医院宁夏眼科医院行去上皮快速CXL的进展期圆锥角膜患者32例43眼。于术前及术后1、3、6mo行裂隙灯、眼压、裸眼视力、矫正视力、角膜内皮镜、眼前节分析仪Pentacam和可视化角膜生物力学Corvis ST检查,记录手术前后角膜情况、裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、角膜内皮数、角膜最大曲率(Kmax)、角膜厚度最薄点(TCT)、前后表面K1、K2值、矫正眼内压(bIOP)、第一次压平时间(A1T)、第一次压平长度(A1L)、第一次压平速度(A1V)、第二次压平时间(A2T)、第二次压平长度(A2L)、第二次压平速度(A2V))、最大形变幅度(HCDA)、最大形变曲率半径(HCR)、最大压陷时两峰间距(HCPD)、第1次压平时角膜硬度(SP-A1))值。结果:术前、术后6mo UCVA(LogMAR)(1.06±0.49、0.78±0.39)和BCVA(LogMAR)(0.48±0.34、0.38±0.29)比较均有差异(P<0.05),角膜内皮细胞比较无差异(2917.39±288.38 vs 2959.19±336.27cells/mm 2,P=0.477)。手术前后Kmax、TCT、前表面K1、K2值、后表面K1值比较均有差异(P<0.05),且均在术后1mo升高,术后3mo后恢复至术前水平,而后表面K2值比较无差异。手术前后A1T、HCPD、SP-A1比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A1L、A1V、A2T、A2L、A2V、HCDA、HCR、bIOP比较无差异(P>0.05)结论:去上皮快速CXL在术后6mo内能够阻止进展期圆锥角膜进展并且具有一定的安全性。 展开更多

Gradient boosting:A computationally efficient alternative to Markov chain Monte Carlo sampling for fitting large Bayesian spatio-temporal binomial regression models

Disease forecasting and surveillance often involve fitting models to a tremendous volume of historical testing data collected over space and time.Bayesian spatio-temporal regression models fit with Markov chain Monte Carlo(MCMC)methods are commonly used for such data.When the spatio-temporal support of the model is large,implementing an MCMC algorithm becomes a significant computational burden.This research proposes a computationally efficient gradient boosting algorithm for fitting a Bayesian spatiotemporal mixed effects binomial regression model.We demonstrate our method on a disease forecasting model and compare it to a computationally optimized MCMC approach.Both methods are used to produce monthly forecasts for Lyme disease,anaplasmosis,ehrlichiosis,and heartworm disease in domestic dogs for the contiguous United States.The data have a spatial support of 3108 counties and a temporal support of 108e138 months with 71e135 million test results.The proposed estimation approach is several orders of magnitude faster than the optimized MCMC algorithm,with a similar mean absolute prediction error. 展开更多

From the perspectives of biodiversity conservation and management, there is an urgent need to have at hand current synopses of classification and distributions of species. In this paper, we review and summa rize the classifica tions, Chinese a nd English names, type specimens, type localities and distributions of China’s lizard fauna to promote scientific exchange and species conservation among relevant people in China and internationally. As of December 31, 2020, a total of 230species of lizard, belonging to 44 genera and 12 families,have been recorded from China, including 4 invasive species: 2 in the family Gekkonidae, 1 in Iguanidae and one in Dactyloidae. There are 115 endemic species, accounting for 50% of this group. The proportion of endemic species to China was the highest in the family Eublepharidae(84.62%), and the number of endemic species to China was the highest in the family Agamidae(42 species). The species distributions and classifica tion in the “Fa una Sinica(Reptilia 2): Squamata(Lacertilia)” were updated.Among the provincial administrative units, there is a larger number of species in the southern provinces, such as Yunnan, Guangdong, Guangxi and Taiwan. Sichuan, Yunnan, and Taiwan harbour relatively more endemic species than others. A total of 154 species of lizards were first discovered in China, and the type localities of these species are concentrated in Yunnan, Taiwan, Tibet, Xinjiang, and Sichuan. 展开更多

In recent years,taxonomic research of the genus Diploderma has made great progress,but there are still areas lacking relevant investigations.During 2020-2021,we carried out survey of reptile diversity in and around the Shaluli Mountains and collected some specimens of Diploderma.Of which,based on systematics inferred from mitochondrial ND2 gene sequence and morphological data,three new species were recognized:Diploderma daochengense sp.nov.from the Shuiluo River and Muli River valleys in southeastern Daocheng County,D.xinlongense sp.nov.from the upper-middle valleys of the Yalong River in Xinlong County,and D.kangdingense sp.nov.from the Yalong River middle valley and Liqiu River valley.Specifically,these three new species formed three monophyletic lineages with strongly supported and nested into the subclade I of the Bayesian and Maximum Likelihood trees.The uncorrected mean genetic distance between these new species and their closely related species was 4.3%(D.xinlongense sp.nov.vs.D.panchi),3.4%(D.daochengense sp.nov.vs.D.yulongense)and 5.5%(D.kangdingense sp.nov.vs.D.bowoense),higher than many pairs of species of Diploderma.With respect to the morphology,D.daochengense sp.nov.can be easily diagnosed from D.yulongense byhaving smoothupper edge of the dorsolateral stripes,cyan or dark olive green to yellow gular spots inbothsexes and light yelloworwhite ventrolateral body in males;D.xinlongense sp.nov.can be easily diagnosed from D.panchi by having cyan gular spot in both sexes;D.kangdingense sp.nov.can be easily diagnosed from D.bowoense by having more T4S 20-25(average 23),more F4S 16-20(average 17)and yellow to light yellow ventrolateral body,yellow gular spot present in males.To date,the number of species of the genus Diploderma has increased to 40,of which 37 species have been known in China. 展开更多

