In this paper, a two-stage low noise amplifier (LNA) is designed for use with the DVB-T standard. The design is employed based on microstrip. The microwave design meets all the specifications required, achieving input and output return loss below ?10 dB, high gain of 35 dB and high linearity. Low noise figure of 1.3 dB is achieved with the use of pHEMT transistor technology.展开更多
