Room Temperature Ferromagnetism in Dual Doped (Mn^(2+), Ni^(2+)) ZnO Codoped with Li^(1+) Prepared Using EDTA Sintered at Low Temperature

Nanopowders of Znl_x_y_zMnxNiyLizO [(x = 0.04, y = 0, z = 0), (x = 0.04, y = 0.03, z = 0) and (x = 0.04, y = 0.03, z = 0.03)] have been synthesized by sol-gel precursor route using ethylene diamine tetraacetic a... Nanopowders of Znl_x_y_zMnxNiyLizO [(x = 0.04, y = 0, z = 0), (x = 0.04, y = 0.03, z = 0) and (x = 0.04, y = 0.03, z = 0.03)] have been synthesized by sol-gel precursor route using ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) as a metal chelating agent. X-ray diffraction analysis confirms the formation of wurtzite hexagonal structure for all the three compositions. Mn2+ doped ZnO exhibits room temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM), and it is found that further Ni2+ doping has decreased Ms because of limit of solid solubility of transition metal in ZnO. But codoping of monovalent Li1+, further increases the ferromagnetism (FM) value, due to introduction of free carriers compared to the dual doped samples. Photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the system, exhibit near band edge (NBE) emission peak at --464 nm due to the electron transition from interstitials to the valence band. Recombination of conduction electron with hole trapped at oxygen vacancy, leads to prominent defect emission peaks at --482 nm and 532 nm. The evidence of the formation of metaI-EDTA complexes are found from the Fourier transform infrared spectra at 2800-3800 cm-1 with shifting, splitting of the peak and also drastic variations in the intensity. 展开更多

Difficulty in communicating and interacting with other people are mainly due to the neurological disorder called autism spectrum disorder(ASD)diseases.These diseases can affect the nerves at any stage of the human being in childhood,adolescence,and adulthood.ASD is known as a behavioral disease due to the appearances of symptoms over thefirst two years that continue until adulthood.Most of the studies prove that the early detection of ASD helps improve the behavioral characteristics of patients with ASD.The detection of ASD is a very challenging task among various researchers.Machine learning(ML)algorithms still act very intelligent by learning the complex data and pre-dicting quality results.In this paper,ensemble ML techniques for the early detec-tion of ASD are proposed.In this detection,the dataset isfirst processed using three ML algorithms such as sequential minimal optimization with support vector machine,Kohonen self-organizing neural network,and random forest algorithm.The prediction results of these ML algorithms(ensemble)further use the bagging concept called max voting to predict thefinal result.The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the proposed system are calculated using confusion matrix.The pro-posed ensemble technique performs better than state-of-the art ML algorithms. 展开更多

Environmental issues like pollution are major threats to human health.Many systems are developed to reduce pollution.In this paper,an optimal mobile robot design to reduce pollution in Green supply chain management system.Green supply chain management involves as similating environmentally and eco-nomically feasible solutions into the supply chain life-cycle.Smartness,advanced technologies,and advanced networks are becoming pillars of a sustainable supply chain management system.At the same time,there is much change happening in the logistics industry.They are moving towards a new logistics model.In the new model,robotic logistics has a vital role.The reasons for this change are the rapid growth of the e-commerce business and the shortage of workers.The advantages of using robotic logistics are reduction in human errors,faster delivery speed,better customer satisfaction,more safety for workers,and high workforce adaptability.A robot with rocker-bogie suspension is a six-wheeled mobile platform that has a distinctive potential to keep all wheels on the ground continuously.It has been designed to traverse rough and uneven terrain by distributing the load over its wheels equally.However,there is a limitation to achieving high-speed mobility against vertical barriers.In this research,an optimal design of product delivery wheeled robots for a sustainable supply chain system is proposed to ensure higher adaptability and maximum stability during climbing staircases.The design parameters of the proposed robot are optimized using Taguchi Method.The aim is to get a smooth trajectory of the robot’s center-of-mass.The proposed approach realizes a robot with much-improved stability which can climb over heights more than the size of the wheel(i.e.,3 times the radius of wheels).The results reveal that the modified rocker-bogie system not only increases the stair-climbing capability but also thwarts instability due to overturning of a wheel of the robot. 展开更多
