目的探讨基于加速康复外科理念的局麻经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2020年1月—2022年12月本院收治的行经皮肾镜取石手术的90例上尿路结石患者作为回顾性分析的研究对象,年龄18~75岁,结石直径1~3 cm。观察...目的探讨基于加速康复外科理念的局麻经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2020年1月—2022年12月本院收治的行经皮肾镜取石手术的90例上尿路结石患者作为回顾性分析的研究对象,年龄18~75岁,结石直径1~3 cm。观察组42例行局麻经皮肾镜取石术,对照组48例行全麻经皮肾镜取石术。两组患者术前年龄、性别、体重指数、结石侧别、结石负荷、结石位置及S.T.O.N.E.评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察两组病例的总手术时间、术后住院天数、术后24 h VAS评分、HGB下降值、并发症发生率、住院总费用及结石清除率等临床指标。结果所有患者的经皮肾镜取石术手术均由同一术者顺利完成。观察组患者的总手术时间、术后住院时间和总费用均少于对照组(P<0.05),术后24 h VAS评分、HGB下降值、并发症发生情况和清石率等指标与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论基于加速康复外科理念的局麻经皮肾镜取石术治疗1~3 cm的肾盂、肾盏或输尿管上段结石效果良好,能缩短经皮肾镜取石术的总手术时间和患者的术后住院时间、降低住院费用,安全性高。展开更多

The microstructures of the asdelivered and tested refractories were analyzed by means of SEM and EDS. The results showed that: Different magnesite-chrome bricks have different slag resistances. Generally, the slag resiantance sequence is as follows: rebounded fused magnesite-chrome brick 〉 semi-reboun- ded magnesite-chrome brick 〉 direct-bonded magnesitechrome brick 〉 silicate bonded magnesite-chrome brick. Slag reacts with the periclase of magnesite-chrome refractories, which results in the dissoving of periclase in fayalite slag. However, the complex spinels have superior slag resistance.展开更多
