In this paper,a standardized analysis method is established for identifying meat quality-related genes in Ordos finewool sheep using transcriptome sequencing data.A meticulously standardized approach is utilized to investigate the genetic determinants of meat quality in Ordos fine-wool sheep through transcriptome sequencing analysis.Muscle samples from the longissimus dorsi of one-year-old sheep are collected under controlled conditions,and key texture properties—hardness,elasticity,and chewiness—are measured to categorize samples into high-and low-textural-value groups.Genes significantly associated with meat quality traits are identified through standardized RNA extraction,high-throughput sequencing,and differential gene expression analysis.Functional enrichment analysis reveals their involvement in biological processes such as extracellular matrix organization and metabolic pathways.The findings underscore the pivotal role of standardization in meat quality research,laying a solid scientific foundation for future research on meat quality improvement and molecular breeding. 展开更多

目的:通过单次给药毒性试验,观察“扫布德-9(甘露康脉丸)”是否会引起SD大鼠急性及迟发性中毒反应,了解药物口服后的中毒信息并为临床用药提供科学依据。方法:SD大鼠40只,按照体质量随机分为对照组和给药组,每组20只,雌雄各半。采用灌... 目的:通过单次给药毒性试验,观察“扫布德-9(甘露康脉丸)”是否会引起SD大鼠急性及迟发性中毒反应,了解药物口服后的中毒信息并为临床用药提供科学依据。方法:SD大鼠40只,按照体质量随机分为对照组和给药组,每组20只,雌雄各半。采用灌胃的方式给予SD大鼠“扫布德-9”,20 mL/kg,上、下午各给药1次,总给药剂量为10.4 g/kg。观察期为14 d,记录动物给药后的毒性反应和死亡情况,并在给药前及给药后3 d、8 d、14 d称量动物体质量;在给药前及给药后3 d、12 d测定动物饲料消耗量。观察期结束后对存活动物进行解剖及病理学观察。结果:给药至观察期结束,所有动物未出现中毒或死亡现象。监测各组大鼠体质量及采食量,给药组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以上结果表明,灌胃“扫布德-9”10.4 g/kg对大鼠体质量和摄食无影响。观察期结束后对各组动物进行解剖检查,对照组及给药组动物外观、皮下、胸腔及腹腔主要脏器、组织的位置、形态、颜色质地等均未见异常。结论:在本研究中,我们观察到大鼠的“扫布德-9”最大耐受剂量为10.4 g/kg,相当于人临床拟用体质量剂量的104倍,未见引起大鼠中毒或死亡现象。结果证实“扫布德-9”无急性及迟发性毒理学作用,其组方配伍及药物剂量可安全运用于临床。 展开更多
