In the process of project construction, it is very important to strengthen the whole process management of project cost. This paper takes the application of the whole process cost management in the construction project cost control as the research object, expounds the significance of the implementation of the whole process cost management, and puts forward some suggestions for the problems existing in the construction project cost control, hoping to provide some reference for the peers.展开更多
