极难浮褐煤预先泥化反浮选试验研究

针对褐煤浮选过程易泥化和正浮选分离效果差等难题,提出预先强制泥化结合反浮选的思路,实现极难浮褐煤的高效降灰提质,并研究分析褐煤强制泥化规律及其对反浮选的促进机理。泥化处理30 min后褐煤-0.045 mm粒级增加12.58%,实现灰分矿物... 针对褐煤浮选过程易泥化和正浮选分离效果差等难题,提出预先强制泥化结合反浮选的思路,实现极难浮褐煤的高效降灰提质,并研究分析褐煤强制泥化规律及其对反浮选的促进机理。泥化处理30 min后褐煤-0.045 mm粒级增加12.58%,实现灰分矿物的强制分散溶出。采用常规正浮选、预先强制泥化结合正浮选、常规反浮选和预先强制泥化结合反浮选4种方法开展浮选试验。结果表明:泥化处理后正浮选比未泥化处理浮选的精煤产率提高3.5%,灰分降低0.4%,然而精煤产率也仅达到20.44%,灰分为17%左右。在相同浮选药剂用量下开展反浮选试验,精煤产率达到60%,灰分高达14%,反浮选比正浮选工艺效果更加显著。在此基础上,采用强制泥化预处理,发现精煤产率比直接反浮选提高5.81%,灰分降低1%~2%,取得较为可观的分选指标。强制泥化后粗粒脉石与伴生体碎散,褐煤+0.045 mm粒级颗粒表面Si、Al元素相对含量分别减少0.65%、1.17%,表明强制泥化处理能够促进脉石矿物溶出分散,降低煤表面脉石矿物含量,减少反浮选捕收剂在煤表面吸附并强化其与脉石矿物间的相互作用,改善反浮选精煤指标。 展开更多

Such analyses are important for technical diagnostics as well as specific sample characteristics. The sample preparation together with an efficient sample introduction allowed a fast quantification of the analytes using calibration curves prepared with analyte organic standards. To extract pure bitumen, the bitumen from Bayan-Erkhet, Zuunbayan and Ukhaa was prepared into small particles of 0.2 - 0.5 cm and then it was infused with chloroform in the Soxhlet apparatus [1] [2]. The physical-mechanical properties were identified after the solvent was extracted from the chloroform infused bitumen through the vacuum evaporation method. The characteristics of the debris without bitumen or the remains after the infusion were examined in details. The hydrocarbon content of the bitumen was identified with the device: Agilent 7890-5975c Gas chromatography mass spectrometer. 展开更多
