严重创伤患者一氧化氮、TNF-α和IL-6水平变化及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究严重创伤后患者细胞因子的变化及其临床意义。方法 采用放射免疫法和ELISA法检测 34例严重创伤患者第 1 2小时 ,1、2、3、7、1 4d(ISS≥ 1 6 )血中NO、TNF α、及IL 6水平变化 ,并与正常健康人进行比较。结果 严重创伤后血中NO、TNF α和IL 6水平早期即有升高 ,显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,于伤后第 3天达到高峰 ,随后逐渐降低 ,于伤后 2周仍显著高于正常。严重创伤后NO、TNF α及IL 6水平升高幅度与ISS评分呈显著正相关。 Objective To study the changes and significance of cytokines in severe traumatic patients.Methods Concentration of nitric oxide was detected by colorimetry,the TNF α was determined by radioimmunoassay and IL 6 was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)at 12h and 1,2,3,7,14d post trauma.Healthy control group was observed simultaneously.Results Serum nitric oxide,TNF α and IL 6 in patients with severe trauma were shown to be significant higher than those in control group.Nitric oxide,TNF α and IL 6 increased at the early stage and reached the peak at 3d and subsequently gradually decreased in 2 weeks after trauma.The ISS scores of patients were significantly correlated with the peaks of nitric oxide,TNF α and IL 6.Conclusion To investigate the changes of cytokines in patient with severe trauma would contribute to analyze patient′s condition and prognosis.
