Objective:to analyze the effect and safety of intravenous injection of urapidil by micropump in elderly hypertensive emergency patients.Methods:a total of 100 elderly hypertensive emergency patients admitted to our ho...Objective:to analyze the effect and safety of intravenous injection of urapidil by micropump in elderly hypertensive emergency patients.Methods:a total of 100 elderly hypertensive emergency patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with micropump injection of urapidil,while patients in the control group were treated with intravenous nicardipine.The heart rate,diastolic pressure and systolic pressure levels of patients in the two groups before treatment and 6 hours after treatment were compared.The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results:the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 6 hours after treatment(P<0.05).The number of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:urapidil micro-pump intravenous injection has the advantages of good antihypertensive effect and high medication safety in the treatment of elderly hypertensive emergencies.展开更多