Objective Anastomotic leakage(AL)is one of the serious complications after anterior resection for rectal cancer.Defunctioning stoma(DS)is one of the most widely used approaches to prevent it;however,the effect of DS on the occurrence of AL remains controversial.This study aimed to investigate risk factors of AL and assess the effect of DS after anterior resection for rectal cancer patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for the data of 1840 patients who underwent anterior resection for rectal cancer from January 2014 to December 2019.Results The results showed the overall AL incidence was 7.5%.Multivariate analyses revealed that males[odds ratio(OR)1.562]and T3–T4 stage(OR 1.729)were independent risk factors for all patients.After propensity score matching analysis,the AL incidence was 14.1%in the group with no DS and 6.4%in the DS group(P<0.001).The clinical AL(grade B+grade C)incidence was 12.4%in no DS group and 4.6%in the DS group(P<0.001).Conclusion The study suggested that males and T3–T4 stage were independent risk factors of AL.In addition,DS could reduce the rate of symptomatic AL. 展开更多

目的探讨尿沉渣细菌定量计数在外科术后泌尿系统感染诊断方面的应用效果。方法研究选取我院收治的138例外科术后疑似泌尿系感染患者,采用随机数字表法均分为观察组及对照组,各组69例。对照组采用尿细菌培养方法检测,观察组采用尿沉渣细... 目的探讨尿沉渣细菌定量计数在外科术后泌尿系统感染诊断方面的应用效果。方法研究选取我院收治的138例外科术后疑似泌尿系感染患者,采用随机数字表法均分为观察组及对照组,各组69例。对照组采用尿细菌培养方法检测,观察组采用尿沉渣细菌定量计数方法检测。比较这两种方法所得泌尿系感染率,并以尿细菌培养检测结果作为"金标准",分析尿沉渣细菌定量计数的阳性符合率、阴性符合率、灵敏度和特异度。结果观察组与对照组的泌尿系感染率分别为56.52%和60.87%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.269, P=0.604);相对尿细菌培养,尿沉渣细菌定量计数检测的阳性符合率为94.87%,阴性符合率为83.33%,灵敏度为88.10%,特异度为92.59%。Kappa一致性检验结果为0.834,一致性最强。结论对外科术后疑似泌尿系感染患者,尿沉渣细菌定量计数能快速、可靠地得到检测结果,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

目的分析食管癌患者术后并发细菌肺部感染的高危因素,为临床制定预防措施来降低肺部感染率提供依据。方法研究选取我院接收590例食管癌手术患者,根据术后肺部感染情况分为感染组(129例)和非感染组(461例)。利用卡方检验比较两组患者术... 目的分析食管癌患者术后并发细菌肺部感染的高危因素,为临床制定预防措施来降低肺部感染率提供依据。方法研究选取我院接收590例食管癌手术患者,根据术后肺部感染情况分为感染组(129例)和非感染组(461例)。利用卡方检验比较两组患者术后肺部感染与个人因素、术中因素、术后因素的关系。个人因素包括年龄、性别、长期吸烟史、术前肺功能、术前合并症(糖尿病、高血压);术中因素包括手术方式、手术时间、术中失血量;术后因素包括病理类型、胃食管反流。结果患者的性别、合并高血压、手术方式、病理类型均与术后并发肺部感染无关,P>0.05。年龄≥60岁(χ^2=8.731,P=0.003)、吸烟史≥20年(χ^2=6.040,P=0.014)、术前肺功能FEV1/FVC<70%(χ^2=6.725,P=0.010)、术前合并糖尿病(χ^2=5.893,P=0.015)、手术时间≥4小时(χ^2=9.717,P=0.002)、术中失血量≥800mL(χ^2=5.026,P=0.025)、胃食管反流(χ^2=7.667,P=0.006)的食管癌患者,术后并发肺部感染的可能性较大。结论年龄、长期吸烟史、术前肺功能、术前合并糖尿病、手术时间、术中失血量、胃食管反流这7项指标与食管癌患者术后并发肺部感染密切相关。 展开更多
