This paper aims to search for the solutions of the(2+1)-dimensional extended Boiti–Leon–Manna–Pempinelli equation.Lump solutions,breather solutions,mixed solutions with solitons,and lump-breather solutions can be obtained from the N-soliton solution formula by using the long-wave limit approach and the conjugate complex method.We use both specific circumstances and general higher-order forms of the hybrid solutions as examples.With the help of maple software,we create density and 3D graphs to summarize the dynamic properties of these solutions.Additionally,it is possible to observe how the solutions'trajectory,velocity,and shape vary over time. 展开更多

Soliton molecules have become one of the hot topics in recent years. In this article, we investigate soliton molecules and some novel hybrid solutions for the(2+1)-dimensional generalized Konopelchenko–Dubrovsky–Kaup–Kupershmidt(gKDKK) equation by using the velocity resonance, module resonance, and long wave limits methods. By selecting some specific parameters, we can obtain soliton molecules and asymmetric soliton molecules of the gKDKK equation. And the interactions among N-soliton molecules are elastic. Furthermore, some novel hybrid solutions of the gKDKK equation can be obtained, which are composed of lumps,breathers, soliton molecules and asymmetric soliton molecules. Finally, the images of soliton molecules and some novel hybrid solutions are given, and their dynamic behavior is analyzed. 展开更多

The lump solution is one of the exact solutions of the nonlinear evolution equation.In this paper,we study the lump solution and lump-type solutions of(2+1)-dimensional dissipative Ablowitz-Kaup-Newell-Segure(AKNS)equation by the Hirota bilinear method and test function method.With the help of Maple,we draw three-dimensional plots of the lump solution and lump-type solutions,and by observing the plots,we analyze the dynamic behavior of the(2+1)-dimensional dissipative AKNS equation.We find that the interaction solutions come in a variety of interesting forms. 展开更多

The main aim of this paper is to investigate the different types of soliton molecule solutions of the second extend(3+1)-dimensional Jimbo-Miwa equation in a fluid.Four different localized waves:line solitons,breather waves,lump solutions and resonance Y-type solutions are obtained by the Hirota bilinear method directly.Furthermore,the molecule solutions consisting of only line waves,breathers or lump waves are generated by combining velocity resonance condition and long wave limit method.Also,the molecule solutions such as line-breather molecule,lump-line molecule,lump-breather molecule,etc.consisting of different waves are derived.Meanwhile,higher-order molecule solutions composed of only line waves are acquired. 展开更多

What is already known about this topic?Dengue fever(DF)outbreaks affect hundreds of millions of people worldwide and have increased significantly in Guangdong Province in 2019.What is added by this report?This paper described briefly DF outbreaks were attributed to several types of dengue virus(DENV)including DENV-1,DENV-2,and DENV-3 in 2019 in Guangdong,tracked the sources of viruses through phylogenetic analysis and epidemiological investigation,and primarily revealed the epidemiological links among the outbreaks.What are the implications for public health practice?The introduction of DENV from DF endemic areas increased pressure on the prevention and control of DF in Guangdong.Early detection of suspected cases and typing and genotyping of circulating viruses should be prioritized and enhanced to promptly assess the likelihood of local transmission,of introduction,and of subsequent sustained local transmission of the virus to implement optimal prevention and control strategies and measures. 展开更多

The(2+1)-dimensional generalized Bogoyavlensky-Konopelchenko equation is a significant physical model.By using the long wave limit method and confining the conjugation conditions on the interrelated solitons,the general M-lump,high-order breather,and localized interaction hybrid solutions are investigated,respectively.Then we implement the numerical simulations to research their dynamical behaviors,which indicate that different parameters have very different dynamic properties and propagation modes of the waves.The method involved can be validly employed to get high-order waves and study their propagation phenomena of many nonlinear equations. 展开更多

Q fever is a zoonotic disease caused by infection withCoxiella burnetii(C.burnetii).Due to its atypical symptoms and the absence of specific detection methods,Q fever is underdiagnosed commonly.Herein,we report a case of Q fever confirmed by metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS)in March 2024 in Guangdong Province,China.The patient initially experienced fever and was admitted to hospital six days later.Despite a series of laboratory tests conducted at the hospital,the pathogen remained undetermined.Ten days after admission,mNGS revealed that the patient was infected withC.burnetii.The patient subsequently underwent treatment with doxycycline and recovered well.Epidemiological investigation revealed that the patient had been exposed to sheep infected withC.burnetii without any protective measures in Jiangxi Province,China.Based on the comprehensive results of mNGS,exposure history,clinical manifestations and treatment response,the patient was confirmed as a Q fever case.As a neglected and underestimated illness,Q fever necessitates an elevation in awareness among medical staff and the public.The public should be encouraged to take personal protective measures when exposed to livestock.Further research is needed to explore the rational application of mNGS in the diagnosis of uncommon and unknown diseases. 展开更多
