Adding the auxiliary frequency control function to the wind turbine generator(WTG)is a solution to the frequency security problem of the power system caused by the replacement of the synchronous generator(SG)by the WT...Adding the auxiliary frequency control function to the wind turbine generator(WTG)is a solution to the frequency security problem of the power system caused by the replacement of the synchronous generator(SG)by the WTG.The auxiliary frequency control using rotor kinetic energy is an economical scheme because the WTG still runs at the maximum power point during normal operation.In this paper,the functional optimization model of the auxiliary frequency control strategy of WTG is established.The optimal auxiliary frequency control strategy is obtained by solving the model numerically.As for the practical realization of the control strategy,the coordination of the auxiliary frequency control with the maximum power point tracking(MPPT)control is studied.The practical auxiliary frequency control strategy is modified to adapt to different power disturbances in the system,and the parameter setting method is also proposed.The sensitivity of system frequency to control parameters is studied.Finally,the simulation results verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed control strategy.展开更多
To investigate the role of patient-derived organoid(PDO)model in the precision medicine of advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC),we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of seven cases of ccRCC diagnose...To investigate the role of patient-derived organoid(PDO)model in the precision medicine of advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC),we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of seven cases of ccRCC diagnosed by operation and pathology in Renji Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022.The seven patients were diagnosed with advanced ccRCC with or without remote metastasis.Cytoreductive and radical nephrectomy was performed respectively.To predict the response to immunotherapy and provide personalized medicine recommendation,a PDO model based on air-liquid interface system was established from the surgical resected tumor and subsequent drug screening was performed.Hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining and immunohistochemistry revealed that the PDO recapitulated the histological feature of parent tumor.Immunofluorescence staining identified that CD3^(+)T cells,SMA^(+)cancer associated fibroblasts,and CD31^(+)endothelial cells were preserved in PDO models.Fluorescence activated cell sorter(FACS)revealed an evidently increased ratio of CD8^(+)/CD4^(+)T cells and apoptotic tumor cells in PDO treated with toripalimab than those treated with IgG4.The results showed that toripalimab is able to rescue the excessive death of CD8^(+)T cells by critically reversing the immune exhaustion state of ccRCC in PDO model.This research validated that PDO is a promising and faithful preclinical model for prediction of immunotherapy response in patients with ccRCC.展开更多
Alternaria alternata,a causal agent of leaf blights and spots on a wide range of hosts,has a high risk of developing resistance to fungicides.Procymidone,a dicarboximide fungicide(DCF),has been widely used in controll...Alternaria alternata,a causal agent of leaf blights and spots on a wide range of hosts,has a high risk of developing resistance to fungicides.Procymidone,a dicarboximide fungicide(DCF),has been widely used in controlling Alternaria leaf blights in China for decades.However,the resistance of A.alternata against DCFs has rarely been reported from crucifer plants.A total of 198 A.alternata isolates were collected from commercial fields of broccoli and cabbage during 2018-2019,and their sensitivities to procymidone were determined.Biochemical and molecular characteristics were subsequently compared between the high-level procymidone-resistant(Pro^(HR))and procymidone-sensitive(Pro^(S))isolates,and also between Pro^(HR)isolates from broccoli and cabbage.Compared with ProS isolates,the mycelial growth rate,sporulation capacity and virulence of most Pro^(HR)isolates were reduced;Pro^(HR)isolates displayed an increased sensitivity to osmotic stresses and a reduced sensitivity to sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS);all Pro^(HR)isolates showed a reduced sensitivity to hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))except for the isolate B102.Correlation analysis revealed a positive cross-resistance between procymidone and iprodione,or fludioxonil.When treated with 10μg/mL of procymidone,both mycelial intracellular glycerol accumulations(MIGAs)and relative expression of AaHK1 in Pro^(S) isolates were higher than those in Pro^(HR)isolates.Sequence alignment of AaHK1 from ten Pro^(HR)isolates demonstrated that five of them possessed a single-point mutation(P94A,V612L,E708K or Q924STOP),and four isolates had an insertion or a deletion in their coding regions.No significant difference in biochemical characteristics was observed among Pro^(HR)isolates from two different hosts,though mutations in AaHK1 of the cabbage-originated Pro^(HR)isolates were distinct from those of the broccoli-originated Pro^(HR)isolates.展开更多
